With vast countryside views, a private saltwater pool and peaceful rooms, this home hits all the right notes when it comes to a blissful island escape. There’s also a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen for dining alfresco and you’ll find each of the bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom – adding a wonderful sense of privacy. Parking is available for one car and you’ll find it’s just a short walk to the local cafes and restaurants of Búger. And for adventures further afield, it’s just a twenty-minute drive to the bay of Alcúdia and the nearest beaches. 

Tranquil Luxury

Sometimes you want to get away from it all, and sometimes it’s nice to be in town. This classic beauty of a Mallorcan villa offers both, sitting on a quiet street, 150 metres from the centre of Llubí. In the heart of town, you’ll find tree-lined streets leading to squares crowned with ancient churches. Pavement cafés spill into the street and bakeries and cafés provide traditional breakfast options. It’s in the heart of the Mallorcan hills, so cyclists will be particularly pleased with the location (there are bike racks in the garage too).

Heading back to the villa, you can unwind with a float about in the swimming pool, or perhaps indulge in a long, lazy dinner in the shade at the outdoor dining table. From here, you can admire the honey-brown stonework adorned with dazzling modern art by the Moorish wooden doors. Take your pre-dinner drink on the plush terrace sofas and enjoy the last of the evening sun. 

Inside, the villa is sleek and sophisticated with touches of old-world charm. Marble columns and the grand marble staircase caught our eye the second we walked in, and hand-carved wooden bedframes feel like they have Moorish roots. There are two living rooms to choose from – one with a plush, tufted sofa and the other with a delightfully retro suite. Our favourite spot might have to be the second terrace, shaded by a sail-like parasol and lined with balustrades.

The Red Jersey

Fringed by fig and almond trees, clear blue skies and rolling Mallorcan countryside, this finca is a rural delight. The design blends rustic charm with contemporary style to create a breezy, social space that's the definition of inviting – we love how the sliding glass doors and panoramic windows show off the views of the mountains.

Set on a farm estate, so you'll wake up each morning to the sound of roosters crowing and the sunlight streaming through the windows. After a cup of coffee on the private balcony, while away the afternoon in the sun-drenched garden – you can take a dip in the pool, enjoy a picnic on the grassy patch or sprawl out on the lounge chairs with a cocktail and work on your tan. Evenings call for barbecues and alfresco dinners underneath the starry sky – later on, unwind with a soak underneath the rainfall showers before climbing into the comfortable beds.  

When you're ready to explore, hop in the car and drive ten minutes to Sineu, where you'll find historic yellow stone buildings, independent cafes and a weekly market on Wednesday that's one of the best in the area. The beach is a bit further – both vibrant Palma and lively Port d'Alcúdia are about forty minutes away by car.

If you’re looking for a secluded island escape, this villa provides the perfect opportunity to experience the peace and tranquillity of central Mallorca. 

Just a short stroll from the tiny hilltop town of Ariany, lazy days can be spent moving to the slow rhythm of rural life. From quiet mornings listening to the sound of birdsong in the garden to refreshing dips in the pool, and delicious evening drinks with local delicacies served on the terrace, you’ll find yourself captivated by the rustic charm of this location. And if this all sounds too sedate, then adventure seekers can take to the open road with cycle rides or long walks through the surrounding countryside. 

From here, it’s just a twenty-minute drive to the beautiful white sandy beach of Can Picafort – providing the perfect opportunity to embrace the magic of the Mediterranean. 

Wherever the day takes you, this humble home welcomes you to light the outdoor grill and raise a glass to life’s little luxuries.  

Scarlet Sunrise

Just steps away from beach, this villa makes family holidays a breeze. The interiors are bright and modern, with plenty of space for unwinding or coming together as a group. But really it's the garden that steals the show with a large lawn, decked pool area, outdoor lounge and a playground for the little ones. Plus, you'll find an annexe with a second kitchen and dining space at the bottom of the garden – perfect for prepping poolside meals. As for the location, you're right on the outskirts of Lubli, with restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance. 

Lubli Lawn Villa 

You'll find this modern villa in the heart of Mallorca, just a twenty-minute drive from the sandy Playa de Muro, with the charming villa of Maria de Salud within easy walking distance. The interiors are laidback and welcoming, with a blend of natural materials, stylish furnishings and curated waxed houseplants. There's a sleek chef's kitchen and dining space for enjoying group breakfasts in the mornings, with sliding glass doors opening out to a private garden.

