Wake up blissfully each morning in one of the charming bedrooms before stepping out onto the Cotto tiles and across to the sun-soaked roof terrace – here, you can enjoy your morning coffee and turn pages of your holiday read as the sun slowly rises. When the rest of your group awakens, enjoy a leisurely breakfast alfresco before spending the rest of the day poolside. Sprawl out on loungers and soak up the Mallorcan mentality, then dive into the pristine pool for a cooling dip. Once you've achieved your golden glow, gather on the patio for a grilled tapas feast – why not grill up some local seafood on the barbecue? We especially love the rooftop lounge – pour yourselves a Palo de Mallorca and chat late into the night. 

When you’re ready to explore, walk into town to visit the Museu de Mallorca- Secció Etnològica before settling into a family-owned restaurant for a spread of local dishes. 

Terracotta Blue

Located close to Pollença’s Old Town, you can revel in the peace of the Spanish countryside here yet still be within easy reach of all the town has to offer. It’s also just a short drive to the beaches of Port de Pollença and Puerto Alcudia. Comfortable for up to eight guests, everyone can enjoy their own space here along with en-suites for every bedroom. Outdoors, the Mediterranean gardens offer a tranquil backdrop while the sun-kissed terraces and private pool provide hours of relaxation. 

Golden Star Ash

Located in the historic inland town of Sa Pobla, this stunning Mallorcan villa offers a private and stylishly curated space to sit back and relax. For the interiors, exposed brick, wood fixtures and tiled floors are expertly blended with contemporary furnishings to create an authentic Spanish feel to the home, without sacrificing modern comfort. We love the pastel hues and pops of colour around the villa, especially in the three bright bedrooms. 

There'll be no trouble filling your days here, as the local area provides a hub of activity right on your doorstep. There's quaint cobbled streets and squares lined with shops, bars, and restaurants, but the town remains broadly untouched by tourism, so you'll experience a real authenticity here. You can also make the short drive to the sandy beaches at Alcudia, for a change of scenery. 

Pocket of Sunshine

Imagine barefoot beach walks, impromptu dips in the sea and lazy afternoons on a lounger and you’ll find yourself here on the bay of Pollensa. And when it comes to location, we’re not sure it gets much better than this home. 

Sitting in a quiet residential neighbourhood with the centre of Alcudia just a ten-minute walk away, there’s everything you could need to experience the rejuvenating spirit of island living. 

Inside, you’ll find a simple space dedicated to bringing comfort and ease to your stay. From the open plan design and calm palette of colours to the air-conditioned rooms, it's the perfect setting to slow down and savour life’s simple pleasures. 

Enjoy quiet mornings watching the waves dance on the shoreline, take a refreshing walk into the centre or make the short drive to Playa de Muro beach. You’ll find Alcudia has a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, as well as a wonderful artisan market – providing the perfect opportunity to connect with local tradition.

Wherever the day takes you, this home welcomes you to enjoy dreamy sunset drinks and barbecue meals that will leave you feeling captivated by the beauty of Mallorca. 

Secret of the Sea 

Welcome to inland Mallorca, the rural heart of the island, where dry stone walls and peaceful villages still prevail. In the sleepy village of Moscari, you may not find a great deal of restaurants, but fifteen minutes by car is the busy little town of Inca – home to shops and eateries – and twenty-five minutes is the picturesque Alcudia coast.

What you will find, however, is this cosy renovated farm with stunning views across rolling countryside. Surrounded by towering trees and drenched in sunlight, you'll have private grounds to explore, with lawns and patios, a dazzling pool and a wildlife garden. We can spend all day out on the terrace, sipping cocktails on the poolside lounge chairs, playing ping-pong under the pergola and dining alfresco as the sun goes down. Inside, it's a mix of rustic chic and sparkling new, with character touches like exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings set alongside a sleek contemporary kitchen that makes cooking up a storm a breeze. All the spaces are filled with light and the bedrooms are super comfortable – we think a family or group of friends would be more than happy to call this place home.

Alesso

Dreaming of a sun-soaked holiday in Mallorca? This contemporary finca is just what you need. You'll likely spend every moment here outdoors with a sprawling garden, swimming pool with a built-in Jacuzzi, and shady terrace ideal for alfresco dining. Meanwhile, the breezy living area has plenty of space for groups to spread out and relax if you need a break from the rays. When you're ready to explore, Muro's traditional town centre is within easy reach. That said, we reckon you'll make a beeline to Playa de Muro's sandy beach – it's just a short drive away.

