Top 20 Midtown, New York vacation rentals & luxury serviced apartments
Midtown is a large and frenetic swathe of the middle of Manhattan, which includes Times Square, Broadway, and the world-class Museum of Modern Art. It's full of honking traffic, high rises, and hustle and bustle. It's not going to win any prizes for quaint, leafy charm, but it's a convenient base for accessing all different parts of town and is a fun place to stay if you want to be in the thick of it all. One thing to know – New York is a very busy city with lots going on (it’s not called “the city that never sleeps” for nothing). As part of an authentic New York experience, you can expect a fair amount of noise and construction coming from the streets, whether it be a passing delivery truck or roadwork. Remember that those impressive skyscrapers do come at a cost – scaffolding can be part of the architectural landscape.
