Located near the coast in Cas Català, this home is a little patch of paradise in leafy suburbia, providing you with a peaceful place to kick back and relax in between busy days exploring the south coast of the island, as well as the nearby city of Palma.

The outdoor areas are breathtaking here – you can gaze out at distant sea views, framed beautifully by the lush green trees surrounding you – you can even see it from the outdoor private pool. There's a wonderful shaded day bed that's perfect for your afternoon nap, and a barbecue where you can grill up Spanish meats and veggies.

Inside is just as lovely, with modern and boho decor that makes the space feel inviting. Rest in the lounge area, complete with a fireplace for those chilly evenings in – or gather around the dining table to play some card games and sip on Cava late into the night.

Radiant Reflections

Framed by beautiful fuchsia bougainvillaeas and boasting a privileged position just a stone’s throw from a small, scenic beach, this inviting home is the perfect retreat for those looking for a peaceful coastal stay. Located in the town of Sant Elm on the southwest coast of Majorca, you’ve got Balearic beauty all around you, not to mention a comfortable base to call home. 

Inside, traditional features like wood-framed windows, beamed ceilings and exposed stonework create an instantly charming impression with an eye-catching fireplace in the living area offering an even cosier atmosphere. Open the French doors here to step out onto the pretty patio garden, framed by plants and flowers that give a sweet perfume to the salty sea air. Enjoy alfresco meals here under the shade of the pergola and sip a sundowner while taking in the views. 

Back inside, the bedroom is simple yet welcoming, and there’s an en-suite rainfall shower to get any day off on the right foot. 

When you’re ready to venture out for some exploring, you’ll find a small rocky beach just moments away, while the larger Platja de Sant Elm is within easy walking distance as well. With a plethora of seafront restaurants nearby, as well as hiking and cycling trails to the splendid nature reserve of La Trapa, you’ll have no trouble finding your holiday bliss. 


Bougainvillea Bolero

This delightful haven is located in Son Bauló, a friendly and serene urbanisation within Can Picafort. Start the day with a visit to Can Picafort, a delightfully vibrant spot with everything you'd expect to find on an active beach holiday - and it wouldn't be a complete holiday without grabbing an ice cream to cool you down from the hot sunshine. 

Return home after a long day at the beach, possibly snorkelling, surfing, or kayaking in the crystal clear blue water - your home is waiting for you with a cosy yet elegant feel. Enjoy the beautifully designed garden that wraps around the house, creating a calming but entertaining environment for you to enjoy to the fullest by watching the sunset with a glass of good wine and using the barbecue on the patio, ready for some sizzling.  Imagine endless days sipping lemonade while lounging in the pool and afternoon siestas on sun loungers, wouldn't that be nice?

Gaze Into Cyan

In the charming Mallorcan countryside, spend Mediterranean mornings with a cup of coffee in hand and this home's haven of greenery as your scenic backdrop. Boasting mountain views, isolated corners of peace and fragrant aromatics of the vineyards, fruit trees, and garden herbs, the outdoor setting here is utterly magical. In fact, the host encourages you to pick fresh tomatoes straight from the fruit trees to enjoy at breakfast each morning. 

Whether you're perched around the secluded swimming pool, reading a book on the vast terrace or tucking into some local culinary delights at the alfresco dining area – relaxing, unplugging and re-connecting with nature comes easy here. Inside, our favourite spot is the fireplace alcove – it offers a dreamy ambience and a cosy corner to snuggle up after days soaking up the outdoors, either in the mountains or on the beach. 

Nestled in the perfect spot for hiking, cycling and beach holidays, you'll find this home in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooking the S'Arraco Tramuntana Mountains. Less than a five-minute drive away, the local village centre offers shops and restaurants to explore. Meanwhile, San Telmo and Port d’Andratx are the nearest hotspots if you're looking to hit the beach. There are also regular ferry trips to the protected natural park of Dragonera, where you can arrange to go diving or hiking on the breathtaking Dragonera Island.

