Perched on the coast, right behind the charming San Telmo beach and looking out toward Dragonera island, this villa exudes luxury. With two kitchens, a private bar and two separate outdoor terraces overlooking the sparkling seas and sands, there is more than enough space on the three floors for everyone. Get some work done at one of several options for laptop-friendly workspaces while you admire the views of the ocean horizon. Make yourself a morning coffee in one of the sleek, modern kitchens and sit out on the balcony to greet the new day. In the afternoon, take the walk – barely minutes – to the beach right outside your front door, and work on your tan as you relax to the sound of the gentle waves. You can even enjoy the beach without needing to lie in the sand or bring a towel, with the lower terrace and sun loungers right on top of the beach.

And for those wishing to inject a little adventure into their holiday, look no further. Visit the stunning Dragonera National Park by boat if you're looking to appreciate natural beauty, or take the short drive to the nearby Port d'Andratx, where you can try your hand at scuba diving and sailing, or go on a submarine tour. Looking to discover the local culture? You'll be within reach of museums, galleries and a whole host of restaurants offering fantastic local cuisine. Then in the evening, return to your opulent villa and pour yourself a drink at the private bar, and toast to another day well spent.

The Pearlescent King

The seaside town of Sa Ràpita is one of Mallorca’s gems. The pace is slightly slower than in nearby Palma – only forty minutes down the road – but there’s still plenty to keep you entertained. 

This charming holiday home has everything you need to make the most of your holiday. The interiors are stylish and spacious, with two double bedrooms and a sweet third room ideal for little ones – they’ll love the bunk bed. The master suite has its own private lounge and balcony, making it a bit of a haven for those travelling with children. After the kids have gone to bed, relax with a beer on the balcony and count the stars – it’s your holiday too, after all. 

Stone accent walls tie the interior decor to the outside space, which boasts an inviting swimming pool, lush lawn and a shaded terrace perfect for a sunset cocktail hour. 

You might take a day trip to explore Palma. A visit to the magnificent cathedral is well worth the journey alone, and it’s a gorgeous city to stroll around with an ice cream. Closer to home, Sa Ràpita’s beach is right on your doorstep, so you can build sandcastles and bob around in the sea. The beautiful marina is less than a ten-minute walk from the villa, and the sailing club has a bar with stunning views – it’s a lovely way to round off a day in the sun. 


Seashells On The Shore

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this home is a rustic retreat designed for sun worshippers, nature lovers and anyone looking to experience the magic of Mallorca. There’s a private pool and a serene terrace with a barbecue. Inside, the rooms are cool, contemporary and family-friendly with each of the bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms. Your host is also on hand to help organise a range of extra services – including private chefs and massage treatments. And for explorations further afield, it’s a short drive to the village of Son Servera, while Pula Golf Course is also within easy reach. 

Balearic Moon

Bright and breezy, this modern villa sits in a prime spot on Mallorca's eastern coast. Just a short drive away lies Porto Cristo, with the rocky beaches of Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia also within easy reach. What initially caught our eye here were the sea views – best enjoyed from the terrace, balcony and two of the bedrooms – but we're equally impressed by the sleek interiors. Inside, there's plenty of space to spread out and unwind away from the island's endless sunshine. Although, if you ask us, the best spot of all to chill out is the small private pool, fitted with whirlpool jets for extra relaxation.

The Balearic Villa

With idyllic scenes of olive trees and blossoming bougainvillea, this home perfectly embodies the majestic beauty of Mallorca. Nestled between the Tramuntana Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, you’ll be perfectly placed for blissful island days. You can stroll into the heart of Deià and Belmond’s La Residencia is moments away. Plus, you’ll have a private pool and a garden where you can sit back and admire the magical horizon. Inside, the rooms are just as impressive with interior features by the likes of Roche Bobois and Ralph Lauren. Your host is also on hand to help organise a range of extra services – including catering and wellness treatments. 

Peach Sunlight

A hedonistic paradise – this luxury home has a whirlpool with multicoloured lights, disco, karaoke, gym, cinema and games room, as well as a gorgeous swimming pool (and a room with an underwater window to the pool). This place really does have the wow factor – seriously, we didn’t want to leave. 

Unwind in the swing seat in the garden and take in the views, or enjoy some coca de trampó for lunch at the outdoor dining table. There’s plenty of room to entertain in the sophisticated open plan living space – there’s a piano too if you fancy tinkling the ivories. 

This modern mansion is perfect for a special celebration with a large group of friends or family who want to be near Palma. It’s just a ten-minute drive into the centre and the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma (La Seu), or fifteen minutes by bike (your lovely host provides bicycles). Best of all, this home is only 150 metres from Ciutat Jardí Beach.



Palma Nirvana

This exquisite 17th-century castle has been restored to its former glory. It’s a stunning holiday home with every amenity you could wish for – including space to land a helicopter. There’s a small chapel and a large function room where you can host private parties, and a swimming pool in the 150-acre manicured grounds. Cook in the outdoor kitchen after strolling through the orchards and olive groves, or soak up the sun on one of the terraces. The villa is beautifully put together, with elegant en-suite bedrooms and two kitchens. 

