This stunning home makes for a dreamy retreat. It’s in a gated community in stunning Tulum, tucked away amid the tropical trees and greenery – it’s an oasis. This is the kind of holiday home you find yourself daydreaming about long after the suitcases have been unpacked and the tans have faded. 

The villa boasts an open-plan concept that blends indoor and outdoor living. Open up the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to merge the living and dining space with the terrace, private swimming pool, and pretty green canopy of leaves. Fire up the barbecue for dinner served alongside the pool, beneath the twinkling stars. 

The rooftop terrace is another of our favourite features, thanks to its stunning views and sense of peace. It’s an ideal space for a tranquil early-morning yoga session, and is a lovely spot for sunbathing. In the evening, sip cocktails and watch the sun set over the tropical scenery. 

The villa is in a splendid location, secluded enough to offer absolute peace and quiet, but close enough to all the sights. It only takes five minutes to drive to the town of Tulum and nine minutes to reach Tulum Beach. Swim in the crystal clear sea in the morning before meandering around the town in the afternoon. History-buffs will enjoy exploring the Mayan ruins, which are a short drive away. There’s something for everyone here. 


Jungle Symphony

In the heart of Isla Mujeres, this villa boasts gorgeous sea views from almost every area. Outside you'll find space for cooking up something tasty in the summer kitchen and dining alfresco by the heated saltwater pool. Families will settle right in – a cot can be provided for little ones, and the two singles with pull-out beds are ideal for children. Daily housekeeping offers you the chance to focus on enjoying your stay, and your host can arrange optional extras like a private chef. Tropicana Retreat

Nestled between the palm trees, with undisrupted views of Tulum Beach – this luxury penthouse has everything you need for a tranquil stay. The penthouse interiors are laid back and contemporary  – with plenty of room to accommodate up to six guests. We particularly love the master bedroom complete with a secluded private balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. You'll benefit from the resort's luxury amenities here  – including a private beachfront, a large swimming pool, a yoga studio, and sea kayaks – within walking distance. You needn't go far – but if you're looking for a day trip, the beautiful coastline can be easily explored in either direction. 

Caribbean Waters Edge

Located on Tulum Beach within a private resort – everything you could possibly need is just a stone's throw away. This laid-back and contemporary villa can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests – perfect for a family retreat, there's lots of indoor and outdoor communal space here. We particularly love the roof terrace, overlooking the palm trees and the Caribbean Sea. You'll find plenty of little luxuries here to make your stay special – including access to a private swimming pool, sandy beach, personal chefs, on-site restaurants, a yoga studio, and more. 

From The Tide

This Mexican villa in Playa del Carmen is perfect for a laid-back beach holiday. It's perfect for families – there's a garden for games and sunbathing, a terrace with a barbecue for alfresco dinners, a pool for splashing around, and shared sleeping arrangements. It's only a short walk from both the Hard Rock Golf Club and the beach, so you can spend mornings on the green or the golden sands before heading into the hustle and bustle of central Playa del Carmen. The large pool, surrounded by sun loungers, invites you to forget your troubles and get happy, whether by taking a dip or simply stretching out and enjoying the glorious idleness. We particularly love the seamless way in which the interior of the villa seamlessly blends in with the tropical beauty of its surroundings. 

The views from the upstairs bedrooms are truly breathtaking here, and there is just no better way to start your day than by waking up with the deep blue ocean glistening outside your window. With your own stretch of private beach literally on your doorstep, you will be able to indulge in beach walks, lazy dips, and long snorkelling sessions as often as you fancy. In the evenings, you will no doubt want to enjoy the delicious meals prepared for you by the chef, and you can do so in the covered outdoor dining area, perfect for warm evening feasts. 

This is a tranquil, family-friendly community, but that being said, there are still plenty of activities to keep you busy, and we love that fact that the mystical resort town of Mayan is a mere ten-minute drive away. 


The Diving Bee

This luxurious villa is nestled within the tree canopies on a boutique beach resort in Tulum. The interiors have a laid-back and luxurious feel, and there's plenty of communal space. Designed with entertaining and socialising in mind – the villa can comfortably accommodate a group of eight. Due to the beachside location, you'll likely spend most of your days soaking up the sun. Outside you'll find a private swimming pool, beach access, a roof terrace, and patio area. Benefiting from its luxury resort location, you can make use of the onsite taco bar, breakfast shack, and private chef services.

The Tulum Treetops

Nestled between mangroves and Tankah Bay in the heart of the ancient Mayan kingdom, this villa makes a stunning setting for family reunions or friendly get-togethers. You’ll find the infinity pool and the Caribbean sea both jostling for your attention out in front. With its close proximity to jungles and some of Mexico’s finest beaches, you’ll have plenty to explore. We recommend taking a walk into the local town for breakfast and trying the iconic Yucatan dish huevos motuleños, before embracing your inner-Indiana Jones at Tulum’s Mayan ruins.
