Located just south of Sunset Strip in an exclusive gated complex, it's recently been overhauled by interior designer to the stars Roxy Sowlaty. On the ground floor, you'll find an expansive open-plan space with a giant velvet corner sofa set around a fireplace and piano, perfect for those cosy, cooler nights. However, once the sun's out, you can enjoy direct access to a compact outdoor space, complete with a barbecue. When you're not dining outdoors, we really enjoyed the interplay between the sleek and stylish kitchen with elegant marble worktops that sits alongside the rustic dining table. Upstairs features two large bedrooms with marble en-suites and walk-in wardrobes, so you can sleep in the lap of luxury. Head up one final flight of steps, and you'll arrive at the top floor. This multipurpose room is all things to all people. Need to work out? There's gym equipment. Answer work emails? Grab a seat at the desk. You can even accommodate a couple of additional guests up here. Next, step out onto the rooftop terrace with panoramic views stretching from Downtown LA to Santa Monica. Outside your heavenly Hollywood home, you're only a short walk from the fine dining restaurants and luxury boutiques that line Sunset Boulevard.

It’s rare that you’re able to walk anywhere in LA, but this little home is actually within walking distance to a lot of things. Just a few steps from Santa Monica Boulevard and Wilshire, it's in one of the best neighbourhoods in the country – Beverly Hills. While the home itself isn’t as luxurious as some you'll see in this neck of the woods, it’s incredibly charming. We can’t get enough of the 1920s Spanish Revival details like the tiled staircase and rounded archways. There's a corner fireplace and painted ceiling beams adding to the character too. If you need get some work done, you'll find a little desk in the living room, and there are two lovely bright bedrooms. It's a leafy neighbourhood, and you'll approach your front door through a pretty garden. After a day shopping on Rodeo Drive, freshen up at home before heading off into the city to find some of the best restaurants, bars and entertainment in the world.
