Surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and rolling hills, this hay barn conversion offers a tranquil escape. Step outside to the garden, where you'll find a private pool with panoramic vistas. Forming part of a farmstead, this two-storey home has plenty of Tuscan character and there’s a luxurious bathroom complete with a sauna and spa shower. Here, you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the Tuscan countryside while enjoying easy access to nearby towns such as Reggello, 2 kilometres away.

A Home's Embrace

This 17th century Tuscan villa is brimming with old world charm. It has been expertly restored and renovated, while maintaining a magical ancient aura. Terracotta floors, bronze busts, wooden roof beams, original fireplaces and deep stone basins compound the villa’s traditional appeal, while outside there is a stunning 14 by 6 metre pool, and plenty of chill out zones and deck chairs so you can sunbathe and relax in comfort. There are seven bedrooms, each with their own distinct character. We love the emerald green tiled bathroom, and the classic Tuscan stripes.

Downstairs there are three living rooms, as well as a cards table for a late night game of Poker. On warm summer evenings dinner can be eaten al fresco, or at the long banqueting table inside. The kitchen is fully modernised, and there is also an outdoor wood fired oven, so you can try your hand at pizza making.
The villa is located in verdant countryside, about an eight minute drive from Bibbiena, a picturesque town with traditional stone churches, sprawling views of the Casentino valley, and traditional restaurants serving excellent Tuscan fare.

Villa Etrusca

Set in 30,000 square metres of grounds, this home is the Tuscan dream. There’s a turquoise swimming pool for hot summer days, a volleyball and football pitch, and a well-tended orto (vegetable garden) where you can help yourself to seasonal sun-ripened produce and cook just like a local. If the weather is fine a barbecue might be in order – there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a meal around the garden – plus an annex with a fully-equipped gym for burning off the feast the night before. Inside the traditional villa, there’s a luxuriously modern feel, yet the old Tuscan charm has been retained. Uplighting illuminates exposed brick archways and vaulted ceilings as though proudly displayed in a museum, and antique furniture sits alongside modern, comfy sofas. The sleek, minimalist kitchen has everything you need for an Italian feast from the orto and dinner can be accompanied by a bottle of local red from the stocked wine cellar (wine is not included in the rental price). This home is split between the main villa and a garden cottage. The garden cottage houses a full spa with massage rooms, a sauna and a Jacuzzi – just ask your host to make a booking. You’re in the Valdichiana hills here, looking out over olive groves and the rolling scenery Tuscany is famous for, and it’s a twenty-minute drive to the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona.

Ten Green Bottles

In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this lovingly restored stone barn offers an ideal retreat. From this home's hilltop location, there are stunning views of the surrounding olive-covered hills. You can enjoy the vistas from the terrace and private saltwater pool, while inside, the traditional and rustic decor creates a homely feel. Just 500 metres from this place, you’ll find the local town with all of its amenities or go wine tasting at the renowned Petrolo winery just 2 kilometres away.

Tuscan Barn Retreat

There's nothing more magical and romantic than the sight of an ancient hilltop Tuscan town, surrounded by rolling hills and cypress trees, and here it's what you'll be waking up to each morning. Set just outside the walls of Montepulciano, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, this traditional farmhouse has been lovingly modernised by your host to create a perfect, authentic experience of life in this beautiful region. Walk or drive into Montepulciano in just minutes to explore its medieval buildings, or head further afield for day trips – Siena and Perugia are both less than an hour away by car. The home itself is divided into two apartments, making this an ideal choice for larger groups – just speak with your host if you'd like to book them both together.

Il Doppio

Once part of a 14th century farmhouse, this apartment is a Tuscan gem. Less than ten miles from Lucca near the village of San Gennaro, this home is off the beaten track – so much so that cars with lower suspension may struggle to reach the front door. Upon arrival, you'll find a living and dining area with an unobtrusive kitchen, plus two double bedrooms, one with its own outdoor seating area. Speaking of outdoors, perhaps the home's star attraction is its dazzling pool area, which you'll share with guests in other apartments. Perfect for basing up in the heart of Tuscany, you can explore the region at leisure, or simply admire the vineyards and olive groves from your sun lounger.

