The picturesque pool is the star attraction here – it’s a divine spot for a dip, with shaded sun loungers that are perfect for a post-swim snooze. Inside, there’s a comfortable living area, two well-equipped kitchens for fuss-free self-catering, and six double bedrooms. You probably won’t want to leave your serene surroundings, but when you do venture out, you’ll discover a string of beautiful beaches within a few minutes’ drive.

Ibiza Dreams

All eyes are on the horizon at this stunning coastal villa. From a lounger on the poolside terrace, you can gaze out at the glittering Mediterranean Sea and Ibiza's coastline, from the hilltop of Dalt Vila to the island of Formentera. Cool off in the saltwater pool, or head to the shaded courtyard, where you can unwind surrounded by lavender flowers. Open up the sliding doors to bring those incredible views into the living space, where you'll find cosy lounge areas, including a den with a home cinema, and a gym. Although it's unlikely you'll tire of these views, you might fancy a trip to the sea – in that case, you're just a short drive from Playa de Talamanca.

Coastal View

This villa is what Ibiza is all about – think sweeping sea views, contemporary decor, and all the must-haves to relax in style. Of course, we have to start with the outside space. There's a private pool, a Jacuzzi, and a roof terrace where you can watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Inside, we're big fans of the breezy living space and the fact that cleaning is included (if that's not hassle-free, we don't know what is). Some beds can be converted into singles, so it's perfect for friends, couples, and families alike. As for location, Playa de Talamanca is a fifteen-minute stroll away, while Ibiza Town is less than 2 kilometres by car.

Balearic Elegance

Award-winning architect Jamie Serra uses his love of sailing and swimming to create dream-worthy homes in Ibiza – and this stylish plot in Cap Martinet is no exception. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows flood bedrooms with light, while sliding doors can be pushed all the way back to create an open-sided living room. A bright yellow sofa occupies most of this space – and rather than facing the TV, it looks straight out over the infinity pool. 

The modern kitchen has views of the water too, with glimpses of the glistening sea just visible over the palm trees. Interiors mesh the white Balearic style with influences from India. A painted elephant statue sits next to multi-coloured cloth deck chairs on the outdoor patio, a taxidermy peacock keeps an eye on proceedings in an open double bedroom, and intricate tapestries hang above a white bed. Trust us, this villa is one you'll remember for a lifetime.

Main Sail

With views across the Mediterranean towards the unmistakable silhouette of Ibiza Town and architecture that fuses the natural landscape with sleek modern designs – this home is a dream from start to finish. 

On entry, guests are immediately greeted by the rock feature staircase that follows the cliff face up to generous bedrooms with terrace access. Downstairs, the living space is entirely open plan. Every inch is drenched in sunlight, courtesy of the vast windows. A sleek, contemporary kitchen flows into a casual living space and onto a sweeping terrace. And the vistas speak for themselves – we can’t decide which is more spectacular, the view from the infinity pool or the luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub in the main en-suite. 

When you’re not relaxing on sun loungers or sharing tapas around the alfresco dining table, the golden sands of Talamanca beach are just a short walk away. Afternoons should be spent in the illustrious Ibiza town – you’re only a twelve-minute drive from stylish bars, seafood restaurants and cafes in picture-perfect settings. 

Moon Plain

The first thing you’ll notice about this home is the view. If it’s not the best on Ibiza, we think it must be pretty close. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by the scent of fresh pine, and azure blue views. This monumental villa exceeds expectations from every angle, providing plenty of space and privacy to disconnect as well as overflowing options for entertaining spaces for you as a group. 

Inside, you’ll be treated to a wealth of indulgent furnishings. 24/7 concierge service means a quick lunch turns into an artistic scene at the large Charlotte Perriand dining table, featuring Flos sconce lighting. Italian modernism takes centre stage in the home’s furnishings whilst Balearic minimalist charm radiates the open spaces. Each room has been individually considered so that the blend of natural and design-focused materials make you and your guests feel part of the landscape. 

Start your day off with a few laps in the blue-tiled pool that’s a near match for the cerulean water of Sol d’en Serra beach. Or take in the sea breeze on the beautiful plush terrace, overlooking the rugged, sparkling cove below. If you’re an early riser, head down to the beach for a morning yoga class, courtesy of Amante Beach Club and treat yourself to endless views of the panoramic rockfaces. We understand how every friend has their own holiday routine. Make the most of private balconies in every bedroom, perfect for sipping sundowners as the sun falls beneath the cliffs.

Finish off the evening with modern Mediterranean at Amante’s award-winning, fine dining restaurant. A two-minute walk means you can head home to refresh anytime you’d like. 

All Our Hidden Faces

Known as the billionaire’s playground, Ibiza is a favoured retreat for the wealthy and at this home you’ll undeniably be living your best life. On 25 acres of private grounds, the villa feels as if it’s an island all of its own. The rural location is serene and sun-baked buildings dot the rolling landscape that unfurls before you. You might not feel the need to stray too far from this white-washed palace of a villa (it even has a stone tower) as the numerous terraces and decks are draped with hammocks and furnished with sprawling day beds and sofas big enough for ten. There’s a pool and a tennis court should you fancy something more active. With the option to have full-time staff during your stay and a pre-arrival food and drinks service, you can jump right into living that good Ibizan life at your leisure. Cool tiled floors and fresh colours adorn the inside spaces. The villa may be palatial in size, but there’s a down-to-earth boho feel from the Balinese furnishings, raw wood finishes and stone sinks and showers. The professional kitchen is at the heart of the villa (you can hire a chef), opening up onto the terrace where dinner can be served at the long outdoor table overlooking the hills. Barbecues become so much more than a rustic cook-out with the full outdoor kitchen and bar. Inside, a sunken, circular seating area at the base of the stone tower makes for the perfect cinema room. If you manage to bag the master suite a free-standing tub, luxurious hammam-style shower and huge yoga terrace beyond the glass doors ensure a spa-like escape. 

St Vetiver

Looking for a Balearic home with a view? This contemporary villa overlooking Formentera and the sea wins hands down. Set just a five-minute drive from buzzy Ibiza Town, and within walking distance of Talamanca's beach bars and golden sands, you’re never far from the action. Not that you’d know it, lounging around the blissfully quiet pool framed by lush gardens and swaying hammocks back at home. A great pick for a multi-generational family stay, bedrooms with en-suites are set apart over three levels for a little extra privacy. Although good luck deciding who lucks out on that top-floor bedroom suite with a private terrace and panoramic sea vistas.

Ibiza Sunset

Draped in bright sprays of magenta bougainvillaea with stylish, pared-back interiors, this show-stopping villa wouldn’t look out of place in the pages of a glossy design magazine. This place is ideal for friends or families looking to create wonderful memories.
