An immaculate contemporary dream, located just 100 metres from the beach, this vibrant home welcomes you in and wraps you up in a colourful hug. The interiors are a modern masterpiece, with each room tastefully themed and awash with character – it so perfectly epitomises bold and beautiful. Feature clocks are peppered throughout the villa, but time won’t fly here – quite the opposite, in this peaceful home. 

Our favourite spot, although hard to choose with so much to love here, is the ensuite to the main bedroom. Step down into your jetted tub, sunken into the floor, and all you'll need is a glass of bubbles for ultimate relaxation. If you are ready for a quiet night in, the electric fire will set the ambience perfectly as you sink into your deep comfortable sofa. You’re guaranteed a restful night's sleep with relaxation at the core of this villa. 

In the morning, sip your coffee on your private balcony, overlooking the manicured gardens and picturesque sea. Spend your days relaxing by your private pool and fire up the barbecue under the olive tree for a little lunch alfresco. If you fancy venturing into the local area, meander through the old walled town of Alcudia for a touch of traditional Spain. With restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance, spending days at the beach will be one of many options.

Time on Our Hands

Just a ten-minute drive from the coast of Alcúdia, this impressive eighteenth-century villa exudes palatial Spanish charm. With eight bedrooms and more than enough for up to sixteen guests, this home is perfect for larger families and groups to relax in elegant surroundings.

Beautifully fresh, organic decor, ample amenities and luxurious furnishings set the scene for an extremely comfortable and homely stay, while the crystal clear private pool and vibrant outside space act as the heart of the home, bringing all guests together for a truly unforgettable stay, surrounded by almond and olive orchards, as well as vineyards. We believe this villa stands out for its private winery, to which guests have access.

Sangria Sundown

Blessed with breathtaking views over the Bay of Pollença, this spectacular family-friendly villa offers a chance to escape to the upmarket tree-lined residential area of Bonaire.

This stunning home has been designed from the ground up to make the most of its privileged position. Practically the entire front of the house is taken up with vast picture windows, a poolside terrace and inviting balconies, ensuring you're able to appreciate the panoramas wherever you decide to make yourself comfortable. 

An open layout on the entrance level ensures plenty of space for your party to gather together without feeling like you're on top of one another. At the same time, sliding doors offer effortless access to those breathtaking balconies and outdoor seating areas.

Four en-suite bedrooms are split across the entrance and lower levels, offering either an elevated position that will see you wake up to the morning sun glinting off the sea or seamless access to the poolside loungers for the ultimate morning coffee by the water's edge. Two of the bedrooms even offer walk-in wardrobes, so you can pack for every possible eventuality. 

Away from the villa, Alcúdia's Old Town is just a short drive away. Here, you'll find colourful streets dotted with family-owned restaurants and independent boutiques, encircled by medieval walls. A little further on is the enticing stretch of sand that leads up to Port d’Alcúdia, while the awe-inspiring Cap de Formentor is well worth exploring.


Across the Bay

A pastel colour palette, antique furniture and an abundance of Mediterranean flora and fauna make this Mallorcan villa unique. 

Original features including exposed wooden beams, terracotta tiled flooring and Georgian style windows inject a romantic feel into the home. Meanwhile, the contrasting use of both antique and modern furnishings add to the aesthetic with both grandeur and practicality. 

Since the sun is most often shining in Mallorca, you'll likely find yourselves spending much of your time outside in the garden. In fact, there's no better spot to perch with a book than poolside on one of the longers. Then, when it gets too warm, take a refreshing dip in the pool amidst the leafy trees and garden greenary. 

You'll also find plenty of other seating areas to sit and relax over a delicious barbecue outside. The fresh fish sourced from almost any of Mallorca's local farmer's markets is enough to get your tummy's growling. 

If you prefer to spend time unwinding away from the sun, we particularly love the seating area of the glazed porch. With so much greenary and huge light inviting windows, it truly gives the feeling of being outside. 

Beyond the realms of this charming Mediterranean escape, enjoy the local amenities, culinary delights, nightlife and sights of Alcudia. Then, for days by the turquoise sea, head to Mal Pas, breach positioned just 400 metres away and therefore easily reachable on foot. 


Pastel Parlour

If it’s a fuss-free getaway you’re after, then look no further than this laidback villa in the north of Mallorca. Inside, it’s bright white and minimalist with an open-plan living space, a fully-equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms guaranteeing a blissful sleep night after night. 

