Surrounded by the peace and tranquillity of the Mallorcan countryside, this contemporary farmhouse is traditional stone on the outside, and modern minimalism on the inside. You'll find exposed beams paired with glass balustrades, and a pared back design with pops of bright colour and geometric prints to add a hint of playfulness. Plus, there's an inner courtyard featuring the original stone, a stone that features at surprise moments through the home. Ideal for larger parties, there’s space for everyone outside around the pool, where you’ll find comfortable sun loungers that beg to be napped on and a covered terrace that’s perfect for alfresco dinners. Close to the historic town of Jornets, in the surrounding area you’ll find wineries and olive oil farms to visit for tours and tastings, as well as herb shops and other artisanal wares. With your herbs and olive oil bought, cook up a storm in the large modern kitchen, and ease into a blissful summer evening on a wondrous island.

Brick Orchard

If you fancy some sun, sea, and sand, then gather up your favourite people for a fabulous trip to the island of Mallorca. With a range of excellent amenities and plenty of space to relax, there's something for everyone here. 

Guests of all ages will feel right at home in this bright and airy house. If you want to hide from the heat, then make yourself comfortable in the living room with a good book, or stretch out on a lounger under the shade of a parasol. The sparkling swimming pool is the perfect place to take. refreshing dip, while the outdoor bar area has a snooker table so you can challenge your guests to a tournament. Kids can run wild in the pirate-themed play area, and when they've worked up an appetite it's time to fire up the barbeque and eat together at the outdoor dining area. 

From here, you can wander down to Portals Nous Beach within just seven minutes to paddle in the clear waters and kick back on the sand to soak up some rays. Portals Nous itself also has a range of seafood restaurants and chic bars along the marina, where you can sip a glass of wine and watch the boats bobbing in the water. And, if you fancy a day trip to the historic city of Palma, you can drive over to visit the cathedral and fortress within fifteen minutes. 

Sunshine Smiles

If, like us, you love browsing a local market when you're away, you're in luck – this lovely apartment is just a one-minute walk from Plaza Mayor with its frequent craft markets, as well as cafes and boutiques. There are another couple of marketplaces a five-minute stroll too. Pick up some flowers from the stalls on Passeig de la Rambla, or browse Mercat de l’Olivar for seafood, cheese, pastries and other local delicacies. For lovers of art, Es Baluard, with its gorgeous rooftop terrace, is under fifteen minutes away. Or, if you prefer to spend the day on the beach, Can Pere Antoni is twenty minutes on foot.

Back at this home, housed in a beautiful 18th-century mansion, open up the French doors to the balcony – they allow light to flood into the open plan living space. A neutral colour scheme, plants, and flowers create a calm and welcoming space. We were surprised when we were here how quiet it was considering its fabulous, central location. This place is perfect for a family, group of friends or business colleagues who want to be in the heart and soul of Palma.



Mansion Marvel

Set on a remote plot, surrounded by fields of green and the backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains, you'll have a haven of tranquillity with this serene spot as your base from which to discover the island of Mallorca. With your own private swimming pool, ample outdoor garden space including alfresco dining areas, a sunbathing terrace, and a hidden sun trap on the rooftop overlooking spectacular countryside views – adapting to the blissful lifestyle here comes easy. 

Inside, exposed wooden beams and terracotta tiled flooring pave the way to an authentic Mallorcan stay, with wooden furnishings adding warmth and modern home comforts, creating a relaxing place to chill out between your adventures out and time spent relaxing in the garden. 

Located right in the island's centre, you'll be no more than forty-five to sixty minutes away from almost anywhere in Mallorca when staying in Selva. So why not rent bikes and follow the scenic cycle routes scattered around the island? Or hop in the car to discover the picturesque beaches and coves of the island's eastern coastline, explore the quaint Mediterranean villages in the west or set off on a day of culture, shopping and fine dining opportunities with a day trip to Palma. 


Summer Crush 

This enchanting holiday home is the kind you find yourself daydreaming of long after you’ve unpacked your suitcases and returned to your normal life. It’s an oasis tucked away along a cobbled path lined with trees and shrubs, with spectacular views of the mountains that surround the village. 

The house was built over 300 years ago, and the original stone walls keep it deliciously cool even in the hottest part of the day. It's been thoughtfully restored so it combines the original architecture with everything modern holidaymakers might need. You’ll find an attractive blend of local Binissalem stone, Mediterranean wood and woven textiles, which create a cool, calm aesthetic. 

Unusually for buildings in Deia, this home has terraces that enjoy the sun from morning until evening, maximising your time to soak up the rays. There’s plenty of space for reading in the shade as well as for sun-worshippers. A covered dining set with a white stone bench is the perfect spot for alfresco meals and glasses of Spanish wine.

You can stroll into Deia in three minutes to sip coffee or enjoy music in the evenings. Days at the beach are also an easy-breezy affair – it takes ten minutes to drive to gorgeous Cala Deia. You can be back in time to watch the sunset from one of the terraces. 


Climbing Gardens

A hedonistic paradise – this luxury home has a whirlpool with multicoloured lights, disco, karaoke, gym, cinema and games room, as well as a gorgeous swimming pool (and a room with an underwater window to the pool). This place really does have the wow factor – seriously, we didn’t want to leave. 

