The house is set amidst a large garden, surrounded by rolling hills and wild fields, boasting unobstructed views of the mountains. You’ll enjoy idyllic days of lounging by the glistening pool and sharing delicious alfresco meals in the outdoor dining area, which also has a barbecue oven. 

The inside will welcome you with a bright embrace and a lovely, traditional décor. We love the stone and wood walls and marble floors, and the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on those chillier evenings. Settle in for evenings of movies and wine on the comfy sofa or gather at the dining table for family games and communal meals you’ll be able to rustle up in the country-style kitchen. 

For a night of sweet dreams head over to the comfy bedrooms – you’ll have your choice of two equally charming ones. Wake up feeling reinvigorated and ready for another day of island adventures. 

Stony Weather

Surrounded by the vineyards of Binissalem, there’s a warmth and charm to this home that makes you want to settle in and make it your own. From the terracotta tones and traditional furnishings to the abundant garden and soft light, it’s the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy life’s simple pleasures. 

From quiet mornings reading in the shade to refreshing swims in the pool and laid-back evening drinks on the terrace, you’ll find yourself captivated by the quiet charm of this setting. And once inside, the rooms are equipped with everything you could need for a cosy and comfortable stay. 

Stepping outside, the sleepy town of Binissalem is just a short walk away and provides the perfect spot for leisurely afternoon strolls. Nature lovers will be drawn to the spectacular hiking trails of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, while the orange and almond groves surrounding this home are a delight for all the senses. And with great connection links, you’ll find it easy to explore the coastal city of Palma or the bay of Alcúdia. 

Scarlett Rose

This stunning villa was featured in a leading local design magazine, and it’s easy to see why. Inside, a predominantly white-and-blue colour scheme, high ceilings, stylish rattan furniture, and potted palms create a relaxing, breezy beach vibe that puts you at ease instantly. A choice of thirty fruit trees in the orchard, plus numerous vegetables and herbs in the garden, make it super easy to pick the ingredients for lunch. 

Whip up a sumptuous Mediterranean feast in the modern kitchen, and then round up everyone for a lazy meal in one of the numerous indoor and outdoor dining areas. Later you can burn the calories with a game of tennis or basketball, followed by a cooling dip in the pool. In part of the gardens you'll be greeted by the resident flock of sheep – feed them a few stalks of grass and they’ll love you to bits. 

If you manage to tear yourself away from this designer retreat, the village of Alaró has grocery stores, restaurants, and a trendy little gallery hosting exhibitions by local artists. The nightlife and beaches of Palma are a thirty-minute drive away. In the evening, wind down in the hot tub while sipping wine and taking in the views of the Alaró Mountains.

Earthly Delights

We love this home's private courtyard garden with its high sunkissed stone walls and sparkling pool. Recline on a sun lounger or enjoy a glass of wine as you get stuck into your holiday read. Later on, enjoy a Mallorcan feast under the shade of the canopy. Inside, you'll find a traditional interior with beams and terracotta tiled floors. Use the juicer in the kitchen to make a refreshing drink and get comfy on the sofa before heading out.

Situated in the centre of the village of Binissalem, you'll find a restaurant 100 metres away, while the bus and rail stations are 200 metres and 300 metres, respectively. If you want to visit the white sandy beach of Puerto Alcudia, it's around 30 kilometres away. It's the same distance to the beautiful S'Albufera Muro nature park and 21 kilometres from the Golf Puntiro course.


Hidden Hibiscus

Mallorca has long been a sanctuary for artists – and this private townhouse opens its doors to a dream–worthy stay on the island. 

Just off the main village square in Selva, this is a wonderful place to slow down and savour the details that make this home special. From the scent of citrus trees in the air to the eclectic styling and textures, the artistic influence is palpable – the owners have sensitively designed this space to include paintings and sculptures crafted by friends.

It’s this sense of personal warmth and care that is felt upon arrival. You’ll find the luxurious bedrooms on the street–level, creating a wonderful sense of sanctuary and refuge. Upstairs the calming presence overflows into the light–filled living space. This is a wonderful spot to relax, read and spend quality time together. Open the terrace doors and you’ll discover an oasis designed to entertain, rest, swim and simply enjoy the beauty of island living. 

Stepping onto the streets of Selva, you’ll find everything you could need is within walking distance. There’s a lovely weekly market here where you can buy fresh local produce. And when you want to explore further afield, there's easy access to the mountains where you can hike and cycle, or spend slow days at the beach in Alcúdia – just a thirty–minute drive away. 

The Dancing Muse

Offering stunning views across Mallorca's countryside, this villa is not to be missed. The outside space is certainly the star – how could it not be, with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a vine-covered dining terrace, and a balcony where you can perch with a glass of wine and admire the Tramuntana Sierra scenery? That said, the carefully curated interiors are also charming. Traditional features are complemented by contemporary comforts like a private gym, a stylish main suite, and a well-appointed kitchen. When you're ready to explore, Alaró's sleepy village is a short drive away, though Deià, Palma, and the beaches in Port de Sóller are also less than an hour by car.

Alaró Oasis

This villa is situated in the picturesque Serra de Tramuntana, with lovely views of the nearby town. The highlight for us is the large private pool, surrounded by hammocks, several dining areas, high hedges and a mini orchard. We also like the pool house's outdoor bathroom, while inside the villa itself, there’s a rustic charm to every room. If you tire of swimming in the pool and want to dip your toes in the warm Mediterranean Sea, you'll find several pretty beaches around a twenty-minute drive away.

