From this apartment, it’s just a five-minute stroll down the tree-lined steps to Sa Riera beach. Often referred to as 'the pearl of the Costa Brava’, this is the perfect location for a laid-back coastal getaway. You’ll also find restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, and for those looking to adventure further afield, speak to your host about the range of experiences and excursions they offer. Back at home, you can relax with a swim in the communal pool and make the most of the views from the balcony. There’s also a sofa bed for one extra guest (or two children), making this an ideal option for families. 

The Green Vine

Set just a short walk from the charming village of Tamariu, famed for its pine-backed horseshoe bay and pristine sands, this villa combines seclusion and convenience. We love the open-plan design, which lends the house a natural flow and light and airy feel, but the real selling point is the stunning outside space. After the gentle 500m stroll back from the waterfront or a visit to the nearby medieval village of Begur, cool off with a dip in the private pool or lie back on one of the inviting outdoor loungers, before turning your attention to the barbecue and eating al fresco in the generous outdoor dining area. On cooler evenings, cosy up by the fire and enjoy a film on the living room’s flat-screen TV. 


Ripples

This charming villa in the picturesque fishing village of Calella de Palafrugell is a rare find. Situated in a residential area just 450m from the pretty beach of Platja Canadell, this home is a great spot on the Costa Brava coastline. Though the house feels a little dated in parts, it offers a comfortable space to unwind when the midday Mediterranean sun reaches its peak – then again, there’s the outdoor pool to cool off in too. Make the most of the built-in barbecue and dine alfresco or walk the coastal path to Llafranc for a memorable meal along the seafront.

Spritz Orange

This eye-catching villa has bagged a great spot on a stretch of coastline designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Cleverly designed over three floors to merge into the hillside, the home boasts sea views from inside and out. Standing in the heart of the Les Gavarres Natural Park, this former farmstead sits amidst oak forests and idyllic nature. Renovated using local materials, the home's rustic charm makes a fantastic backdrop to a family reunion, while the private garden offers stunning landscape views. While the pool is shared with the owners, it's still a great addition – set in the large garden and surrounded by trees, you'll feel the seclusion here. When you start to miss civilization, though, you're just 15 minutes from La Bisbal d'Empordà, a town with shops and eateries, and close to some of Costa Brava's most beautiful beaches.

Spanish Sunbeam

This is a beautiful house that offers stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Medes Islands. It is located in Begur, Costa Brava, where guests can enjoy the fresh Mediterranean breeze. The property has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably. The bedrooms are furnished with high-quality bedding and linens and have stylish decor. The open-plan living and dining room offers plenty of natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The outdoor space features a private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the views. There are also several outdoor spaces that offer a quiet spot to read a book or entertain guests. The home is conveniently located just a short distance from Begur's centre, with its charming streets and restaurants. Guests can also enjoy various outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and water sports in the surrounding area.

The Gironaan Garden

This Costa Brava penthouse had us on that private sun terrace and plunge pool alone. And was before we’d seen the palm-fringed communal swimming pools and grounds of this smart apartment duplex. Inside, crisp interiors unite the two-storey property. But the standout feature has to be the primary bedroom suite, complete with a dressing room, ensuite, and direct access to the sun terrace and plunge pool – perfect for slow mornings and sunset lounging. Tucked away in the charming seaside town of Platja de Pals, you’re just one kilometre from the lengthy stretch of fine golden sands which make this one of Costa Brava’s finest beach spots. 

Lavender Haven

In Les Gavarres Natural Park within the famous Costa Brava area of Spain, this villa dates back to the 18th century. With sprawling grounds filled with citrus orchards, vast lawns, shaded patios and a shimmering private swimming pool, it's perfect for family holidays, reunions with friends, special events or even corporate retreats. Each room is uniquely and elegantly decorated and offers stunning views of the surrounding scenery. There are several living rooms to spread out across and we particularly love the barrel-vaulted dining room big enough for groups to gather. 

Spanish Sunshine

Tucked away in the quiet village of Maranyà, this pink home delivers rustic charm and a range of modern comforts. Up on the roof terrace you can admire views across Empordà, while down below the rooms are family-friendly with plenty of space to enjoy quality time together. You’ll find the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen located directly across the street – providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining. And for adventures further afield, it’s just 12 kilometres to the wild beaches of the Costa Brava while the city of Girona is just 35 kilometres away. 


Pink Ochre 

Renovated to feel luxurious and modern, this beautiful villa was originally built in the 1940s and it has the patchwork stone facade to show for it. Although imposing from a distance, the interior radiates comfort and homeliness to make your break as cosy as possible, but not without a little dash of pizazz. Wander across three floors to find your favourite spot in this home – we can guarantee for some it will be in the games room where you can pass hours playing billiards, whereas other may take most favourably to the minibar and dancefloor. 

As fun as it is indoors, the outdoor area has even more to offer. Splash in the pool or challenge each other to a game of tennis, but don’t forget to unwind on the sunloungers as you kick back with an ice-cold drink and good book. 

Light the barbecue for lunch and make use of the sprawling terrace to socialise with wine, nibbles and good conversation. For a bit of alone-time, you can take to one of the swing chairs to admire the view, or stretch yourself all the way out on one of the hammocks to have an afternoon nap in the shade of the trees. 

Costa Brava has an arresting Mediterranean coastline and we encourage you to explore it. Start by taking a twenty-five-minute walk to the soft sand of Llafranc beach. When you’re not enjoying alfresco meals at home, you might stroll to find some choice restaurants not even ten minutes away.
