Packed with a pool table, gym, table tennis, BBQ and a glistening infinity pool, this villa means you'll never run out of things to do. It marries the high-end amenities of a five-star resort with the privacy of your own home. 

Alongside the plethora of amenities, the villa is drenched in an elegant style. Rich, velvet tones of purple and yellow add touches of character to the open-plan living space, which is bathed in natural light pouring in through the floor-to-ceiling doors. 

A long, white dining table is tailor-made for wholesome meals of a classic Turkish mezze, complemented by a glass of raki. On the warmer nights, you can move out to the cute outdoor table tucked under the veranda.  

Whilst you're in the outdoor space, mosey over to the upstairs balcony for sweeping views of the stunning scenery. Of course, you can always admire the view from the luxury of the infinity pool for true indulgence. 

Five Stars of Delight

Perhaps the stand out feature of this luxury villa is its extensive grounds – 5,300 square metres to be exact – elegantly surrounding the circular swimming pool and with a striking backdrop of the rugged mountains. With so much space, children will be free to run around safely, while adults can enjoy the cushioned chairs, sun loungers or the hanging hammock. Take your pick and start enjoying the Turkish sun! Inside, this villa is just as awe-inspiring with impressive inverted vaulted ceilings and an art collection worthy of any gallery. If you’d like to explore the local area, it couldn't be easier with the complimentary car provided, and you're only a 10-minute drive from centre of Dalyan. The ancient ruins of Kaunos and the sandy Iztuzu beach are two local attractions that you shouldn't miss.

The Halka

With views of the med, the mountains, and Kalkan, it’s easy to see what drew our attention to this villa. We love the infinity pool and glass-fronted balconies that show off the magnificent vistas. And there’s just as much to enjoy inside too – like the sauna, hammam, and the games room for fun afternoons. If we had to pick one highlight, it’d have to be the in-bedroom Jacuzzi for breathtaking views while you bathe. It’s peaceful here, but you’re only a short drive from Kalkan’s beach clubs, harbour, and restaurants – you’ll need a car to tackle the hills, but the outlook is more than worth it.

Aqua Vista Villa

Charming, unspoilt and steeped in history, the old fishing town of Kalkan is a knockout. You’ll find your low-slung villa is a ten-minute drive from the centre, tucked inside the hillside, overlooking the glittering Lycian coast. When you’re not sunning yourself on the shores of Kalkan Beach, you’ll be dipping in and out of your private infinity pool, napping on a lounger or setting the alfresco dining table in preparation for a tasty Turkish feast. 

Inside, washes of white paint and polished marble floors keep the living space breezy and bright feature walls in the bedrooms ensure you start the day with a pep in your step. Put the final touches to your itinerary at the breakfast bar then grab your sun hat and explore your surroundings. If you’re keen to expend some energy, Saklikent National Park is a forty-three-minute drive away but if you’d prefer to stay put, the Jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom is the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset.  

Golden Tulip

This stylish modern home offers the holy trinity of sky, sea and mountains. The location is excellent, as you're  up on a hillside near Kalkan town and just 2 km from the coast. The home's interiors with marble floors and bespoke furniture will keep you feeling cool during your stay, and are a real haven to come back to after a day out under the Turkish sun. That said, the roof terrace and infinity pool mean you won't have to travel far to soak up the sunshine. Kalkan is a vibrant and busy seaside town, with a host of shops, bars, restaurants and sites of historical interest nearby. You're also close to Patara, the longest beach in the country – a must see.

Kalkan Dreaming

There’s a lot to love about this traditional farmhouse. Its 300-year history is reflected in the stone walls, wooden beams, and fireplace, while the ornate furnishings add a splash of Turkish opulence. But really, it’s the view that steals the show here. Whether you’re reading in the rocking chair on the terrace or swimming in the huge infinity pool, you’re treated to expansive views across Kaya Valley and the abandoned village of Kayaköy. It’s undoubtedly something special. 

From the traditional rugs to the friendly nature of your host, the spirit of authentic Turkey is felt everywhere here. Take in the mountain views from your bedroom balcony, savouring a Turkish coffee for the full experience. Bask in the natural surroundings by the pool, flickering between daydreaming while taking in the pretty view and reading your book. 

If you never wanted to leave this oasis in the lush valley, we’d get it. But a short walk through the countryside will take you to the atmospheric Kayaköy – an absolute must-see. If you like walking, you’re in the right place – follow the Lycian Way from Kayaköy to remote, unspoiled beaches. For busier beach days, you’re a twenty-minute drive from the famous Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz.

Love of the Valley

There’s much to admire about this Kalkan villa, starting with the sweeping sea views that stretch across Kalmar Bay. Built into the mountainside over three floors, the home's panoramas are just as impressive from the private pool and sun terraces as they are from the rooftop Jacuzzi. Perfect for multi-generational family stays or couples sharing, bedrooms are thoughtfully set apart across two floors, each with an ensuite and private balcony. When you’re ready to explore, Kalkan’s charming centre is a short drive away, with rooftop restaurants prime for sunset suppers. Or keep things closer to home at the nearby beach club and restaurant – there’s a seafront lounger with your name on it. 

Luminous Bay

Home views of the Kalkan Harbour and scores of facilities designed for boundless comfort equals the true meaning of a Turkish delight. Add in a heated pool, a hot tub and dashes of blue all around this villa and you can pretend you’re underwater, living in aquatic heaven. Afternoon naps on the Balinese beds are exactly what you need after an invigorating swim. All the bedrooms are decked out with balconies hosting vistas of the sea so your mornings are always a breeze, in every sense of the word. Whip up breakfast in the Bosch kitchen, take a plate out to the terrace and savour your surroundings after sunrise. In the evenings, put the grill to work then wine and dine your loved ones in the outdoor dining area. Beach towels, blankets and all the beach essentials you could need are at your fingertips so everyday is a good day to get a taxi down to Kalkan Beach for continued relaxation in the sun.

Sapphire Alpine

Though just twenty minutes from Kalkan by foot, you'll feel far, far away from the hustle and bustle of the busy seaside town as the house has a tranquility and peace about it. Cool neutral tones, marbled floors and a monochrome colour palette feel fresh and modern, but the outside space really makes it special; a pergola, infinity pool and kosk - traditional Turkish seating - all, overlook the sea.
