Set in the countryside, just outside the charming village of Carassai, this peach-coloured casa offers an idyllic retreat with jaw-dropping valley views towards the Adriatic in one direction and the Sibillini Mountains in the other.

Its interior strikes just the right balance between rustic charm and modern convenience. Overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, you can admire the sweeping views while soaking in the hot tub or swimming in the pool. There is also an amphitheatre, beautiful gardens and a terrace with a barbecue – perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the rooms unfold across two apartments and offer a unique sense of character. It’s worth noting there are a number of steps here so this may not be the best option for young children, but it’s the perfect setting for an adults-only escape. From here, you can follow hiking trails straight from the door, take the short drive to Amandola or adventure further afield towards the Adriatic coast.

It's situated in a traffic-calmed area, 3 km from the centre of Collecorvino, offering a peaceful and quiet retreat. The house has a large shared garden with a barbecue for guests to enjoy. The upper ground floor features a large kitchen, 3 double bedrooms each with its own shower/bidet/WC, and an exit to the veranda with one french bed and two double beds. There's also a large terrace of 30 m2 with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 4 deck chairs providing guests with beautiful panoramic views of the valley. The property is conveniently located near several towns and cities such as Città S.Angelo and Pescara, which are only 10 km and 15 km away respectively. The sea is just a short distance of 10 km while skiing areas are approximately 40 km away. Please note that the owner lives in the same residence, has a dog, and does not accept any youth groups.

This beautiful home can be found on the Italian coast in a municipality of Ancona known as Sirolo. Whilst small – there are under four-thousand inhabitants – it has been continually praised, and it’s not surprising to see why once you visit. Paying homage to its rich history, it features a restored mediaeval town centre dotted with attractive restaurants and bars that you’ll probably end up frequenting. Once you’ve had lunch with a negroni cocktail, walk to any one of the many beaches to dip your toes into the Adriatic sea. 

Grab tiramisu on your way back home and settle around the dining table to devour it together – don’t forget to make a round of espresso to enjoy afterwards. When you’re done gushing about just how good that was, why not clear the table for a round or two of poker – loser gets the pizza for dinner. As the day winds down, settle into the couch with a good book and simply appreciate the natural warmth of the wooden rafters and exposed brick.

The interior is beautiful, but we imagine you’ll be spending most of your time making the most of the outdoors. And spend evenings beneath the pergola, white curtains gently swaying in the wind, tucking into a fresh barbecue dinner around the dining table. La Casa nei Vigneti is a charming 18th-century farmhouse that has been renovated to its original architectural features with anti-seismic adaptation. The property consists of two structures, the main house and an annex, accommodating up to ten people. The house is set in an estate of about 50 hectares planted with vineyards and olive groves, located between the massifs of the Maiella and Gran Sasso and the Adriatic coast of the famous Trabocchi. The villa features a large open-plan area with vaulted ceilings, a cozy living area with fireplace, billiard room with sitting area, dining room connected to the kitchen with pantry, communicating with the pergola with wood oven. The property also includes a beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position and a well-kept garden surrounding the house. Lovingly restored, the house has been renovated in a traditional style that pays homage to its humble start as a farmhouse while showcasing the many great attributes it now holds. Spread over three floors, the home also has two separate apartments - one with a double bedroom and living space on the ground floor which can be accessed from both the main building and the dining terrace, and a small second apartment on the top floor with a sofa, two beds and a kitchenette. As vibrantly decorated inside as it is outside, there’s a rustic, cosy feel to this home that we just love with its antique furniture, bright washes of colour on the walls and exposed ceiling beams that create a warm atmosphere to feel right at home in. But it’s the outside where this sunny villa really shines - with several hundred square metres of land surrounding the villa, you’re treated to not only a beautiful, uninterrupted view of Le Marche countryside but also to a well-cared for, mature garden that features lavender, lilac, pink hydrangeas, oleander, roses, and fruit trees of all kinds. Needless to say, there’s plenty of space to spread out here as well as all sorts of peaceful spots to take a nap, read a book or enjoy an evening aperitivo. With every bedroom being an en-suite, it’s great for sharing with your loved ones, while still maintaining your privacy. Though the house feels a little dated in parts, there’s plenty here to keep you entertained. This historic farmhouse is on a quiet road in the Curetta countryside, surrounded by fourteen acres of rolling hilly landscape and gorgeous views. In keeping with the original structure of the building, the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs and accessed via an outdoor staircase, meaning it won't be suitable for young children or guests who struggle with stairs. You'll need a car here, but there are plenty of charming spots to visit, including the local town of Servigliano and Sibillini National Park and a little further afield you'll find the Adriatic coast.
