Here, you're surrounded by metro links and a short walk from the famous Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The Passeig de Gràcia, with its delightful cluster of upmarket boutiques and Gaudi masterpieces, is also just a four-minute stroll from your doorstep. 

We love this home's open-plan design aesthetic. Inside, it's a timeless canvas of white walls and wooden floors, adorned with stylish decor. Large windows offer pretty views of the street while ushering sunlight to flood the space. After a restful slumber in the lavish bedrooms, spend mornings roosted at the dining table for coffee and breakfast. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a home-cooked feast, though if you'd prefer to try the local cuisine, you're in an ideal spot to do so. Eixample is brimming with cafes and eateries, not to mention swish bars for those sunset cocktails.

One To Remember

Cool, calm and collected, this Scandinavian-chic penthouse is blessed with plenty of charisma. Everything about this home is effortlessly stylish – we especially love the vintage Beni Ourain-inspired rug, the handcrafted wooden light fixture, and the 1950s Ercol butterfly chairs. However, the cherry on top is the huge arched window in the living room, which frames the beautiful buildings of Avenida Diagonal in a mesmerising way. So, excuse us while we take a moment to imagine ourselves sitting in front of the luminous windows, enjoying the majestic views. Should this magnificent view not be enough, there's also a welcoming private terrace that's kitted out for alfresco feasts, while the adjacent sunroom is perfect for an afternoon siesta. Enjoy a glass of cava on the sun lounger before heading out to explore the neighbourhood. Explore Eixample and stroll along nearby streets, including the pedestrianised Enric Granados, vibrant Casanova and upmarket Aribau – all of which are lined with charming cafes, outstanding restaurants and vibrant bars within a fifteen-minute walk.

Meet Cute

Neat and practical, this nifty studio is situated in the heart of Eixample. Its terrace looks out at a 19th-century water tower, which might not be one of the city’s most iconic landmarks but serves as a nice backdrop to a cosy cocktail evening. If you fancy a change of scenery, though, you’re within easy reach of Gaudí’s Casa Batlló, as well as Plaça de Catalunya where you’ll find plenty of shops and cafés to while away the day. And while the kitchen’s slightly limited, this home is surrounded by tonnes of bustling bars and restaurants, so you won’t have to venture far for a bite of something delicious to eat.

The City Flower

This home’s minimal design complements the original features of the building – we love the high ceilings and unique curved corridors. Newly renovated, Shaking It is spotless. The communal area might be a little on the small side for its capacity of eight, but the open layout and natural light from the balcony windows make it a great place to socialise.  Conveniently located in the Eixample neighbourhood, the Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia and Casa Battló are all nearby.

Shaking It

Orange Moon has been renovated recently with a bright, modern look in mind, with the greenery, the terrace and the bohemian-inspired furniture keeping it warm, inviting and cosy. You can look out over the Sagrada Familia and the brilliant Mediterranean sea while sipping your morning coffee. Though you’re only a few steps from the Passeo de Gracia, Avenida Diagonal, and Rambla de Catalunya, the private balcony and views to the sea make it seem a world away from the busy city. With a metro stop one block away, you’re also very well-placed to explore all parts of Barcelona and its surroundings.

Orange Moon

Whether you're preparing drinks in the kitchen or simply watching the sunlight dance across the treetops – this is the kind of space that enriches the moment. 

Outside, make the short stroll on to Passeig de Gracia to admire Gaudi’s Casa Milà and then head towards Sagrada Família – a twenty–minute walk. Make a refreshing pause in one of the local restaurants or bars – this is a wonderful way to savour the atmospheric charm of Barcelona. And wherever the city takes you, this lovely apartment is the perfect setting to relax in style. 

The Selena 

As far as homes in La Dreta de l'Eixample go, Caletre is a solid representation of the neighbourhood's architecture. Adorned with Modernist masterpieces, this part of Barcelona boasts great architecture on every corner and even the insides of an unassuming building like this one show some masterful craft. True, the street you'll be staying on is a little bit noisy, but we think that easy access to the cultural heart of town more than makes up for it. 

Caletre

You're in for a treat with a stay at this contemporary apartment perched along a handsome leafy avenue of the well-heeled Eixample district. Home to Gaudí's architectural gems, haute couture shops, and Michelin star restaurants, they call this neck of the woods Quadrat d'Or (Golden Square) for a good reason.

Back at home, the pristine, uncluttered interiors will appeal to all you minimalists out there. Flooded with natural daylight thanks to those floor-to-ceiling Juliet balcony windows, it feels like a breath of fresh air to return to after a day soaking up all that Gaudi extravagance in the streets below.

Drop your bags in the spacious hallway, grab a glass of something crisp (the complimentary chilled wine will help with that), then fling the balcony doors open wide to watch the grand avenue of Gran Via bustle below. One of Barcelona's longest boulevards crossing right through the city, it's an impressive sight to behold. And thanks to its elevated position on the fifth floor, the spacious bedrooms feel surprisingly quiet at night with the windows closed and the black-out blinds drawn.

How Transparent

This apartment offers a central location in Barcelona's Gothic Quarter and a practical pad to call your own. Just a short stroll from Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and the various shops, restaurants and bars, you really couldn't be better placed for exploring the city. The home's bedrooms vary in size, with limited space so you'll want to pack light. That said, we think the modern design, which benefits from traditional Catalan touches, makes for a lovely home to come back to after a busy day of sightseeing.

It overlooks the iconic Passeig de Gràcia, a pedestrian avenue known for its array of shops, restaurants and bars. This busy and exciting district is the heartbeat of the city. Back up in this secluded apartment, which sits in a beautiful building, you'll find the tall ceilings and regal furniture will make you feel like royalty. Take lunch or dinner beneath the chandelier, and admire the works of art and views of the city. Watch the widescreen TV on the antique sofa and armchair, before climbing up to the mezzanine and retiring to bed. If you're staying up, head out to the Plaça de Catalunya just outside and enjoy the nightlife.

All of Barcelona's hotspots are within walking distance, or you can hop on the metro. The stop's just a five-minute walk. Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça de Catalunya, La Rambla, Gran Vía are all within a twenty-minute walk and provide all of the architectural beauty, tapas bars, and sangria spots that your heart desires.

When your feet are starting to hurt and the sun's pounding down, getting back to the air-conditioned apartment for a quick breather will feel bliss. Head to the shared terrace to relax in the bubbling pool. No, it isn't a mirage. A swimming pool in one of the busiest neighbourhoods in Barcelona is a rare sight, but you deserve only the best.

After you've got ready for the night, head to Barceloneta beach. It's a fourty-seven-minute walk away, but the easiest way to get there is the metro, which takes just twenty-five minutes door-to-door. It's a great place to sunbathe by day, but even better to watch the sunset by dusk. The beach is lined with plenty of restaurants, bars, and clubs to whittle the night away.