Mediterranean Mornings 

Nestled on the slopes of Cala Llamp, this sleek, modern villa is quite the contrast to the craggy cliffs that surround it. Oozing sophistication, the interiors are chic and deliberately neutral, save for the odd pop of colour and exquisite piece of art. From inside, you can enjoy sea views from almost anywhere – including the luxurious bathtub in the main ensuite – with the blue vistas so stunning, you could be looking at a painting. If you’re not squeezing in a workout in the gym, or for those with a more laidback holiday in mind, relaxing in the private sauna or sampling the finest of wines in the bodega, you’ll be drawn to the outside space like a moth to a flame. 

Settle down on a lounger to soak up the Spanish sun and enjoy a siesta to the relaxing sound of the sea breeze rustling through the palm trees. After a while, hop into your pool and swim to the edge, where you can enjoy the pristine waters of the Mediterranean Sea from a slightly closer perspective. 

The sunsets here are spectacular, so make sure you’re home to enjoy them. Settle down with a bottle of wine from the cellar and absorb the array of colours that dance across the sky before the sun finally dips below the sea. In this slice of paradise, you may just have found somewhere you never want to leave. 

A Sunset State of Mind

If you fancy some sun, sea, and sand, then gather up your favourite people for a fabulous trip to the island of Mallorca. With a range of excellent amenities and plenty of space to relax, there's something for everyone here. 

Guests of all ages will feel right at home in this bright and airy house. If you want to hide from the heat, then make yourself comfortable in the living room with a good book, or stretch out on a lounger under the shade of a parasol. The sparkling swimming pool is the perfect place to take. refreshing dip, while the outdoor bar area has a snooker table so you can challenge your guests to a tournament. Kids can run wild in the pirate-themed play area, and when they've worked up an appetite it's time to fire up the barbeque and eat together at the outdoor dining area. 

From here, you can wander down to Portals Nous Beach within just seven minutes to paddle in the clear waters and kick back on the sand to soak up some rays. Portals Nous itself also has a range of seafood restaurants and chic bars along the marina, where you can sip a glass of wine and watch the boats bobbing in the water. And, if you fancy a day trip to the historic city of Palma, you can drive over to visit the cathedral and fortress within fifteen minutes. 

Sunshine Smiles

Live your best luxury life in this magnificent Mallorcan five-bedroom home. It goes without saying that this exquisitely elegant villa in Cas Catalá is sure to seduce. Boasting an impressive white façade and set situated within a private, enclosed plot, this heavenly home commands spectacular sea views. Featuring a light-filled open plan living-dining room, courtesy of floor to ceiling windows, and a modern Miele kitchen, this meticulously designed and decorated home really does have it all. 

What’s more, this home’s plethora of terraces and outdoor seating spaces mean you’ll be spoilt for choice deciding how to spend your downtime. You’ll love taking your morning coffee up on the first-floor terrace, reading and reclining opting for some sophisticated poolside fun. If you can tear yourself away from such a hedonistic haven, you’ll want to explore Cas Catalá, as well as well-known nearby attractions including the Calanova Marina, the famous Marivent Palace and the beautiful ‘Buganvillia’ beach. Alternatively, play at the prestigious 18-hole Bendinat Golf Course.

If you can bear to leave, Port d'Andratx is well worth a visit. Charter a yacht, peruse the boutiques or simply indulge in some Spanish cuisine – the choices are endless. 

Aquarius Serenity

With its rugged mountain range, narrow streets and traditional architecture, artists have long been drawn to the town of Andratx in Mallorca. And this home is perfectly poised to admire the inspirational landscape.

Filled with warmth and depth, this is a wonderful place for families and friends to share the magic of island life. It feels traditional here, but with all the luxurious details you could want for a special stay. 

And as the sun rises over the hilltops, the views of the countryside will no doubt draw you outside and into the garden – this is the perfect spot to begin your day. From breakfast on the terrace to a refreshing dip in the swimming pool, this home invites you to slow down and enjoy the natural beauty of the environment.

