A short drive to the northeast places you at Port de Pollença, famous for its picturesque beaches and hiking opportunities – the Boquer Valley walk was one of our favourites.

While some of the interiors may be a little dated for some, there’s no denying this place hasn’t got character and wooden shutters in spades.
