Interiors are rustic chic, and while there’s no air conditioning, thick stone walls keep rooms naturally cool. Outside, the expansive grounds are the perfect spot for soaking up the view, with everything you need to disconnect. When hunger strikes, your private chef will be on hand to serve lunch and dinner, with supplies from your on-site vegetable garden. In fact, you'll have a whole team of staff at your disposal here – from pastry chefs to sommeliers and more. And the kids haven't been forgotten about, either. Swimming pool? Tick. Trampoline? Tick. TV room? Yes, that too. What more could you need?

Into the Catalonian Wild

Sea views, sun-kissed outside spaces, and sleek interiors – this villa gets full marks from us. Unsurprisingly, the panoramas are the star of the show. The infinity pool feels like it spills into the sea, while the terrace offers the perfect vantage point for drinks as the sun goes down. Inside, the white hues and pared-back design let the vistas do all the talking. Consider yourself a fitness buff? The small gym is ideal for morning workouts. Right on the coastline of the Costa Brava, you'll be a short drive from Begur, Tamariu, and other notable spots – that's if you can pull yourself away from the scenery back home, of course.

Sun-Kissed Seaside

Amidst the historic streets of Begur, this home offers a calm coastal sanctuary. There’s a private pool and a covered terrace with a barbecue for alfresco dining. It’s a great option for families with a play area and plenty of space to stretch out in the garden and across the rooms. Your host is on hand to help organise extras like massage treatments, private chefs and fridge fills for your arrival. Plus, it's the perfect base for hiking and it’s just a short drive to Sa Riera beach and the pretty cove of Sa Tuna. 

The Alejandro

This is a cosy and comfortable 5-room house located in Vizcondado de Cabanyes, just 3km from Calonge. The property features a private terraced garden with a fenced lawn, swimming pool, pergola, garden furniture, and barbecue. The house is equipped with digital TV, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The upper floor offers a large terrace with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Guests can enjoy shared access to the shower/WC in the pool area and an outdoor shower. A car is recommended to explore the area, which includes nearby attractions such as Parque Aquatico (6km), sandy beaches (5km), sports harbor (8km), golf course (10km), and riding stable (12km). Please note that the owner does not accept any youth groups and the house is suitable for families only.

The Nights at Riverton

Offering you the best of both worlds, this homely cottage in the Spanish countryside exemplifies country living but with easy access to the Costa Brava coast. 

Imagine yourself here, starting every morning in the shaker-style kitchen and enjoying a cup of coffee at the sturdy wooden table. See the beautiful world outside through arched windows as you stroll across terracotta tiles and under curved ceilings. An easiness here will take the knots out of your shoulders and encourage you to spend lazy mornings basking in the sun as you read poolside. Run around on the lawn, dine al fresco at every opportunity – the outdoor kitchen is perfect for putting tapas together – and spend evenings under the stars with a jug of sangria.

With its pastel colour palette and the natural elements that border on boho, this home will be a joy for the whole family, affording everyone the privacy and space they need to unwind. If, however, you’d like to explore more of the area, we recommend trying some of the surrounding restaurants for a taste of Spain. Hike the trails to get more acquainted with the natural landscape and spend sun-drenched days on the beach as you explore the coast. 

The Olive Green Arch

This home is right in the centre of Empuriabrava, known as the 'Venice of the Costa Brava'. You can stroll down to Muga River or walk about ten minutes to the beach and restaurants. Architecturally, it makes an impression from the get-go with its curved tower and covered arched porch. Although it’s on a main road, the balustrades give you some privacy, and the porch works nicely for alfresco meals. Inside, it’s quite traditional with lots of warm-toned wood. There’s no air conditioning, so it may not suit everyone in the summer – but that's all the more reason to head out for a dip in the sea.

Arched Outlook

Tucked away in the quiet village of Maranyà, this pink home delivers rustic charm and a range of modern comforts. Up on the roof terrace you can admire views across Empordà, while down below the rooms are family-friendly with plenty of space to enjoy quality time together. You’ll find the swimming pool and outdoor kitchen located directly across the street – providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining. And for adventures further afield, it’s just 12 kilometres to the wild beaches of the Costa Brava while the city of Girona is just 35 kilometres away. 