The Spritzer

Welcome to inland Mallorca, the rural heart of the island, where dry stone walls and peaceful villages still prevail. In the sleepy village of Moscari, you may not find a great deal of restaurants, but fifteen minutes by car is the busy little town of Inca – home to shops and eateries – and twenty-five minutes is the picturesque Alcudia coast.

What you will find, however, is this cosy renovated farm with stunning views across rolling countryside. Surrounded by towering trees and drenched in sunlight, you'll have private grounds to explore, with lawns and patios, a dazzling pool and a wildlife garden. We can spend all day out on the terrace, sipping cocktails on the poolside lounge chairs, playing ping-pong under the pergola and dining alfresco as the sun goes down. Inside, it's a mix of rustic chic and sparkling new, with character touches like exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings set alongside a sleek contemporary kitchen that makes cooking up a storm a breeze. All the spaces are filled with light and the bedrooms are super comfortable – we think a family or group of friends would be more than happy to call this place home.

Alesso

This beautiful villa is perfect for those who wish to surround themselves with the beauty of the countryside. Nestled in the idyllic municipality of Selva, this home away from home boasts its own private pool and a terrace where you can enjoy a good barbecue and a chinwag on the sofa in the evening. You'll enjoy the seamless blend of the modern with the traditional in this home, as you sit by the pool or go for a morning dip in the cool waters, or sink into the comfy sofas indoors, surrounded by the vibrant art that adorns the house. For those hoping to work remotely, you'll be able to sit at the breakfast bar or dining table with a laptop for a comfy working experience. 

It's an easy drive down to Alcudia Bay, but why would you need to when you can sunbathe and swim at home? Then again, the stylish and modern kitchen may be a treat when you're in the mood to cook up a storm, but there's nothing quite like trying something new in a local restaurant, especially by the sandy beaches and glittering sea. Golf lovers will be within easy reach of courses, and you'll easily spend hours exploring the nearby towns, popping into every traditional shop and looking in the windows of every cafe. Kids will love the nearby beaches and it's well worth exploring the local area. But at this home, you'll know that a day in isn't a day wasted.

Romanesque Summertime

Tucked away between Binissalem and Sencelles, this Mallorcan estate is a splendid base for a rural retreat. It’s in the heart of the island’s wine region, surrounded by vineyards – a wonderful area for cycling. There are beaches within a twenty-minute drive, too. The villa itself boasts manicured gardens filled with palm trees and a huge swimming pool. We love the covered terrace and the barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals. There’s plenty of room for everyone to gather together inside and out, making this a superb choice for families and friends. 

Mediterranean Melodies

This lovely villa in Mallorca provides a perfectly tranquil and peaceful escape with amazing views of the forest from your private pool and from the balcony terrace. We would love to start each morning here with a breakfast of café con leche and churros as we admire the view in the early sunshine. Then, of course, take a swim in the cooling waters of the pool and dry off as you lounge in the sun. 

The home is located near Binissalem, a Mallorcan village that is well known for its wine production. There are many wine cellars in the area, so why not go for a wine tasting which can be reached by car within nine minutes? In Binissalem you will also find plenty of other amenities including, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. 

You can play a round of golf at the course that is just a twenty-five-minute drive away or have a competitive game of paintball – a six-minute drive away from your door. If shopping is more your style, head to the Mallorca Fashion Outlet, which can be reached in seventeen minutes by car. 

If you want to explore the island’s culture and heritage, then there is plenty of that not far from this home. An eighteen-minute drive will get you to Alaró Castle, a ruined fortress in the hills that has existed since 902. Drive fifty-two minutes from this home and you can reach, Salt d’es Freu waterfalls to admire nature’s stunning creation, or explore Port de Pollença – a thirty-four-minute drive away. 

For days on the sandy beach, drive twenty-seven minutes to Puerto d’Alcúdia. Or drive twenty-nine minutes to Palma and see the gothic cathedral, old town, wander the sands of the bay of Palma, or even enjoy the nightlife. 

Dine in one of Palma’s many restaurants, or head home in the evening and cook up some delicious tapas in the kitchen or on the barbecue, and dine alfresco beside the pool with a glass of wine made in Binissalem. 

Bosque de Sol

Situated in the heart of Lloseta, this dreamy villa is just what the doctor ordered. Whoever you're travelling with, you’ll love unwinding in this gorgeous home, which comes equipped with a whole host of amenities to make your stay here one to remember. Inside, neutral tones and open living spaces make this the perfect place to relax with friends and family, while the lush, private garden is ideal for soaking up some sun and getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 

Settle in for a day of sunbathing or head upstairs for a game or two at the pool table before beating the heat with a relaxing reading session in the air-conditioned living area. Later, when it's time to eat, gather everyone around the dining table for a home-cooked meal or head into town for a delicious evening out at one of Lloseta’s local restaurants. 

Speaking of getting out and about, this is a great base for exploring, so why not make the most of it? Soak up the gorgeous architecture of Palau d'Aiamans, catch a show at the local theatre, or jump in the car and head to Palma for a day of sightseeing.
