This villa has everything you need for a luxurious stay on the Mallorcan coast. The location is fantastic – two beaches are easily reached on foot, while historic Alcúdia is just 2 kilometres away – but that's not the only thing that caught our eye. Back home, there's an inviting swimming pool, an eight-seater Jacuzzi, and an array of sun-kissed terraces to take advantage of. Preparing dinner is a breeze in the outdoor kitchen, or, for the ultimate indulgence, hire a private chef to do all the cooking for you. There's also plenty of space here for large groups, with four people sleeping in a guest house – though it does cost a fee to use.

Mediterranean Luxury

There’s a simplicity to island life in Mallorca that we love. And this home, located in the heart of Port d’Alcudia is the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the best of Mediterranean living.

With beautiful views across the bay, this apartment is filled with light and warmth. It feels uplifting here. And whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or enjoying a siesta in the bedroom, the elegant styling of this home makes it easy to relax. 

Follow the views down to the beach – just a short walk from the door. There are some wonderful restaurants and bars along this coastline, as well as shops for all the amenities you could need during your stay. You can also walk to the Roman ruins of Pollentia – just twenty–minutes away. 

Whether you’re cycling along the promenade, hiking or enjoying the bliss of doing nothing, this apartment is a wonderful place to soak in the magic of Mallorca. 

The Lemon Light

Summer in Mallorca is best lived outdoors, and this ground-floor apartment encourages you to bask in the gorgeous weather out on its bright terrace overlooking a garden. Located just 300 meters from Playa de Alcudia, the longest beach in Mallorca, it is also close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities. Recently renovated, the modern interiors are a welcomed sight and you've got a handy breakfast bar for enjoying meals and mapping out plans. Both bedrooms are simple yet comfortable and there's a family bathroom. Enjoy hiking, cycling and fishing in the local area.

Or, even visit sights such as Lluc Monastery – reachable in just under twenty miles.

The air-conditioned living space of this home will offer a perfectly cool space to relax after a busy day. Plus, this space also leads out to the home’s crowning glory, the balcony, which is the ideal spot for alfresco tapas meals each evening, followed by a nightcap glass of sangria as the marina views turn from daytime postcard snapshots to night-time panoramas. 

Marine Queen

A former fisherman's house, this waterside villa is now a modern home for romantic couples and small groups of friends and family looking for a relaxing retreat. Make a beeline straight for the lower-floor terrace, and take in the wide, sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor – trust us, you'll be blown away. 

Left completely open, so you can watch the waves lap up against the shore while enjoying morning coffees and evening aperitifs, it's a magical spot to unwind. Fully furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats the entire group and an inviting lounge area, this one will be hard to leave. Elsewhere, white, polished wood and a grey colour palette create chic, minimalist interiors. 

After a gentle start, pack your seaside essentials and take the thirteen-minute stroll to the nearest beach at Platja Es Morer Vermell. Spend hot afternoons swimming in the sea and sunbathing on the soft sand. End the day with a drink in the charming town of Alcúdia, just ten minutes away by car. 

Waterfront Wonderings

This home caught our eye with its mountain views and beautiful location. Nestled in the countryside of Cielo de Bonaire, there’s plenty to explore here. From hiking trails and nearby beaches to the bustling heart of Alcúdia, this is a great option for families. You will need a car to get around, but free private parking is available. There is also a private pool and plenty of chill out spots to relax both inside and out. The main bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, while the room with bunk beds is a sweet option for kids. 

Light of Nature

Just a ten-minute drive from the coast of Alcúdia, this impressive eighteenth-century villa exudes palatial Spanish charm. With eight bedrooms and more than enough for up to sixteen guests, this home is perfect for larger families and groups to relax in elegant surroundings.

Beautifully fresh, organic decor, ample amenities and luxurious furnishings set the scene for an extremely comfortable and homely stay, while the crystal clear private pool and vibrant outside space act as the heart of the home, bringing all guests together for a truly unforgettable stay, surrounded by almond and olive orchards, as well as vineyards. We believe this villa stands out for its private winery, to which guests have access.

Sangria Sundown

Waking up to the sound of the waves lapping against the shore is a feeling you'll never tire of at this traditional Spanish villa perched right along the snow-white sands of Port d'Alcúdia Beach.

And you'll never bore of those sea views either – seen from every one of the vast outdoor terraces scattered about this home. Pull up a pew at the dining table on the veranda for a lazy breakfast. Find a shady spot beneath the shade of the palms on the grassed lawns. Or factor in some sun-worshipping time on the top floor terrace, offering complete privacy. Wherever you choose to be, those seascapes will be right there.

When the sea comes calling, grab your bucket and spades and decamp to the straw parasols on the beach – you can always nip back when it's time to rustle up a picnic or drinks.

If you fancy a change of scene (doubtful), take a stroll along the beachfront to Port d'Alcúdia (half an hour walk or seven-minute drive) for a mooch about its shops and gawk at its superyachts. Then grab a table at one of the waterfront restaurants for the freshest seafood imaginable. Just be sure to make it home for dusk – the view of the setting sun is unmissable. 

Star of the Med

Tucked away on the outskirts of Alcúdia, this charming villa is just what the doctor ordered. From its beautiful, beamed ceilings to authentic, shuttered windows, there’s nothing not to love about this home’s rustic interior. In fact, we could easily see ourselves spending all day unwinding here, sipping a refreshing glass of wine and gazing out at the town’s terracotta rooftops from the cosy, first-floor sitting room. 

As much as we love the inside space though, it’s the exterior here that really caught our eye. Boasting a secluded patio area complete with private plunge pool, it’s the perfect place to relax with your fellow guests, offering plenty of room to socialise as a group. Gather around the dining table for a starlit evening meal or indulge in a late-night swim before heading back inside for a good night’s rest in your air-conditioned bedroom. What’s not to like? 

Palm Trees & Church Bells

Just a 350-metre stroll from the beach, this home is a great option for guests seeking an easy-going coastal escape. Days can be spent on the seafront, strolling the streets of Alcúdia (just 1 kilometre away) or relaxing by the private pool. This isn’t the best option if you’re seeking total seclusion, but you will find a family-friendly home that brings ease to daily living. Child-friendly amenities are available on request, plus there is a covered terrace and barbecue – perfect for balmy evening meals.