Pink Ochre 

In Les Gavarres Natural Park within the famous Costa Brava area of Spain, this villa dates back to the 18th century. With sprawling grounds filled with citrus orchards, vast lawns, shaded patios and a shimmering private swimming pool, it's perfect for family holidays, reunions with friends, special events or even corporate retreats. Each room is uniquely and elegantly decorated and offers stunning views of the surrounding scenery. There are several living rooms to spread out across and we particularly love the barrel-vaulted dining room big enough for groups to gather. 

Spanish Sunshine

Gaudi might be famous for his work in Barcelona, but that hasn't stopped this home taking inspiration from the famous Catalan architect. A 200-year-old farmhouse has been turned into a slick, white-washed hangout. Modernist influences are seen in the rounded walls, arched doorways, and buckled pillars. The living room is far out, from the white pool and foosball tables to the huge semi-circular sofa. The master suite is the most impressive, sending out spaceship vibes with its round bed, droplet shaped fireplace and spacious curved bath. But not even the slinky interiors can compete with Mother Nature, as views over the hills and out to the sea abound from every angle. The garden has been planted with bougainvillea, which showers archways and dining tables with pink blossoms when it blooms. For special occasions, head to the home's club room, complete with a DJ hut and incredible sound system. Life will feel pretty amazing floating in the infinity pool or sipping cocktails on the terrace.

Eros & Aphrodite

Renovated to feel luxurious and modern, this beautiful villa was originally built in the 1940s and it has the patchwork stone facade to show for it. Although imposing from a distance, the interior radiates comfort and homeliness to make your break as cosy as possible, but not without a little dash of pizazz. Wander across three floors to find your favourite spot in this home – we can guarantee for some it will be in the games room where you can pass hours playing billiards, whereas other may take most favourably to the minibar and dancefloor. 

As fun as it is indoors, the outdoor area has even more to offer. Splash in the pool or challenge each other to a game of tennis, but don’t forget to unwind on the sunloungers as you kick back with an ice-cold drink and good book. 

Light the barbecue for lunch and make use of the sprawling terrace to socialise with wine, nibbles and good conversation. For a bit of alone-time, you can take to one of the swing chairs to admire the view, or stretch yourself all the way out on one of the hammocks to have an afternoon nap in the shade of the trees. 

Costa Brava has an arresting Mediterranean coastline and we encourage you to explore it. Start by taking a twenty-five-minute walk to the soft sand of Llafranc beach. When you’re not enjoying alfresco meals at home, you might stroll to find some choice restaurants not even ten minutes away.

Casa Bello

Standing in the heart of the Les Gavarres Natural Park, this former farmstead sits amidst oak forests and idyllic nature. Renovated using local materials, the home's rustic charm makes a fantastic backdrop to a family reunion, while the private garden offers stunning landscape views. While the pool is shared with the owners, it's still a great addition – set in the large garden and surrounded by trees, you'll feel the seclusion here. When you start to miss civilization, though, you're just 15 minutes from La Bisbal d'Empordà, a town with shops and eateries, and close to some of Costa Brava's most beautiful beaches.

Spanish Sunbeam

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors allow the backdrop of the sea to be the mountains during your stay at this apartment on the Costa Brava. Sunny and finished with all the modern conveniences, a family will find great ease whilst at this home. Waking up to gorgeous views over the sea while you enjoy breakfast around the dining table will be a delight that won’t get boring. Both the master and children’s bunkroom opens up onto the terrace overhanging the sands of Empuriabrava beach. Speaking of, getting to and fro the golden sands and turquoise waters for water sports and sunbathing is easy, so you’ll have no trouble popping back to the terrace for lunch. The canals of the surrounding town, known as the Venice of Spain, are one of its defining attributes, so when you’re not with the kids engaging in activities, you can head out on a nightlife scene as vibrant and luxurious as some of Europe’s other seaside destinations.
