In the sleepy village of Moscari, you may not find a great deal of restaurants, but fifteen minutes by car is the busy little town of Inca – home to shops and eateries – and twenty-five minutes is the picturesque Alcudia coast.

What you will find, however, is this cosy renovated farm with stunning views across rolling countryside. Surrounded by towering trees and drenched in sunlight, you'll have private grounds to explore, with lawns and patios, a dazzling pool and a wildlife garden. We can spend all day out on the terrace, sipping cocktails on the poolside lounge chairs, playing ping-pong under the pergola and dining alfresco as the sun goes down. Inside, it's a mix of rustic chic and sparkling new, with character touches like exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings set alongside a sleek contemporary kitchen that makes cooking up a storm a breeze. All the spaces are filled with light and the bedrooms are super comfortable – we think a family or group of friends would be more than happy to call this place home.

Alesso

Modern minimalism meets classic charm at this stylish apartment, based in the heart of Campanet in Mallorca. You’ll be perfectly located for easy access to the stunning Campanet Caves, as well as just a short drive from the gorgeous coastline, where you can find clear blue sea and pure white sand.

We love this home’s interior design – the colour scheme invokes a real sense of calm, with neutral colours and natural wooden tones running through each room, paired with contemporary and chic furniture.

In the rolling Mallorcan countryside between the medieval hilltop towns, this villa embraces island traditional and farmhouse rusticana. The double-height kitchen and dining room is almost cathedral-like in their old grandeur, yet furnishings are modern and stylish. An archway leads to the living room, set around an iron-cast wood-burner that can keep things cosy in the cooler months. The rusticana continues in bedrooms with wood-beamed ceilings and ensuites with sinks hewn from stone.

The highlight of this home, though, is the outside space. Stone steps lead into the turquoise swimming pool – the perfect tonic to the Balearic heat. This striking country house can be found just 750m from the centre of beautiful Inca, a charming small town in the centre of Mallorca. This home is as charming as the town, if not more so. You’ll find a breath-taking outside space with a pool surrounded by citrus and palm trees, and an outside dining area you won’t want to leave. 

The interior of this villa features a huge wood stove, wooden beams and elegant furnishings. Light pours in through the windows and your eye is inevitably drawn to the lush garden. A vast cobbled courtyard wraps around the home, leading to quiet corners for sunbathing. 

This home’s show-stopper is undoubtedly the magnificent outdoor dining area, though. A long dining table sits in front of the impressive barbecue. Drapes flutter in the breeze, providing shelter from the sun and adding to the dreamy setting. Inca hosts a market on Thursdays, so you’ve got the perfect opportunity to load up on local produce and cooking tips. Set to work creating a banquet and sip wine as you cook and catch up.

Golf lovers will be within easy reach of courses, and you'll easily spend hours exploring the nearby towns, popping into every traditional shop and looking in the windows of every cafe. Kids will love the nearby beaches and it's well worth exploring the local area. But at this home, you'll know that a day in isn't a day wasted.

Romanesque Summertime

With its palm-lined streets, baroque-style architecture, and rich history of leather making, the bustling town of Inca may not be the prettiest in Mallorca, but it certainly packs a punch in character. Nestled at the foot of the UNESCO protected Tramuntana mountain range, the town's rugged landscape boasts many cycling trails. It's also conveniently close to the motorway with handy transport links that will have you in Palma city centre in around thirty minutes.

You'll find this delightful home just a seven-minute drive from Inca, tucked away in picturesque pastures of olive groves. Here, nature takes centre stage. An emerald lawn primed to perfection forms the grounds of this home, while a border of towering palms and lush foliage guarantees privacy. We love the large private pool, with crystalline waters providing an oasis from the Balearic sun. You'll love spending time here, enjoying a refreshing swim before sun-bathing poolside on one of the many lounge chairs. If you fancy a beach day, the soft white sands of Playa de Alcúdia are less than thirty minutes away by car.

This quintessentially Spanish villa welcomes you to spend happy summer days making memories with your loved ones. This home features quaint interiors that give it a characterful cottage feel, such as the wooden beam ceilings, exposed brickwork, stone archways and wood burner fireplace. Don’t be fooled by the classic decor though, as the amenities provided here make this home fit for modern living. The two lounging areas provide lots of space for you all to kick back and relax, while the football table invites you to spend the evening having fun with friends and family.

Good Old Days

Known as the wine capital of Mallorca, Binissalem has some of the best vineyards on the island, not to mention plenty in the way of art, culture, nature and gastronomy. On entering the lively town, you’ll notice the abundance of historic stone facades, and your new home is no exception. 
 
Positioned around a postcard-perfect courtyard, this low-rise home has a ‘shoes off’ feel with large terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings, white walls and beautifully built archways. Touches of colour add extra character to the interior, like the tiled dining table with its sea-green bucket seats and the vibrant paintings depicting island life.

You’re also a thirty-minute drive from the coast where sandy Alcudia Beach awaits, while Inca – known for its long history of leather making – is thirteen minutes away by car. 


Emerald In The Sun

This beautiful villa is in the heart of Caimari in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. It’s a fabulous holiday home for a peaceful family escape, in an excellent spot for cycling. The garden is spread between different terraces, from which you can admire views of the surrounding landscape. We love the private pool and the Balinese daybeds around it, as well as the pergola with a shaded dining table – there’s a barbecue and fire pit, too. The home is filled with art and sculptures – there’s something to admire at every turn.