Antique Glory

Lie low for a while at this exquisitely private and traditional Finca set deep in the heartland of the Mallorcan countryside on a thirty-acre estate, and yet just twenty minutes from the coast. 

Every corner of this 200-year-old Finca delivers pure Mallorcan charm. Outside there are elegantly furnished terraces (so many, we've lost count) to soak up the vistas of the rolling countryside and mountains beyond. And inside, cool terracotta tiles, wooden beams, and antique treasures bring all the hacienda vibes. 

Sunny mornings call for coffee and lazy breakfasts on the terrace, then follow the meandering paths leading to an impressive saltwater pool for a cooling dip. Hugged by established gardens brimming with lemon and orange groves (G&T, anyone?), it would be impossible not to relax here. And when it's time to beat the heat, even on the hottest of summer days, inside the house feels cool and breezy with the shutters and windows flung open. 

Should you ever be convinced to leave this luxurious home, you'll find the handsome rural town of Algaida, with its wander-worthy narrow streets and authentic eateries, less than a ten-minute drive away. And a little further, the mighty Palma and the white sands of Illetas Beach (a twenty-minute drive).

Hacienda Dreaming

There's an extraordinary feel to this place just outside the pretty town of Sencelles. In Mallorca's rural heartland, it's surrounded by farming country and sits in its own vast grounds with fruit trees, lawns and huge palms. Overlooking the fields, you'll be in tune with the land and totally switched off from modern life's stresses and strains.

This finca dates back to around 1890. Built from local stone and using traditional tiles, fireplaces and beamed ceilings, it's a stylish blend of rustic features and contemporary (think dark wood furniture and shuttered windows alongside modern steel and glass). A local architect has taken this old farmhouse and given it new life – without losing any of the atmosphere.

Your living space flows naturally on the ground floor, with a stunning seating area with a window wall to one side and exposed stone walls to the other. Stylish, comfy sofas provide a perfect indoor retreat to sit and chat, while the indoor dining table is just steps from the sleek, all-white kitchen. Two of the bedrooms open to the garden, while a steel staircase leads up to the others.

But this home's real star power comes in the form of an immense outdoor pool. Measuring more than 1000sq ft, it's been built using the existing base of an old farm building and uses several repurposed architectural features. It's pretty impressive if we say so ourselves.

As you'd expect, there's no shortage of secret outdoor seating spots and places to read under a tree in total seclusion. You'll also have a large covered terrace with a table and a barbecue. And here's a quirky little addition: if you thought the walk downstairs to the pool was too long from the main bedroom, the architect has installed some exterior metal steps so it only takes a moment.

Nearby, explore Sencelles and the surrounding villages, head off on hikes and bike rides, visit the local historic sites or drive to the coast for a day by the sea. Thanks to its location in the centre of the island, it's easy to get around by car.





Barefoot on the Stone

For those in the know, Mallorca is a hiking and biking paradise. So adventurous types are sure to appreciate this apartment's proximity to stunning landscapes and scenic trails surrounding the sleepy pueblo of Campanet. In contrast, those in search of an authentic stay surrounded by the beauty of northern Mallorca will find joy in its slow pace of life as you wander its meandering streets and stock up on essentials at its weekly Tuesday market.

Whatever your preference, early risers will be rewarded with jaw-dropping views over the tree-lined peaks bathed in the golden morning light. Plot your route over coffee on the private balcony before setting off on lung-busting mountain ascents and high-speed downhill freewheeling. Fresh from a morning in the mountains, enjoy feasting on a homemade meal in the shade of the covered dining area before a post-lunch siesta by the shared pool. 

After an action-packed day, we understand if you don't feel like cooking dinner (despite the well-equipped kitchen). Campanet offers an enticing array of eateries within walking distance of the apartment. Meanwhile, good road links mean the coastal resorts of Alcúdia and Pollença are within easy reach. Alternatively, make your way to Búger for traditional Mallorcan tapas in yet more spectacular mountain surroundings.

Yellow Jersey

Just a two-minute stroll from Llucmajor’s main square, this sunny apartment offers a cheery, comfortable base from which to explore the town and its nearby beaches. 
 
Decked out in pretty pastel prints that feel like they've been taken straight from a storybook cottage, the apartment’s decor is cosy and welcoming with streams of light pouring through the wall of glass separating the living room from its private rooftop terrace. Slide open the doors to step out onto this sun-baked spot where a table and chairs invite alfresco meals and celebratory drinks as the sun sets over the rooftops. 
 
The bedroom, meanwhile, is a cosy space tucked to the back of the apartment guaranteeing a peaceful night’s sleep, while the luxurious rainfall shower en-suite is ready to ease you into a relaxing day upon waking up. 
 
When you’re ready for some exploring, you’ve got plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a thrice-weekly street market here where you can stock up on fresh local produce to enjoy on your sun terrace. Elsewhere, sandy S'Arenal beach is a seventeen-minute drive away, while bustling Palma is thirty minutes away by car.
