With easy access to eateries and bars, this villa invites your family to stay two kilometres from the Castillo de Moraira and a small-town promenade. Come and sunbathe on Platja de l'Ampolla before driving inland to Costa Blanca's most famous climb at Coll de Rates. Once you return to the driveway, you'll see that this home revolves around its outside space. On the terrace, there's a barbecue and a little outdoor kitchen, so you can enjoy poolside snacks and sip sundowners with sea views.

The Golden Melody

Moraira draws families and groups of friends back year after year due to its vibrant atmosphere, traditional Spanish charm, and stunning mountain backdrop – and we reckon this home is the perfect place from which to explore this Costa Blanca gem. With your own private pool, as well as lots of outdoor areas to relax and chill out, it’s ideal for making many happy memories in the Spanish sunshine.

You can start your day with a delicious Spanish breakfast of churros and coffee on your alfresco dining table, and watch the sunrise from your dreamy balcony. As the heat turns up, head down to the pool and cool off with a few lengths, or relax in the sun on one of the poolside loungers. Head out to the centre of Moraira, just a short walk away, and find a place for a yummy paella lunch in the sun – or, visit the beach for sea swimming and sunbathing. When you return, fire up the barbecue and make up a jug of sangria, for feasting and fun in your shaded terrace area. As the evening begins, go up to your balcony for beautiful views of the sun setting over the leafy landscape around you.

Sparkling Sangria

Perched on the north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca, this Moraira apartment is a neat base for those planning a relaxing getaway to Spain’s famous white coast. If pebble beaches and ocean vistas are what you’re after, this place has got you covered, situated just a few metres from Cala Baladrar. Don your snorkelling gear and go for a dip in the Mediterranean or sit back and relax, cold drink in hand, as you listen to the sound of the waves. 

Later, when you’ve had your fill of the glorious sunshine, head into town for an evening meal or make your way back to your apartment for a quiet night in with your fellow guests. While you won’t find any showstopping amenities here, you’ll have a decent amount of space to unwind in – so pour yourself a glass of Tempranillo and hunker down. Then, when you’re ready to turn in, sink into your double bed and fall asleep thinking of all the adventures tomorrow has in store.  

Encina Breeze

Just a three minute walk to the nearest sandy beach of Arenal, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing somewhere for dinner, a morning coffee, or a glass of sangria as you watch the world go by. There is also a rocky beach just a stone's throw from the apartment, where you can enjoy excellent snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing. The pretty port and historic old town of Javea is just three kilometres away, and you'll find two prestigious golf courses within around a twenty minute radius.

Whether you've spent that day playing a few holes, soaking up the southern Spanish sunshine on your favourite local beach, or exploring the beguiling backstreets of Javea – unmistakably Spanish with their whitewashed houses adorned with bright swathes of bougainvillea – you can always return to the comfort and calm of this home away from home. Cook up something tasty in the kitchen (we especially love preparing a steam pan of Arroz a la Banda, Alicante’s take on typical paella), before heading out onto the balcony that overlooks the communal swimming pool, perhaps breaking out the board games to while away the evening as dusk turns into a star-speckled night.

Like a Desert Flower

Mountain views, a private pool and contemporary rooms – this home welcomes you to enjoy it all from the hills of Jávea. Set across three floors, the house offers plenty of chill-out spots along with a hot tub, exercise equipment and an office for remote workers. It’s also family-friendly with cots and high chairs available on request and a children’s zone in the swimming pool. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just 5 kilometres to the beach and the centre of Jávea. 

Serene Escape

You are mere footsteps from the soft sand and sparkling blue sea of Portet beach at this charming little apartment. Shoving on a pair of flip flops, you can wander down to the shore in less than a minute – the sea here is impossibly blue and turquoise. Plus, you’ve got the shops and restaurants of central Moraira just around the corner. 

The apartment itself embraces the beachy vibe with sea-blue sofas against crisp white walls in the living room. The terracotta tiled floor adds a touch of tradition and keeps things cool underfoot, while the glass sliding doors show off a view of palm trees and the verdant hillside. A private balcony is home to deckchairs and a dining table for meals in the Spanish sunshine. After all, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking entire meals, if you’re not heading into the centre of Moraira for tapas and sundowners. 

