Thanks to its unique architecture, guests lucky enough to stay here can enjoy sweeping views of the city’s golden beaches and lush hillsides from almost every angle. Step down to the beach whenever the mood strikes you to go for a swim or just catch some sun. The city’s Old Town and the vibrant neighbourhood of Gros are a leisurely twenty-minute walk away – guests looking to stay in comfort and style in this alluring city won’t be disappointed.


The Grand Curve

A comfortable design with cool tones to make you feel at ease, while terracotta accents around the home offer a splash of colour, as do the exquisite rugs that compliment the décor. The open plan living area is the perfect spot for gathering everyone in the morning for a coffee while preparing a hearty breakfast and relaxing on the rattan chairs beside the dining table. We love the skylights on the top floor, that allow the sun to flow through whilst immersing yourself in your favourite book. The bathtub exudes luxury for soaking in after a day of strolling the streets and be sure to check out the balcony, admiring the sunset over the azure sea.

To work up an appetite, roam Belle Époque promenades of the city's three beaches – stop to sip a glass of local sparkling txakoli wine, before looking out for the Euskal Dantza (the local dance). Although it has the second-most Michelin-starred restaurants to tempt your taste buds, you must experience The Basques' unique way of dining – walking from bar to bar and enjoying bite-size pieces of culinary art. Stroll through the maze of narrow cobblestone streets in Old Town, filled with excellent pintxo bars and historic architecture to have fulfilled your day of exploring.


Finding Joy

This stunning villa in stylish San Sebastian has mesmerising views over La Concha Beach. Spread over two floors, it's the perfect place for a group of friends or family to enjoy time away without getting on top of one another. You'll be spoilt for choice with two terraces to choose from. Use one for a spot of sunbathing throughout the day, and gather on the other in the evening to watch the unbelievable ocean sunsets. Spend the day walking along the inviting promenade of Playa de la Concha and cool off with a dip in the ocean. Then head to the Old Town, only a short walk away, to seek out some authentic Spanish tapas. These beautiful cobblestoned streets are lined with upscale shops and tempting wine bars. When you’ve had enough, retreat to your tranquil home for a restful night’s sleep.  

Aquamarine Breeze

Located in the Antiguo neighborhood, this seriously stylish apartment is a real find. The interior is slick and modern, with touches of greenery, cool artworks and a selection of designer seating. However, the pièce de résistance is the outdoor space. Open up the patio doors and you’ll find a huge terrace, with sun loungers for basking, a hammock for afternoon naps and a separate dining area for eating together. Ondarreta Beach is popular with locals, and is just a few steps from the apartment. A stroll along the seafront will take you to San Sebastian’s other two beaches, if you fancy a change of scene. In twenty minutes you will arrive in the heart of the old town, with is maze-like streets and famous pintxos bars. Stop for a drink and a bite to eat before you meander back to the apartment.

A Touch of Blush

Although it’s a little way out of the centre of San Sebastian, the Antiguo neighbourhood is full of charm, and less touristy, making it the perfect base for a chilled out trip to the city. Inside this apartment, you’ll find a luminous living area with soothing tones and minimalist decor – stretch out on the pink chaise longue with a glass of wine to get into true holiday mode. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal using fresh local ingredients and you can either sit in the stylish dining area or take the plates outside and dine on your private terrace. A five-minute stroll will take you to Ondarreta Beach, where you can stretch out on the sand, take a dip or watch the waves. Meander along the seaside promenade, and you will arrive at the Old Town in around twenty minutes. From there, you can explore the traditional architecture, historic churches and many pintxo bars. 

Carnation Pink

Located just a moment’s walk from La Concha beach, and with stunning views over the iconic bay, this bright and stylish apartment is the perfect base from which to immerse yourself in all the wonders of San Sebastian and the surrounding area.

The wooden floors give the whole place a homely, warm feeling, and you’ll feel the apartment’s welcoming embrace regardless of the season. The open-plan kitchen, along with the dining and living areas, is perfect for enjoying family meals and relaxing evenings, especially with the benefit of the smart TV. Add to it the luxuriously comfortable bedrooms, and we are sure that you will have a restful, carefree stay. 

Although you may never want to leave the comforts of this apartment, we think that the treasures which await you will be well-worth stepping outside. With glorious beaches and the San Sebastian Bay at your doorstep, and with the historical city centre a ten-minute drive away, you’ll be in an ideal spot to make the most of your stay. 


The Golden Shell

The windows in this apartment are huge, and for good reason. The sea views are simply stunning at all times of day, inviting you to spend hours gazing at the waves. There’s plenty of space for seven people to chill out in the living room or gather round the dining table for a meal whipped up in the ultra-modern kitchen. The golden sands of La Concha beach are just minutes away, where you can sunbathe, take a dip or go for a stroll. Nearby Zurriola Beach is famous for its surf culture – take a lesson or watch from the shore. The old town of San Sebastian is also close, with its pintxo bars serving drinks and little snacks to soak them up. Discerning diners can also treat themselves at one of the many Michelin star restaurants. After all that excitement, enjoy a nightcap on the terrace before heading to bed for a great night’s sleep. 

A Wash Of Blue

Filled with natural light, this home practically shimmers. Bright white surfaces and sleek furnishings give this home a clean, crisp feel. It’s a great base for your stay in the Basque city of San Sebastián. 

Mornings here are particularly lovely, with the early sunlight dancing off the reflective surfaces. When it’s time to explore, you’re just 170 metres from one beach and 200 metres from another. Relax on the golden sands, catching up on your current read, soaking in views of the Mediterranean Sea, and taking swims to cool off. If you get itchy feet, the charming Old Town is around a twenty-minute walk away – stroll by the Bay of La Concha, marvelling at the vista, before reaching the gold-hued buildings of the Old Town.

Basking in Basque

A homely apartment in the centre of Donostia–San Sebastián, this home makes for a comfortable base from which to explore the city and the Basque coast. The interior offers plenty of space to unwind amongst the eclectic and industrial designs, but the sea views are the main draw here – and since the living room and both bedrooms are seafront-facing, every guest can enjoy the rolling waves. You'll find everything you need to cook in the kitchen, although San Sebastián’s local pintxos bars and authentic restaurants are just a short stroll away.

Basque in it 

Found in the neighbourhood of Antiguo de San Sebastián, there's a lot we like about this apartment. The biggest perk is the terrace, which is quite simply huge. There's plenty of space here to enjoy alfresco dinners or relax on a lounger with a gripping novel in your grasp.

Back inside, there's a similar generosity when it comes to space, as well as copious amounts of natural light from the large windows. The design is fresh and contemporary, especially in the kitchen full of sleek surfaces and all the equipment you could need to try your hand at Basque cuisine.

If you want to put yourself in the hands of someone more culinarily talented, there's a great choice of restaurants and cafes surrounding the home. As well as that, Ondarreta beach and the warm waters of La Concha Bay are only a short walk away, too.

Moments from the sands of La Concha, this Donostia-San Sebastián apartment is in the perfect spot for those seeking location above all. The style is minimal here, which is great for when you’re spending most of your time on the beach, exploring the Old Town and sampling regional bite-sized pintxos in the local bars. And though the designs are on the simpler side, we think this place makes for a great stay with its private balcony overlooking the waves.