Wake up to coffee on the balcony and soak up the Balearic Sea views. When it’s time for breakfast, put together a platter of traditional Mallorcan fare and enjoy in the shade of the pergola. Splash around with your loved ones in the pool or throw on your sun hat and snooze a while on the loungers. 

In the afternoon, jump in the car and take the five-minute drive to Platja de San Pere. Bob about in the gentle waves and bask in the sunshine on the soft sands. Should you start to feel peckish, drive over to Alcúdia for traditional restaurants in the well-preserved old town.

Sun Dancer

Just a 350-metre stroll from the beach, this home is a great option for guests seeking an easy-going coastal escape. Days can be spent on the seafront, strolling the streets of Alcúdia (just 1 kilometre away) or relaxing by the private pool. This isn’t the best option if you’re seeking total seclusion, but you will find a family-friendly home that brings ease to daily living. Child-friendly amenities are available on request, plus there is a covered terrace and barbecue – perfect for balmy evening meals. 


A Shimmer of Colour

Set in picturesque Alcudia, this bright villa has plenty of outside space and nearby amenities for a laid-back family stay. Close to local beaches, restaurants and the tranquil marina, this home is in a great location to explore the best of the area. The home itself has a modern finish and a second lounge up the marble staircase for total relaxation. An office means you can catch up on some work during your stay and the upper terrace with bedroom access is perfect as a morning breakfast spot.

The Spanish Soul

Wake up to fantastic views of the marina every day from the balcony of this Port d’Alcudia apartment. After enjoying your breakfast and morning coffee overlooking the water here, head out for the day and spend your time on Alcudia beach – just 350 yards away. Or, even visit sights such as Lluc Monastery – reachable in just under twenty miles.

The air-conditioned living space of this home will offer a perfectly cool space to relax after a busy day. Plus, this space also leads out to the home’s crowning glory, the balcony, which is the ideal spot for alfresco tapas meals each evening, followed by a nightcap glass of sangria as the marina views turn from daytime postcard snapshots to night-time panoramas. 

Marine Queen

Among the evergreen pine trees and boasting magnificent forest views, this luxurious villa enjoys an elevated position over the Mediterranean Sea. With plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, spend leisurely mornings sipping coffee on the patio or reading a book on the Balinese sunbed. The infinity pool provides a place to cool off from the Majorcan heat whenever you like, as well as impressive mountain scenery.

If you fancy exploring your surroundings, the unspoiled coast is just a short drive away, as is the fascinating Old Town of Alcudia. Whether you prefer sand or cobbles beneath your feet, there's a whole lot of nature, history and heritage to discover on this part of the island. 

When you get home, we highly recommend a seafood barbecue, which is best enjoyed alfresco under the shade of the pergola. After dinner, head up to the balcony with a glass of wine to enjoy a spectacular sunset from the swinging egg chair, followed by a relaxing bubble bath in the freestanding tub. 

Port & Pine

With Alcúdia Beach right on your doorstep, this sleek apartment is an ideal base for those wishing for uninterrupted access to Mallorca’s sea, sand and sun. 

Pared-back yet gleaming with a dazzling modern finish, this home has everything you need to relax and unwind. Kick back on the sofa with a cool drink as you admire the swaying palms through the glass doors. Or, slide these open to step out onto a private beach-facing balcony – the ideal spot to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or starlit dinner while listening to the gentle wave of the sea and the breeze ruffling the palm trees’ outstretched fronds. 

You’ll have no trouble getting a blissful night’s sleep in the comfortable bedrooms while wake-ups are made all the better for the bathroom’s rainfall showers. 

Best of all, the communal garden in front of the building has its very own gate that leads straight onto the beach. While away afternoons on its white sands and cool off in the Mediterranean Sea. You’re also a ten-minute drive from Alcúdia’s historic centre, while the scenic Cap de Formentor Lighthouse is forty-five minutes away by car.

As you make your way upstairs you’ll find the top-floor bedrooms and balcony provide the perfect spot to admire the beauty of this location. And no matter what time of day, this is the kind of home that perfectly adapts to suit the mood of the moment. So whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning coffee, sipping sunset drinks or dining al fresco, it’s easy to settle in and make this space your own. 

Days can be spent on the beach (just a short walk away), exploring the Old Town, browsing the weekly market and sampling one of the traditional island restaurants. And for explorations further afield, you’ll find the beautiful city of Palma is less than an hour’s drive away.