Most of your time will be spent lounging by the sparkling pool and sipping refreshing cocktails as you top up your tan. There's also a rooftop terrace with extra recliners and a furnished dining area for those lazy lunches outside – there's also a barbecue for those evening grills. But when the heat starts to rise, cool off with a gentle dip in the swimming pool or find a peaceful spot in the living room for an afternoon snooze. 

If you're looking to explore, you'll find some gorgeous beaches, including Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, are all within easy reach by car. There's also plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in town if a celebratory meal out is on the agenda. 

Balearic Blue

For those in search of the quiet simplicity and slow pace of rural living, this traditional Finca has everything you could need for an authentic island retreat. 

Nestled between Santa Margalida and the beaches of Can Picafort, you’ll find a welcoming space filled with charm and character. From the original features to the rugged textures and earthy tones, walking through this former farmhouse feels like entering another time. But it’s the sense of heritage and tradition, that makes this home unique. 

Upstairs, there’s an impressive roof terrace where you can savour the mesmerising views across the mountains, while the garden and swimming pool welcome you to enjoy the tranquillity of this secluded setting. 

From here, it’s just a short atmospheric drive to the coastal city of Can Picafort, where you’ll find an abundant selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. Whether you’re in search of a bustling beachside atmosphere or an escape from the crowds, Playa de Muro stretches across six kilometres of coastline and makes the perfect setting for a day by the sea. 

Sol y Tierra

Surrounded by orange trees with views across the countryside, this traditional Finca makes the perfect setting for a rustic retreat in the heart of Mallorca. And with its location just outside the centre Sant Joan, there’s everything you could need to connect with the warmth and beauty of the island. 

From the exposed stone walls and wooden beams to the whitewashed and natural tones, this is the perfect setting to slow down and savour life’s simple pleasures. And stepping outside, you’ll find the garden and pool make it easy to adopt a more peaceful existence – one that is filled with the serenity of the Mallorcan countryside. 

Days can be spent relaxing in this private sanctuary or embracing the island’s majestic mountains and beaches (the coast is less than a forty-minute drive away). And for a taste of authentic island life, don’t miss the weekly market held in Sant Joan – it’s the perfect spot to fill your baskets with fresh local produce. 

Casa Sol

Revel in the peace and tranquillity of the Mallorquin countryside at this stunning villa, offering far-reaching views over the island's interior towards the jagged peaks of the Sierra Tramuntana.

The building cleverly combines modern architecture with traditional construction techniques, creating a contemporary home that is at ease with its surroundings. Vast panes of glass provide natural light to every corner of the spacious rooms, with easy outdoor access offered at every turn. An enormous open-plan living area includes a sleek kitchen, a sturdy table surrounded by elegant mid-century dining chairs and a comfy corner sofa.

There's yet more seating and dining space outside tucked away in a cut-out beneath the first floor, a fully fenced garden ideal for the kids, and a gorgeous saltwater infinity pool and integrated hot tub where you can soak in the views with a glass of wine in hand. 

Nearby, the town of Ariany will keep you stocked up on essentials while you're perfectly placed to explore all corners of the island from your central location. Drive thirty minutes west to the Tramuntana mountains, north to the beach of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro, or 50km south to Palma.

Vista Tramuntana

This stylish apartment is a great base for a large family or a group of friends. It’s in La Dreta de l’Eixample, a cool part of Barcelona rich in Gaudi-inspired architecture, boutiques, and upscale restaurants. When you’re not strolling along Paseo de Gracia or Rambla Catalunya, you’ll enjoy having such a tranquil space to call home. There’s a petite French balcony so you can sip your morning coffee while watching the streets below come to life. We love the large windows, which make the open-plan living and dining space bright and welcoming.

Barca Blues

Revel in the peace and solitude of the Mallorcan countryside when you stay at this stylish home, which was once a farmhouse. This villa really intrigued us with its unusual mix of red render and warm exposed stone. Relax on the daybeds by the beautiful pool, which has been converted from an ancient reservoir. Surrounded by manicured gardens and mature trees – take in the views of the mountains and truly unwind.

We love so much about this place, but the enclosed courtyard garden draped with sheer black fabric and dotted with lush plants is magical – take a seat on the Acapulco-style chairs with a glass of wine. Then there's the huge living room which is something else. Here, you'll find luxurious leather sofas, a modern fireplace and a wall lined with books – it's perfect for some "me" time. This house is ideal for a family or group of friends as there's plenty of space to spread out, and two bedrooms can only be accessed from outside, giving them added privacy.

Although located in a quiet countryside setting, this home is just a short distance from the town of Manacor. It's the second largest town in Mallorca, so you'll find plenty of shops and a bustling market. There's also a golf course and some of the best beaches on the island, such as Son Serra, a short drive away.
