Admire the aquamarine sea and blue hues in this amazing villa. The roof terrace is where you'll be spending most of your time, with a gas barbeque, bar, and a pool, what else could you want? Spend your evenings relaxing on the terrace, drinking wine and tucking into the traditional Portuguese cuisine. Put your bartender hat on and practice making cocktails at the rooftop bar, and sip the night away listening to your favourite songs.

The living room boasts a balcony that has a gorgeous view of the ocean, giving you ample opportunity to see the plethora of boats that sail past daily. You'll find two beaches nearby, so you can spend your days in the sun with the sand between your toes. There's also a variety of eateries in the area, so take your pick and dine out in style.

Aqua Reflections

Stylish interiors, a host of high-end amenities, and direct beach access – you'll know you're in for a special stay from the moment you arrive. Drop off your bags and make a beeline for your private rooftop terrace, complete with sun loungers, a dining area and stunning sea views. Mornings begin out here, clutching an iced coffee and a pastel de nata as you decide whether it's a relaxing day by the pool or a fun-filled trip to the golden sand of Praia da Rocha, just 500m away.

The sleek sliding glass doors set up seamless indoor-outdoor living, bathing the home in natural sunlight. Stepping inside, you'll find a plush island kitchen with a sociable breakfast bar that means you can cook for your guests while chatting over a glass of wine. Traditional azulejo-tiled flooring and duck egg blue walls create a soothing space to relax, while the bedrooms are just as modern and peaceful – there's even a dedicated desk area for those working from home.

When you're not working or simply basking in the blissful atmosphere of your sun-soaked terrace, head downstairs for a refreshing dip in the communal pool. Alternatively, keep up your weekly fitness routine with a swim in the resort's indoor pool or a workout in the well-equipped gym. Later, don your finest tennis whites on the shared courts as the sun goes down, before rustling up a grilled supper on the barbecue patio.

If you can peel yourself away from this light-filled apartment and the resort's fabulous amenities, take some time to discover the old port city of Portimão just a short drive away. As evening draws in, we recommend a trip to the old marina for dinner – you'll find a sprinkling of waterfront restaurants and cocktail bars lining the harbour.

There’s also a fabulous outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue, bread oven, and beer tap, so your evenings can be just as enjoyable. The rooms are spread across the main villa, the pool house, and a cosy lodge nestled in the lush garden, providing plenty of space for your group to get comfy. Ready to explore? Discover charming towns like Loulé and Almancil nearby, or drive fifteen minutes to the coast and some of the Algarve’s beautiful beaches.

Bright Days

Located just steps from Quarteira beach, this apartment has a perfect location. You’ll also be a short stroll from restaurants, cafes, local markets, and shops. After a day of exploring the Algarve, relax by this resort’s communal infinity pool with its Atlantic Ocean views. This pad also has sea glimpses from its private balcony – a great place for sunset drinks, while inside this home, there’s a bright open-plan living area. And with one free parking space in a secure garage on-site, this apartment offers the ideal getaway.

Atlantic Ocean & Beaches

Perfectly positioned just a three-minute walk from the beach, this sun-drenched townhouse makes an excellent base for exploring the Algarve. You won't have to travel far to discover Praia da Luz's sandy shores, coastal hiking routes and mouthwatering restaurants in the centre, as nearly everything is within walking distance. But for those craving some boutique shopping and buzzing nightlife, Lagos is an easy fifteen drive away.

When you're not dipping your toes in the Atlantic or admiring the views from the iconic Rocha Negra, we bet we'll find you basking in the sunshine back at home. You've got options when it comes to relaxing in the fresh air – upstairs, the main suite's balcony is a sweet spot to enjoy your morning coffee, while downstairs, a small patio with lounge chairs overlooks the complex's sparkling communal pool. It's just a few steps from your living room, so you can easily enjoy an afternoon swim before heading out for the evening.

Speaking of the lounge, we love how cosy and bright the interiors are. The squishy sofa beckons after a long day on your feet – sprawl out with a bowl of popcorn and watch your favourite Netflix movie or turn on the Playstation 4 and get gaming. Come evening, rustle up a delicious meal in the well-stocked kitchen, open a bottle of Portugal's Vinho Verde wine and dine alfresco as the sun goes down.

One Shining Day

Experience the Algarve in all its dazzling glory at this family-size villa offering extra facilities and perks to sweeten the deal. Situated near the old village of Vilamoura, it's approximately a fifteen-minute walk from the sparkling marina, while the pristine sand of Praia de Vilamoura is only 1 kilometre from your door.

Inside, you'll find a blend of traditional Algarvian styling with modern craftsmanship to create a comfortable home. There's a real sense of calm throughout the villa, with muted tones, soft furniture, and Santa Catarina floor tiles. Cook up a storm in the contemporary island kitchen and enjoy meals around the long dining table for up to ten guests. Designed with ease in mind, there are five calming bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in showers, so each morning gets off to a peaceful start.

When it comes to filling your days, there's plenty at home to keep you occupied. While away sun-soaked afternoons with a cocktail by your private pool, fire up the barbecue for lazy lunches at the outdoor dining area, before heading to the tennis court later on and serving up the aces.

Tell Me Vilamoura

Nestled in Albufeira, this apartment offers easy access to a selection of beaches on the Algarve coast. Dine out on your private balcony, albeit a little overlooked by neighbouring homes, and you can even catch a glimpse of the sea peeking through the buildings. If that’s not the perfect spot to start your day, morning coffee in hand, then we recommend making your way to the rooftop terrace. Shared with the other residents, this communal space promises views that you’ll never tire of – best enjoyed, we think, from the refreshing waters of the pool.

Rooftop Refuge

Soak up the coastal views at this villa overlooking Maria Luísa Beach. Whether you're lounging on the sun-kissed terrace, cooling off in the private pool, or dining alfresco with the sea as your backdrop, we think this is Algarve living at its finest. Inside, the design merges traditional character with colourful accents and contemporary touches. Tiled bathrooms, stone walls, and light-filled living spaces – it feels like a true home from home. The cherry on top is the direct access to the beach via stairs at the edge of the garden. Of course, plenty of other popular beaches are within driving distance, too.

Coastal Sun

If you’re searching for a laid-back stay in Quinta do Lago, this family-friendly home delivers. From the peaceful garden to the private pool and games room, every detail has been considered to bring warmth and joy to your stay. There's also a large terrace with a music system – setting the tone for evening drinks and alfresco dining. Maid service is included three days a week, and your host can help organise a range of extras like children’s amenities and pool heating. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just 5 kilometres to Garrao Beach and Almancil, putting you within striking distance of the ocean.

Light & Wonder

Set in a peaceful countryside location, this home offers a relaxing escape just a short drive from Praia Grande Beach. Designed to bring comfort and ease to daily living, guests can enjoy calm rooms, a private pool and a jacuzzi (available on request). There is also a large terrace with a pizza oven and barbecue, plus the indoor cinema and games room provide plenty of entertainment options for kids. Your host is on hand to help organise car rentals along with a range of extra services – including guided tours and excursions.

Gold of the Sun

Occupying a peaceful spot just outside Lagos town centre, this family-friendly home is a refreshing coastal escape. There’s a sheltered garden, a private pool (heated upon request) and a covered pergola with a 'big green egg' barbecue – perfect for lingering sunset meals. It’s also extremely well located, with restaurants, bars and shops just a twenty-five-minute walk away. Meia Praia beach is also within walking distance, although we recommend hiring a car if you’d like to explore the beautiful beaches further along the coast.
