You’ll find this modern, adult-only home in Old Naples, a short walk from Fifth Avenue with its plethora of delicious eateries and trendy shops. Comfortable for eight, each bedroom boasts an ensuite and with two separate living areas, there’s plenty of room for guests to spread out here. The outdoor space, however, is sure to be a hit and where everyone naturally congregates. Sun-kissed terraces, alfresco dining and a private pool – what’s not to love? Locally, it’s a mere eleven-minute stroll to Naples beach – perfect for soaking up the sun from the sea or sand. 

Naples Aglow

It’s hard to know where to begin when describing this 1920s estate, there are so many incredible details. The main house is a grand, Spanish-style villa housing four bedrooms. A covered walkway leads to the studio space – pause for a moment and admire the orchids as you go. If you fancy learning a new skill, perhaps flower arranging or shibori, your host can arrange for workshops to take place in the studio (which can also be set up as a lavish 7th bedroom). Two one-bed apartments can be found in the garden, giving additional guests a bit of privacy. The half-acre of grounds was designed for outdoor living, whether you’re grilling up dinner on the BBQ, wandering amongst the palms or settling on the shaded outdoor sofa. Temperature-wise, the brilliant white stone walls keep things cool inside. Style-wise, the boho-chic furniture has the same effect. We don’t blame you if you never set foot outside the gates, but if you’d like to do some sightseeing then the city of West Palm Beach area has plenty to keep you occupied, from art galleries to water parks.

Rent a street-legal golf cart and zip down to the beach in less than five minutes. Prefer to walk? It's only ten minutes on foot. Your host also provides four bikes and some much-appreciated beach gear, including chairs, a cooler, and a cart.

This brand new vacation rental condo in Storey Lake Resort is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property that promises guests an unforgettable stay. The condo includes one queen bedroom en suite and two additional bedrooms with queen beds each. It is located in the closest community to Disney, Disney Springs, Malls, and Walmart. Guests will enjoy the newly opened Clubhouse Resort with its fantastic amenities, including two pools (one with a lazy river), a restaurant, gym, and more.

Sunshine, Always

If proximity to the beach is your priority, this breezy condo is sure to hit the spot. You'll find the warm turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico just across the street, so you can be splashing in the waves and lounging in the sun in no time. You can also sprawl out by the resort's pool, or if you want to take things easy, bask in the rays on the private balcony with a cocktail or two. Inside, the design is inspired by the coastal setting – think seafoam-coloured walls, tropical prints and wicker accents. The open-plan living space is great for socialising – the kitchen island is the perfect spot for breakfast – while built-in bunk beds and a lovely main suite will please both parents and kids at bedtime.

Spend evenings dining on fresh-caught seafood at the eateries on the Wharf before watching the oceanfront sunset – not a bad way to end the day.
