There's a reason Eixample is one of Barcelona's most sought-after neighbourhoods. It's known for modernist architecture, upscale shopping, and lively eateries – in our opinion, you couldn't ask for a better stomping ground. Alongside being centrally located, this apartment is stylish and comfortable. We're big fans of the hanging chair in the main bedroom's sunny nook – the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of Rioja – while the dedicated workspace is ideal for business travellers. The second bedroom is on the cosier side, so it's a better fit for children.

Be Live

With all the city's sightseeing hotspots just an amble away, the location of this stylish Eixample apartment is bang-on. Perfect for a large group of friends or a multi-generational family stay, the bedroom proportions are impressive. If ten of you share, the living space and dining table could feel like a squeeze. But with buzzy tapas bars and restaurants just moments from your door, we doubt you'll be eating in much anyway. In town for work? The desks dotted about the home will come in handy. As will Passeig de Gràcia Metro to blaze a trail across the city for meetings – it's just three minutes from your door.

The Light Eternal

Attention to detail makes this Barcelona apartment a special one. This beautifully decorated space is full of natural light, thanks to the multiple balconies. You might hear some noise from the street below, but that often comes with being in such a central location. The Eixample neighbourhood is full of bars, cafes, tapas spots, and international restaurants to explore. And it’s easy to get to the rest of the city too with great transport links. Back home, the cosy decor makes this a lovely place to come back to. The well-equipped, large kitchen is particularly good for those staying long-term – you can even bring your pet along to really make it home.

Dim Light

This location couldn't be better for a Barcelona getaway. The apartment is perched above the bustling Passeig de Gràcia, just a short stroll from shops, restaurants, and landmarks like Casa Batlló. You'll even enjoy Gaudí views of your own here – Casa Milà is right across the street, and you can admire the iconic architecture from the living room windows. We think this is an excellent option for friends and families – there's ample space for socialising in the lounge, the kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up tapas, and the main bedroom has a walk-in closet and sleek en-suite. In this central spot, street noise is to be expected, but we think it's worth it for the view.

Milà Mirage

Sleek and illuminated, this modern home invites you to experience Barcelona from your own contemporary universe. You can feel the Eixample neighbourhood energy from your private balcony - a prime spot to revitalise after a day scaling the artworks at the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art - only a twenty-minute walk from your apartment.

The city’s cultural depth and diversity, reflected in this apartment’s refined aesthetic, have been intentionally designed to maximise your city break. The glossy marble kitchen is kitted out for quick bites as well as home-hosted dinners - the island is situated so you can share a glass of natural wine you picked up from Món Vínic with your loved ones while relaxing at the wooden dining table. Right in the heart of L'Antiga Esquerra de l’Eixample, this apartment delivers a great location along with style and comfort. Designed to make you feel at home right away, the open-plan living room makes it easy to stretch out while listening to your favourite playlist. There is also a dedicated desk for remote workers and the bedrooms have everything you could need to switch off and enjoy total privacy – the main bedroom also comes with an adjoining office and ensuite bathroom. Outside, it’s just a short stroll to Casa Milà on Passeig de Gràcia and you’ll find great public transport links. 

Muse of the Moment 

Perched along handsome Gran Vía Avenue and just a stroll from the Gothic Quarter and all the must-see sights, the location of this apartment is spot-on. But it's the sense of space that impresses us the most about this L'Eixample bolthole. Each bedroom with an en-suite is as beautifully styled as the next, with Juliet balcony doors flooding in natural daylight. It's worth noting if ten guests share, it could be a squeeze fitting you all around the dining table. Though with countless buzzy tapas bars and restaurants just moments from your door, we wouldn't blame you for eating out instead.

Gran Vía Gem

Step into a world of peace and tranquility in this boho chic home located in Barcelona’s Eixample neighbourhood. The living room’s dark green and white palette feels instantly soothing against its blend of wood, rattan and suede decor, with a large fig plant, ferns and a framed creeping ivy giving the space a sense of garden-like serenity. The mellow vibes continue in the green, plant-filled bedroom where French doors open onto a beautiful balcony. Sit here with your morning coffee as you watch the hustle and bustle of the street below, or enjoy romantic evening drinks here as you watch the sunset over the city. With elegant Passeig de Gràcia just a five-minute walk away, Casa Batlló right around the corner and countless Catalan bistros and bars right on your front door, there’s no end to the entertainment to be enjoyed from this urban oasis. 

Fig & Ivy

This home’s minimal design complements the original features of the building – we love the high ceilings and unique curved corridors. Newly renovated, Shaking It is spotless. The communal area might be a little on the small side for its capacity of eight, but the open layout and natural light from the balcony windows make it a great place to socialise.  Conveniently located in the Eixample neighbourhood, the Plaça Catalunya, Sagrada Familia and Casa Battló are all nearby.

Shaking It

Impeccably clean, cosy and comfortable it's perfect for longer stays. The bedrooms are spacious and the storage space is generous. 
The wifi is exceptionally speedy and the well-organised kitchen is fit for purpose. The bathrooms are a little dated for our liking, but they're functional nonetheless. And as it's in a quiet residential area, a good night's sleep and total tranquillity are guaranteed. Nearby parks, shopping areas, cafes, and interesting sights are all closeby. 



A Touch of Magnolia

With its trendy colour palette and sleek modern design, this Eixample apartment offers first-class urban living. The marine blue accent wall makes the open-plan living space feel connected and cosy, while boiserie and marble-effect details add a touch of elegance. You’ll begin your mornings at the dining table with a traditional Catalan breakfast before nipping onto the balcony to bask in the glorious sunshine. 

Spend afternoons ticking off Barcelona’s cultural hot spots – Gaudí’s Casa Batlló is a mere 160 metres from your building and La Sagrada Família is a leisurely twenty-five-minute walk away. Weave through the Gothic Quarter’s charming streets – stop for a coffee on La Rambla and pore over the masterpieces in the Picasso Museum. And when the day draws to a close, take the twenty-four-minute bus trip to Barceloneta Beach to watch the sun set over the glittering Mediterranean. 

La Modernista

This stylish apartment, housed in a grand period building, has a fantastic address. Gaudí's masterpiece Casa Batlló is a three-minute saunter, while it's a six-minute stroll to Paseo De Gracia with its museums and designer boutiques galore (Gucci, Chanel and Versace, amongst many others). Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas, on the other hand, are a ten-minute walk away or visit one of Barcelona's most iconic attractions, the Sagrada Familia, just over twenty minutes on foot.

Back at this home, open the French doors to the balcony and have a seat on the comfy sofa after all that sightseeing. We love the high ceilings here and traditional wall mouldings. There's a gorgeous, modern four-poster bed as well – this place is perfect for a couple or friends looking for a bolt hole in Barcelona.