Located just outside of the town centre, this is a great place to retreat whilst also enjoying the close proximity to some of the island's most loved beaches, ports and villages. The exclusive Port d 'Andratx is a fourteen–minute drive away, while Sant Elm beach is only a twenty–one minute drive. 

From the beach to the mountains, it’s easy to understand why Mallorca is a source of inspiration. And as the day draws to a close, you’ll love winding your way back through the countryside to this home. Open the terrace doors, pour a glass of something refreshing and enjoy the beauty of the moment.  

The Orange Blossom

Spend endless summer days soaking in those breathtaking Mediterranean views from this stunning hillside home, perched on Mallorca's westernmost tip, close to the glamorous coastal town of Port d'Andratx. It faces west, so you're guaranteed some genuinely spectacular sights come sunset.

Even without the panoramic vistas, the home's exterior is designed to make the most of the island's 300 days of sun each year. Lay out by the infinity-edge pool on a sun lounger, seek out a shaded spot to get lost in the pages of a good book, and tuck into mouthwatering homemade meals at any of several outdoor dining spots. 

The home's interior is as classic as they come, with exposed wooden beams, terracotta tiled floors and antique pieces. We particularly loved the bright and breezy living room with its open fire and the book-lined library on the first floor. In addition to three homely bedrooms in the central part of the home, there's a separate guesthouse on the grounds with an additional twin bedroom and kitchenette – ideal for a multi-generational family getaway.

Mallorca is known for its spectacular scenery, so as tempting as it may be to stay put, you'd be missing out if you didn't explore a little further. The unusual flat rock beach and trendy Gran Folies Beach Club are within walking distance, while nearby Port d'Andratx is lined with luxury yachts and some of the finest seafood establishments in the Med. Alternatively, head to the island's cosmopolitan capital of Palma and explore its atmospheric old town on foot.

El Mirador Mallorquín

This is the sort of spectacular home that is certain to draw gasps as you wander around for the first time. The view of Port D'Andratx and the Mediterranean Sea from the hillsides position is impressive enough but the beautiful design and wealth of amenities only add to this splendour.

Only finished in 2021, the interior is as contemporary as they come, with a chef-standard kitchen, a chic collection of furnishings and inbuilt technology to control everything from temperature, lighting and entertainment from touchscreens. Head down to the lower level of the home and you'll find both a wine cellar and a spa area, complete with a Jacuzzi, sauna and massage foot basin.

Of course, given the glorious Mallorcan climate, you will probably want to spend as much time outdoors as possible and that's more than doable at the address thanks to a swimming pool from which you get perhaps the best views from anywhere on the site. That being said, the vista is no less impressive from the outdoor kitchen or the terrace. 

When you fancy a change of scenery at any point — if indeed you do — the seafront restaurants of Port D'Andratx take just over five minutes to reach in the car and Cala Blanca sits double that amount of time away for when you fancy a day at the beach.

Take My Breath Away

Looking out across the verdant landscape, kissed by splashes of pink and purple, you'll feel like you're the only people on the island. The sprawling green blends into the blue horizon, painting a pastoral picture that symbolises the serenity of your secluded haven. 

Covering three floors, the luxurious villa oozes elegance in every room, from the modern fittings to the stylish design. The interior exudes a homely vibe, yet the home comes alive in the glorious outdoor space. Find various comfy seating areas dotted around the three floors, offering many idyllic settings for social evenings. 

We suggest beginning your days by the pool, refreshed by a cool drink and bites of paella. Bathe under the summer sun, admiring the beautiful scenery, then move onto the dreamy balcony for dinner. Sharing drinks and food is always amplified when the gorgeous tones of sunset illuminate the sky.

After dinner, move onto the cushioned seats on the ground floor or grill some extra snacks on the BBQ. If you're getting itchy feet, the vibrant bars and restaurants of Port de Solar are just a six-minute walk away.
