Perfect for a couple or lone business traveller visiting the Big Apple, this compact apartment in the Lower East Side places you within easy reach of restaurants, cafes, galleries and shops. The building is almost a hundred years old, and as it used to be a tenement block, there would have been four or five places in the space that this roomy home now takes up.
