Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University are within walking distance, and Broadway's honky-tonk strip is an eight-minute drive away – close enough for a night out, far enough to sleep well.

It's only a fifteen-minute walk to Midtown, where you'll find lots of live music, as well as being just moments from Centennial Park. If you're travelling on wheels, you'll find Music Row just a seven-minute drive away and Broadway only eight. That being said, in such a well-appointed abode, you could just as well stay in and play a board game or relax in front of the fire in the stylish living room that comes with fourteen-foot ceilings.
