This rustic hideaway in the heart of Pollença puts the old-world streets immediately at your fingertips. While away your afternoons strolling down the honey-hued lanes and discovering the array of restaurants, boutique shops and historic landmarks around every turn. The main square is just a short walk away, but when you're in the mood for the sea and sand, Port de Pollença is only a few miles north.

Built with Mallorcan stone, this townhouse is cosy and contemporary all in one. Inside, modern design meets tradition – white-washed beams hang overhead, a sleek kitchen has everything you'll need to rustle up dinner and cream leather sofas invite you to kick back in style.

Outside, a pretty terraced garden calls for alfresco breakfasts before your adventures and evenings spent toasting your getaway with a glass of locally produced wine. The private pool is the perfect spot to cool off from the sun – as the palm trees sway and the blue skies stretch out above, dreamy days await.

Ancient Nectar 

Situated in Puerto Pollensa, this modern villa offers a masterclass in indoor-outdoor living. Stylish in every sense, the home boasts large sliding glass doors connecting the open living space to the dazzling terrace, complete with sun loungers, a dining area and a private pool. We can think of nothing better than firing up the state-of-the-art barbecue and feasting with your group, long into those balmy summer evenings. And, with the vibrant poolside lights, you can't beat a midnight dip under the stars. 

Stepping inside, you'll immediately notice the high-end touch that's been given to this recently renovated home – from the tiled flooring to the colourful art prints, chic decor and sleek chef's kitchen with a gorgeous marble island. The bedrooms are just as snazzy and bright, with direct access to the balcony or terrace, so you can wake up to a morning coffee while taking in the view. 

When it's time to head out, follow the Roman steps onto your manicured garden and explore the local area from this desirable location. You're a ten-minute walk from the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, with a selection of restaurants and bars to discover. 

Midnight Glow

Situated just 250 metres from the sandy beach and pedestrian promenade of Port de Pollença, this recently refurbished single-story townhouse has a great location. Other attractions nearby include Alcúdia and Cala San Vicenç, both fifteen minutes by car. You don’t have to go anywhere for a cooling dip though, this home has a walled courtyard with a private pool and an adjacent shaded dining terrace perfect for barbecues. We love that all the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace too.

Casa de Art

Hidden away amid Mallorcan mountains and Mediterranean vegetation, this villa benefits from a perfectly peaceful spot close to the northernmost point of the island and offers plenty of ways to bask in this tranquillity.

On summer afternoons, the swimming pool in the middle of the garden is sure to see plenty of visits, but there's also a ping-pong table and lots of loungers if you want to stay on dry land. When evening time rolls around, what better way to toast a productive day than lighting up the barbecue and feasting on the fruits of your labour on the plant-lined verandah?

Inside, the living quarters feel bright and airy, thanks to the large glass doors letting in ample amounts of natural light and an open layout that lets this asset flow about unimpeded. The furnishings and finishes are simple in style, with only the patches of exposed stonework and terracotta tiles in keeping with traditional Baleric design – the wood-burning stove in the living room is rather rustic, too.

When you're in the mood to see a little more of Mallorca, the beach town of Puerto Pollensa is 1km away, with lots of bars and restaurants to tide you over after a day on the seaside. Further inland, you'll find a wide selection of hilly hiking routes and golf courses, as well.

Life's Rich Pageant

This beautiful stone farmhouse is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, and is the perfect spot to be for travellers who are looking for peace and privacy during their holiday. If you're not willing to compromise on proximity when it comes to visiting sandy beaches and accessing everything the town of Pollensa has to offer, this is the home for you. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, you'll have access to your own private pool where you can do some paddling or sunbathe and relax, alfresco dining spots for enjoying meals grilled on the barbecue or in the modern kitchen, and the lavish gardens surrounding the home. In the evening, gather in the living room and let the warmth from the cosy fireplace help you unwind after a busy day.

The location of this home is one of its many highlights — whether you're in the mood for a day at the beach, a day exploring the historical and cultural sites of the town and port of Pollenca, or you just want to find a great restaurant for lunch, you'll find everything you need just a short drive from your doorstep. We do recommend having a car here, but you'll find yourself in fairly close proximity to everything exciting and worthwhile in the area, so you'll be able to fit in everything you want to do. This home acts as the perfect centre point for those wanting to get the most out of their Mallorcan holiday.

Dreams Set in Stone

Combining traditional Mallorcan interior design with plenty of modern conveniences, this townhouse, a stone’s throw from the heart of Pollença, makes you feel instantly at ease. We loved nothing more than kicking back with our morning coffee on the yellow and white striped sofa before rustling up a Mediterranean-inspired breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. 

Clear your agenda and spend an afternoon lounging on the patio – get stuck into a good book or fire up the barbecue and grill produce picked up from the nearby weekly market. Should a siesta be on the cards, the unfussy bedrooms guarantee a peaceful snooze. 

