Tucked into the quiet hamlet of Andrich, this timber-clad apartment feels like a proper mountain retreat – the kind where you wake up to Dolomite peaks and take your morning coffee on the terrace before the trails call. The living space is warm and Alpine in character, opening onto views across the surrounding forests and village. It's a simple, well-considered base for two, and the UNESCO-listed landscape of the Dolomites is right on the doorstep – with Marmolada, the 'Queen of the Dolomites' and its glacier, about fifty-five minutes away by car.

Andrich at Rest

A warming fireplace, engraved with motifs from local rock art, is reason enough to settle in for the evening – but this attic apartment in Ponte di Legno has plenty more going for it. A glass-sided staircase connects the dining kitchen to the living room above, where views of the snow-capped peaks frame every moment. Step outside onto the private terrace, and the village's historic centre is just twenty metres away, while ski storage makes mornings on the slopes are as easy as they come.

Embers & Engravings

Perched in a small residence above Lake Garda, this apartment was built in 2023 and earns its place among only six homes in the development. Large windows in the living room frame a panoramic stretch of the lake, and both bedrooms open directly onto a terrace where the same view greets you each morning. Lunch on the covered terrace for five makes the most of that outlook, and when the afternoon heat builds, the pool – with the lake laid out below – is the obvious answer. The towns and villages of Lake Garda are a short distance away whenever you want them.

Le Moie Lakerise

Set within a historic, family-owned chalet in the Alpine town of Livigno, this apartment puts you just steps from the slopes. Inside, the interiors are simple yet cosy, with wood-panelled walls and ceilings, plenty of windows and two balconies overlooking the mountains – ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink. In winter, you can clip into your skis and glide straight down to the gondola, with handy ski storage waiting for you when you return. Come summer, there are hiking trails through forested valleys, mountain-biking routes and lakeside walks to explore while the charming town centre is just a four-minute stroll away.

The Golden Peaks

This Ponte de Legno home is perfect for year-round outdoorsy escapes. The stone chalet, with its wooden beams and custom-made furniture, is a cosy home-from-home ideal for families seeking comfort and convenience. It’s just a few minutes from the ski slopes, and also close to the Ponte di Legno - Tonale cycle path, with its beautiful trails. The chalet has been lovingly renovated to blend its original features with modern comforts – you’ll have everything you need for a short break. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space.

Coffee & Stone

Sitting high on a lush green hillside overlooking the picturesque town of Asolo, this historic villa offers panoramic views of the valley and a striking fortress. Set within expansive gardens full of typical Italian trees, plants and flowers, there's plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy the enchanting atmosphere.

The interiors feature plenty of rustic charm, with exposed stone, wooden ceiling beams and antique furniture at every turn, whilst outdoors you'll find an infinity swimming pool that's perfect for gazing over the treetops, ancient monuments and surrounding countryside. Start your days with a tranquil swim before taking a stroll into the centre of Asolo.

Dating back to Medieval times, the town is home to artisan shops selling local crafts. When it's time for lunch, head to one of the restaurants or trattorias to enjoy some traditional Italian dishes or simply admire the original architecture of ancient buildings like the Rocca Fortress and Villa di Maser.

After a day of soaking up the area's rich history and culture, return home to unwind for the evening. A barbecue means you can enjoy laid-back, alfresco feats on the patio, which are especially magical at night. Post-dinner, head indoors to take in the spectacular valley views from the luxurious bathtub with a glass of wine.

Hilltop Fortress

Fresh mountain air flows through this valley in the South Tyrol district, the northernmost region in Italy. It boasts some of the most majestic mountain views in the country – and that’s just one of the reasons we fell in love with this home.

The first thing you'll notice as you approach is the chalet-like charm, set among a rolling meadow landscape. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a simple yet, classic interior style – this pared-back style allows the magnificent scenery outside to steal the spotlight. Soft neutral tones are used throughout, giving the space a retreat-like feel. The feeling is further amplified by the on-site amenities like an infrared sauna room and steam room where you can soothe your muscles between adventures.

During the winter months, skiers and snowboarders can take a seven-minute drive to the slopes at the Reinswald resort to shred some powder. If you're visiting during the warmer seasons, then you can take your pick from outdoor activities including horse riding, cycling, and golf, all with the epic alpine backdrops. And, with the town of Sarnthein just seven minutes away by car, you can make a splash in the outdoor swimming pool and then refuel with some hearty fare from one of the local restaurants.

Blossoming Meadow

Standing proudly on the western shore of Lake Garda, this 1920s retreat was designed by the architect Giancarlo Maroni. Promising postcard views over crystal-clear waters, you'll be staying 3 kilometres from the resort town of Toscolano-Maderno, but a lovely bar and gelateria await just a short stroll away. Why not hire a boat and spend one sunny afternoon fishing, or take a helicopter tour above the Parco dell'Alto Garda Bresciano?

Tucked amid a thousand aromatic olive trees, this villa welcomes you in with its historic interior design and gorgeous gardens. A daily delivery of fresh bread and croissants will have you indulging in relaxed breakfasts from the beginning. Whether you're sipping Italian wine with your feet up by the pool, hanging out in the bright billiards room or watching the sunset from the hot tub, you'll dream up delightful ways to pass the time here. Don't forget to make use of the extra services available and treat yourself to a spa-like massage or a private chef, all in the comfort of your own home.

Grant Me the Serenity

Nestled in a hillside estate on the western shores of Lake Garda, this contemporary villa offers beautiful panoramic views. Separated into three self-contained apartments with their own kitchenettes, this home is ideal for a group of friends who may want their own space and privacy. There’s plenty of communal space to come together and socialise too, with spacious gardens (where you can pick fresh lemons from the trees) and alfresco seating areas to enjoy. If you love the outdoors, this is the perfect home for you, with an array of hiking, biking, swimming and climbing spots close by.

A Painted View

If you fancy your coffee with a backdrop of snow-capped mountains, the balcony here is likely to become your favourite spot. This bright, top-floor apartment works well as a base for the area, whether you’re here for skiing or summer walks, with Ponte di Legno and the lifts a short drive away. After a day on the slopes, the fireplace is a welcome sight. The layout suits couples, with a sofa bed for additional guests if needed. The private garage and lift make arrivals easier – especially with ski gear in tow.

Alpine Terrace

Perched among olive trees above Lake Garda, this villa is just as captivating as its setting. There's a private pool with views of the water and a terrace with loungers for sun bathing sessions. The balcony features a rocking chair and offers the ideal spot for sunset drinks, while the air-conditioned living room welcomes you to cool off and enjoy the views. Location-wise, it's just 100 metres to the lake and beach, while the nearest restaurants in Pai are also within walking distance.

Olive and Garda

With a private spa, a gym, a heated outdoor pool and incredible views across the Dolomites – this home sets a high bar from the moment you arrive. Inside, the living room makes it easy to settle in with a fire for heartwarming gatherings. The service matches the setting with a private butler to take care of everything from grocery runs to Val Gardena shuttle trips. Daily breakfast and afternoon tea are included and it's possible to organise a private chef on request.
