On the ground floor, you'll find an expansive open-plan space with a giant velvet corner sofa set around a fireplace and piano, perfect for those cosy, cooler nights. However, once the sun's out, you can enjoy direct access to a compact outdoor space, complete with a barbecue. When you're not dining outdoors, we really enjoyed the interplay between the sleek and stylish kitchen with elegant marble worktops that sits alongside the rustic dining table. Upstairs features two large bedrooms with marble en-suites and walk-in wardrobes, so you can sleep in the lap of luxury. Head up one final flight of steps, and you'll arrive at the top floor. This multipurpose room is all things to all people. Need to work out? There's gym equipment. Answer work emails? Grab a seat at the desk. You can even accommodate a couple of additional guests up here. Next, step out onto the rooftop terrace with panoramic views stretching from Downtown LA to Santa Monica. Outside your heavenly Hollywood home, you're only a short walk from the fine dining restaurants and luxury boutiques that line Sunset Boulevard.

We'll start with the incredible dual staircase, perfectly suited to making a proper Hollywood entrance to any evening soiree (or perhaps a romantic wedding?). Packed with imposing features like ornate ceilings, tall windows, chandeliers and fireplaces, the home has been modernised to bring it into the 21st century with a colour scheme of whites and dark greys, designer furnishings and contemporary styling. Formal entertaining space comes in the form of grand reception rooms, a dining room and a wet bar that opens to the terrace, while a comfy home cinema and outdoor lounge areas make for casual places to hang out as a family or group of friends. There's a beautiful pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush planting, and we particularly love the first floor's spacious terrace with its verdant views. The master suite is the height of luxury, with a lounge and fireplace, and a gorgeous bathroom with a sauna, steam shower and walk-in wardrobe, while all the bedrooms benefit from private en-suites. Elsewhere in the home, there's a gym and a wine cellar, along with a garage if you're bringing your classic car with you. From here it's just an eight-minute drive to Rodeo Drive, with all sorts of fine dining and world-class shopping options nearby.

This Beverly Hills home is a stunning example of Spanish revival architecture, with arched doorways, stucco exteriors and vaulted beamed ceilings. The real highlight here is the patio garden.