Casa Alma 

For those in the know, Mallorca is a hiking and biking paradise. So adventurous types are sure to appreciate this apartment's proximity to stunning landscapes and scenic trails surrounding the sleepy pueblo of Campanet. In contrast, those in search of an authentic stay surrounded by the beauty of northern Mallorca will find joy in its slow pace of life as you wander its meandering streets and stock up on essentials at its weekly Tuesday market.

Whatever your preference, early risers will be rewarded with jaw-dropping views over the tree-lined peaks bathed in the golden morning light. Plot your route over coffee on the private balcony before setting off on lung-busting mountain ascents and high-speed downhill freewheeling. Fresh from a morning in the mountains, enjoy feasting on a homemade meal in the shade of the covered dining area before a post-lunch siesta by the shared pool. 

After an action-packed day, we understand if you don't feel like cooking dinner (despite the well-equipped kitchen). Campanet offers an enticing array of eateries within walking distance of the apartment. Meanwhile, good road links mean the coastal resorts of Alcúdia and Pollença are within easy reach. Alternatively, make your way to Búger for traditional Mallorcan tapas in yet more spectacular mountain surroundings.

Yellow Jersey

This home sits in the buzzing inland town of Sa Pobla, where you can experience a slice of real Mallorcan life. You’ve got streets filled with restaurants, bars and cafés galore, plus plenty of shops, but this place hasn’t quite made it on the tourism radar. Perfect for those that like a bit of authenticity.

You could make the short drive to the beach at Alcudia, or just stick around in the courtyard garden by the Jacuzzi. Pot plants provide a bit of greenery and there’s a wooden dining table for alfresco lunches. Inside, we love the original tiled floor of the living room, a nod to the 19th-century architecture that surrounds you. Stone archways and wood beams are in display and a grand old staircase leads up to the bedrooms. A couple of the bedrooms have Juliet balconies looking out over the atmospheric street before you. 

Sunshine On Tile

This beautiful and elegant villa is perched high in the most elevated part of Crestatx, near golf courses and the popular town of Pollensa. Step into the heated waters of the private infinity pool, and relax on the sun loungers and work on getting that beach-ready bronze tan. The roof terrace offers you stunning panoramic views of the Mallorcan countryside and is the perfect spot for watching the sunset or doing some morning yoga. Whip up some paella in the fully-equipped kitchen indoors, or throw some burgers on the barbecue if that's what you're feeling, and dine alfresco by the pool before partaking in a game of table tennis. After supper, gather everyone in the living room for a movie night with the fireplace making it extra cosy.

With mountains, a natural park, beaches, and a whole host of fantastic local restaurants, bars and cafes to enjoy, you'll never run out of things to do during your stay here. Head down to Alcudia old town or the Port of Pollensa and indulge yourself in local life in the weekly markets, or see all the noteworthy sights on a guided tour. Those looking for some excitement can try diving or taking a boat out on the water, or head to one of the nearby golden sandy beaches for a family day out. When you return to your home in the evening, sit out on the glass-fronted balcony off the bedrooms with a glass of wine, and look out over the valley – you'll feel on top of the world.

A Smattering of Sunshine

One glance at the exterior of this rural Mallorcan finca and you'll fall in love with the rustic character. Tan-coloured stone, clay roof, terracotta tiles – it's as traditional as they come. Step inside, however, and you'll find contemporary living spaces and all the mod-cons you'll need. Glossy as a bright red apple, the kitchen is well-stocked for dishing up whatever strikes your fancy. The leather sofa is the perfect spot to kick back after a walk through the countryside, and two comfortable bedrooms promise a restful night's sleep.

But if you're anything like us, you'll want to spend all your time outside enjoying the gorgeous weather. Cool off from the Spanish sun with a swim in the pool, floating the day away underneath the clear blue skies. Later on, sprawl out on the lounge chairs with a cocktail or two, followed by a snooze in the late afternoon rays. When twilight rolls around, gather the whole group around the outdoor dining table and tuck into a barbecued dinner as the stars twinkle above you.

When you're ready for adventure, make the 15km drive to the sandy beaches in Port d'Alcudia. Not only is it a hotspot for sunbathing and swimming in the sea, but you'll find be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants, bars and boutiques.