Blue Sky & Palms

In a quiet, residential area of Moraira, this villa is all about spending time together in the sun. There’s a rustic Spanish feel to the terracotta terrace where a turquoise pool awaits for cooling dips throughout the day. Set up for sundowners at the poolside bar and barbecue to your heart’s content in the brick summer kitchen. A secluded little playpark lets you know this place is family-friendly too. Inside, you’ve got two separate apartments all to yourself, each with its own zen-like living, kitchen and dining room. Cala Andrago is the closest beach, just 500 metres away.

Spanish Song

Get lost in an infinity of blue as this Spanish haven offers breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea. Up high, in an elevated position, you'll feel on top of the world when staying here. We particularly love the private terrace area – overlooking the cliff edge, you'll get to lap up in vistas of both the landscape and the sparkling seascape from morning through to night. 

Inside the apartment, you'll find clean lines and contemporary furnishings that create a luxurious setting to soak up the laid-back beachside lifestyle of the surrounding locale. Designed around leisure, the apartment complex features an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness room and a hammam and sauna room - all for guests to use at their own disposal. 

Situated in Benitachell, just a ten-minute drive away from Moraig Beach, you'll be in a prime position for exploring the sandy shores of the Alicante coastline – with plenty of shops, bars and waterfront restaurants waiting to be discovered. 


Blue Infinity

Located just 50 metres from Playa del Portet, this bright penthouse apartment is ideally positioned for beach days and gentle coastal walks in the sunshine. Inside, it’s modern and bright with pops of red bringing a touch of drama to the open-plan living space. Start your day at the dining table, digging into a Spanish-inspired breakfast before heading onto the terrace to soak up the seaside vistas. Kick back on a lounger and get stuck into a good book or if you’re in the mood to do a little exploring, slip on your sandals and mosey into the heart of Moraira. 

Pick up souvenirs at Moraira Market then seek a local restaurant for a slap-up lunch. Should you want to venture a little further afield, we recommend heading north to Javea for its charming old town and Soler Blasco Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum.

Red Carnation Petal

This is a villa that will have even the most hard-to-please guests grinning. A lot of that is down to its fabulous views of the glistening Mediterranean and Isla del Portitxol, but special praise also goes to the peaceful swimming pool surrounded by treetops and the covered terrace complete with an alfresco dining table. Although some of the bathrooms are a little dated, we've only got kind words for the three-level layout – we particularly love the main bedroom with a sea-facing balcony. To top it all off, you don't have far to venture for beautiful gold-sand beaches, either.

The Spanish Riviera

The green vistas and pretty enclosed gardens of this traditional villa perched on the hillsides of Javea are charming. Well-geared for family holidays close to the sea, kids will love you for that outdoor playground and trampoline, and you'll all appreciate those shady terraces and private pool when it's time to beat the heat. Location-wise, you're just a five-kilometre drive to the horseshoe-shaped El Arenal Beach. With shallow waters and gently shelving sands, it's perfect for little ones. 

Casa de Sal

Every day can end as beautifully as it began at this penthouse with next-level views over the Mediterranean Sea and placed just a flip-flop away from the dazzling white sands of El Portet Beach.

Wake up to the gentle sound of the lapping waves, then pad outside onto one of the two jaw-dropping terraces designed with outdoor living in mind. That bottom veranda leading off the living space is the spot for mimosas and lazy brunches – the well-stocked delicatessen next door with daily fresh bread will come in handy. While the rooftop terrace, decked out with loungers for sun-worshipping (there's a sail-shade and large automatic awning if you'd rather beat the heat though), is the perch to toast the day's end with sundowners and sunset barbecues as you watch the luxury yachts moor in for the night.

Inside, everywhere is whitewashed and fresh, just as it should be. And you'll love how generously spaced out the bedrooms feel across two floors. Join an orderly queue, though, for first dibs on that king-sized suite upstairs with direct access to the expansive roof terrace.

When it's time to soak up the local culture and meet the locals, the postcard-pretty old town of Moraira with authentic restaurants and tapas bar is a ten-minute amble away. Or just stay local at El Portet Beach (just steps from your door) for fresh-off-the-boat seafood at its stylish beachfront restaurants.