Unwind in the swing seat in the garden and take in the views, or enjoy some coca de trampó for lunch at the outdoor dining table. There’s plenty of room to entertain in the sophisticated open plan living space – there’s a piano too if you fancy tinkling the ivories. 

This modern mansion is perfect for a special celebration with a large group of friends or family who want to be near Palma. It’s just a ten-minute drive into the centre and the beautiful Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma (La Seu), or fifteen minutes by bike (your lovely host provides bicycles). Best of all, this home is only 150 metres from Ciutat Jardí Beach.



Palma Nirvana

Perched on a cliff just outside of Port Adriano, this impressive home has to be seen to be believed. Boasting an infinity pool, floor-to-ceiling windows, and every amenity you could ask for, this home makes holidays to Mallorca extra special. 

The double bedrooms look out to sea, so you can wake up to the soothing sight of bobbing waves and yachts passing by. This home has been designed to make the most of the superlative views afforded by the cliff-top setting, so you can expect lots of glass – the turquoise of the sea becomes part of the colour palette. 

The villa is just a five-minute drive from Port Adriano, where you’ll find shops and restaurants, and the port, of course. From here you can set sail on a boat tour of the coast or, if you prefer to keep your feet on dry land, simply sip coffee as you watch the boats pull in. A day trip to Palma might also be on the cards – it’s thirty-five minutes away. There you can stroll the historic streets, dine in top-notch restaurants and explore galleries and museums – it’s well worth the journey. 

After a day spent seeing the sights, head back to the villa to swim in the infinity pool or lounge in a day bed. The small indoor pool proves tempting in the evening when you can see the stars through sliding glass doors. There’s also a telescope set up in the living room for keen stargazers. 

Round off your day by watching the magnificent sunset with a glass of something chilled. This isn’t the kind of holiday you quickly forget.  


Sea View Siesta

Although this apartment's located in an eighteenth-century mansion in Palma's Old Town, the interior is delightfully modern. The minimalist kitchen is dominated by sleek finishes, while the living room's stark white walls and wooden floorboards look similarly smart.

That's not to say it's completely anonymous, though. There are some Asian influences in the decorations, particularly the elephant statue and the orange patterned rug. We're also big fans of the intricate mosaic tiling in the bathroom too, also in sunset tones.

When you want a breath of fresh air, simply step out onto the home's balcony and gaze out onto the street below. Plaça Major sits just one minute's walk away and Museu Fundació Joan March is another sixty seconds beyond that. The city's gothic cathedral only takes six minutes to reach on foot, too.

Ochre Eyes

Located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, this Mallorcan home boasts unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside. The garden steals the show here with its private pool, alfresco dining terrace, frog ponds, and water fountains. And inside is well set up for groups with plenty of living space and en-suite bedrooms to enjoy. Location-wise, you’re near the towns of Alaró and Binissalem, with Palma – the island's capital – a twenty-five-minute drive away. While this home isn’t suitable for children under 5, we think it's perfect for families with older kids, or group of friends, wanting a relaxing getaway. 

Tranquil Panoramas

Offering stunning views across Mallorca's countryside, this villa is not to be missed. The outside space is certainly the star – how could it not be, with a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a vine-covered dining terrace, and a balcony where you can perch with a glass of wine and admire the Tramuntana Sierra scenery? That said, the carefully curated interiors are also charming. Traditional features are complemented by contemporary comforts like a private gym, a stylish main suite, and a well-appointed kitchen. When you're ready to explore, Alaró's sleepy village is a short drive away, though Deià, Palma, and the beaches in Port de Sóller are also less than an hour by car.

Alaró Oasis

A classic hacienda in the heart of Mallorca – this stay is an unforgettable location for group celebrations. Set against a backdrop of mountains, and with the village of Santa Maria within walking distance, it offers the perfect blend of seclusion and immersion. Step outside to stroll in the gardens, relax by the luxurious pool or gather around the outdoor kitchen for a BBQ. Inside, you’ll find eight spacious bedrooms – a mix of double and twin beds makes it ideal for family gatherings – as well as communal living and dining spaces for time alone or together. 

Charming Hacienda House

Live like a local when you stay at this fabulous apartment with its huge, sunny roof terrace. It's located on a quiet street, just a one-minute stroll from historic Plaza Mayor, the heart and soul of Palma Old Town. Or take a six-minute walk to the stunning Cathedral of Santa Maria of Palma (La Seu). 

If you love modern art, then make your way over to Es Baluard, under fifteen minutes away – once you've admired the masterpieces, enjoy the views of the city from its fantastic rooftop area. A couple of markets are a mere five-minute saunter from this home too. Pick up some blooms from the flower stalls on Passeig de la Rambla, or for a wide selection of local produce, stop by Olivar Market, the largest covered market in Palma.

Back at this gorgeous home, relax in the sun on the loungers on the roof terrace with its vistas over the neighbourhood. Later, rustle up dinner with some seafood from the market, and then enjoy the fruits of your labour at the outdoor or indoor dining table if you don't fancy eating out. 

We love the light and bright living room with its exposed beams, wooden floors and calming white decor. This apartment, housed in an 18th-century palatial building, is perfect for those looking to be in the centre of sophisticated Palma.