Hillside Olive

Perched on the hills overlooking the Val di Chiana, this beautiful home seamlessly blends rustic charm with elegant Tuscan style to create a truly unforgettable stay.

Less than a fifteen–minute walk from the centre of Cortona, the owners have thoughtfully restored this traditional farmhouse into a welcoming space that exudes charm. And with its abundant garden and breathtaking views, this is the perfect setting for a retreat into the heart of nature.

Stepping inside, you’ll find an uplifting space designed to enrich your stay with the simple pleasures of Italian living. From luminous mornings watching the sun rise over the valley to cosy evenings curled up by the fire, this is the kind of space that adapts to suit the needs of the moment. And for the ultimate sense of relaxation, the swimming pool is perfectly poised for refreshing swims and lazy afternoons reading under a tree.

For explorations further afield, it’s just a short atmospheric stroll to the church of Santa Maria Nuova as well as the town centre. Days can be spent meandering the majestic streets, pausing in a local bar or restaurant and savouring the stunning views.

The Ancient Stone

Nestled in a quiet Chianti valley, this rustic apartment in a classic stone farmhouse makes a great Tuscan base. The interiors are traditionally Italian, with exposed beams, terracotta tiles, arched feature walls, and simple, well-kept furnishings – not flashy, but warm and authentic. Outside, the shared pool, wood-burning oven, and private terraces make it easy to unwind or enjoy al fresco meals. The real highlight is the location – it’s surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and woods, but it’s only a short drive from Siena and Rapolano.

Chianti Sun

Tucked into the Casentino hills above Bibbiena, this villa is the kind of place where evenings tend to stretch – long dinners on the garden terrace, drinks by the outdoor fireplace, and the leafy hillside settling into quiet around you. The cooler Tuscan altitude keeps summers comfortable, a welcome contrast to the baking lowlands below. Poppi's medieval castle is a ten-minute drive when you're ready to explore, and centuries-old Franciscan sanctuaries lie hidden among the nearby mountain peaks. Free on-site parking within a fenced plot makes the logistics easy from the moment you arrive.

Bells Over Bibbiena

Endless views across the rolling Tuscan hills and vineyards, mornings in the pool, afternoons wine tasting, evenings alfresco? We're in. Set in the heart of the famed Chianti region, this villa is rustic at its core but leans modern in deisgn, with just enough traditional character. There's room for ten to unwind, while the living spaces – inside and out – are made for time together, with the Tuscan countryside as a constant backdrop. Location wise, you're in the heart of the countryside, with Siena and Florence both an hour away by car. All that's missing is a glass of local Chianti and a home cooked meal on the patio.

Under the Chianti Sun

As Tuscan homes go, this one fully encapsulates the charm of the region. Once a farmhouse, the traditional interiors may not be everyone's cup of tea, but the exposed stone walls and antique furnishings certainly match the rustic atmosphere. Regardless, you won't spend much time indoors – not with exteriors this inviting. Choose a spot in the beautiful landscaped gardens to soak up the sunshine, or lounge in the pool (with a children's pool area, the whole family can enjoy it). The terrace is made for alfresco feasts with family or friends – the stunning hilltop views are the cherry on top. Situated in the Mugello valley outside Florence, this home feels a world away from the city, yet it's just an hour's train ride away.

Village's Hearth

This contemporary villa is a stunning base for an Italian escape. It’s just a sixteen-minute drive from San Gimignano, with a winery only ten minutes away. The villa looks out over the surrounding hills and boasts views of San Gimignano and its historic towers. The outside space is beautiful, with a heated infinity pool at its heart. There’s also a great spot for alfresco dining on the terrace. Inside, the villa is timeless. It’s comfortable and stylish, a beautiful home-from-home with all the amenities you could wish for – there’s even a sauna.