When you do fancy a change of scenery, drive over to Alcúdia for its warren of narrow streets and centuries-old buildings. Enjoy a glass of something refreshing in a curb-side cafe then make a beeline for the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Alcúdia Beach.

A Piece of My Heart

This home caught our eye with its mountain views and beautiful location. Nestled in the countryside of Cielo de Bonaire, there’s plenty to explore here. From hiking trails and nearby beaches to the bustling heart of Alcúdia, this is a great option for families. You will need a car to get around, but free private parking is available. There is also a private pool and plenty of chill out spots to relax both inside and out. The main bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony, while the room with bunk beds is a sweet option for kids. 

Light of Nature

Bright and open, this Palma home isn’t just a gorgeous haven for beach lovers, it’s also a portal to some of the most beautiful hiking trails. Explore this Balearic island by enjoying sun-drenched beach days on Platja de Can Cap de Bou, or by walking scenic routes like Camí Boquer and Vall de Bóquer. 

Back home, you can bask in the sun by claiming a sun lounger and spending the day between tanning and dipping into the private pool to cool down. Stay hydrated with an ice-cold drink and read a holiday romance novel from under the brim of a floppy hat. 

Dine alfresco in the loggia and head around the front of the house to find a comfortable spot in which to enjoy evening drinks and nibbles. Most of the bedrooms lead out onto the balcony, so enjoy sunrises and fresh air out there as you nurse cups of coffee. 

Inside, you can fling the doors open to let fresh air into this amply lit space – spend lazy evenings watching movies or playing board games here, nipping to the kitchen every now and again to top up your drinks.

From Arch to Arch

Beach lovers – this one's for you. A mere hundred-metre stroll from the shores of Port de Pollença beach, you can dip your toes in the sea or simply soak up the sun from a sandy spot in no time. Simple in style, this is a comfortable space for six, with the bonus of a private balcony for alfresco meals – albeit, slightly overlooked by the building opposite. For days when the beach doesn’t tickle your fancy, you can head to the old town of Pollença to climb the Calvari steps. And for those wanting more of a hiking challenge, the Tramuntana mountains are around an hour’s drive away.

Sun, Sand & Sea

Nestled among the Tramuntana mountains, with spectacular views over Pollensa Bay and La Fortaleza, this rustic Mediterranean villa provides the perfect place to discover the Mallorcan countryside. Boasting plenty of outdoor spaces, each with a spectacular view, you'll be spoilt for choice when looking for a cosy corner to enjoy your morning coffee. 

After a relaxing morning soaking up the scenery, it's time to actually explore it. Spend a day in the historic Old Town, where you can wander between the shops, authentic restaurants and cafés that line the narrow streets. If you're craving the feeling of the sand between your toes, there are some beautiful beaches within an easy distance, such as Port de Pollensa where the water is as blue as the sky above it. 

After a day of soaking up the sights of Pollensa, head home to relax for the evening. Try creating a few of your favourite Spanish dishes on the barbecue, then dine alfresco as the warm evening breeze rolls in off the sea. Post-dinner, open a bottle of wine and sink into the comfy sofa by the fire pit to watch the sun set over the ocean and town. 

Perched Upon Pollensa

This charming 16th-century finca has been completely renovated into a relaxing holiday home. It’s situated between Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa in Sierra de Tramuntana, so you’ll have mountain views while also being close to beaches, restaurants, and markets. The finca used to be an oil mill and that historic charm has been retained – think classic stone walls and wooden beams. There’s a delightful terrace with a pergola, a great spot for alfresco dining, in addition to a heated swimming pool, where we’d be spending most of our time. You can also look forward to working up a sweat playing petanque and table tennis. 

The Olive Oil Mill

Relaxation finds new meaning in this traditional countryside villa. Surrounded by rolling mountains, flourishing trees, and far-stretching fields, this villa is a gem. Being tucked away in the Colonya Valley, you would never know you’re just a twenty-minute stroll from the centre of Pollensa. 

Stepping inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting interior with a beautiful, vaulted ceiling, adding a touch of farmhouse chic to the space. But the outside is really where this home shines. The mountain view will kickstart your day in the best way – you’ll love soaking up the scenery, feeling the warm morning sun on your skin, while sipping a freshly brewed coffee.

There’s plenty of space for the little ones to run around in this fenced garden – you can simply relax on the sun loungers while they entertain themselves in the play area. After an afternoon of table tennis and games in the saltwater pool, the refreshing rain shower will prepare you for a lovely evening ahead. Nothing beats barbecue on holiday, especially when you’re using local produce – tuck in around your outdoor dining table, washing it all down with a generous glass of sangria. 

If cooking isn’t on the cards, head to Pollensa and discover its winding cobblestone streets, leading you to small tapas spots. And for a change of scenery, Puerto de Pollensa is a short ten-minute drive away – spend days lounging on the long sandy beach, channelling your inner daredevil with the water sports, and enjoying a lunch of fresh fish with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
