This supped-up villa, located just minutes from the pristine beaches of Southwest Florida, is tailor-made for a multi-generational family stay. Head out fishing and grill up the results on the deck. The beach is only 1 mile away, and you’re also within easy reach of the restaurants, shops and galleries of downtown. 

The Forte

Only a stone’s throw away from the Intracoastal Waterway and Currie Park, this Florida home spreads its four bedrooms across the main house and guest house, connecting the two with a tropical outdoor space that echoes the surroundings. 

Spend days out basking in the sun as you go from sun lounger to private pool and back again. Bookworms will especially enjoy reading in the shade of the palms or at the edge of the pool where legs can dangle into the cool water.
