It's located next to the canal, so you have lovely views of the water and canal boats, which makes for a welcome juxtaposition to the busy city streets. It's also an especially quiet home, located in a secure, private complex. The layout of the home works really well, with a generously sized living room, bedrooms and two large balconies to enjoy.
