Villa Solana

Just a short stroll from the beach, this home is an impressive coastal sanctuary in rural Cala Salada. You’ll have beautiful views, two private swimming pools and an abundance of space to stretch out and savour quality time together. Inside, the rooms are set across three levels and all seven of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms for optimum privacy. Take your pick from multiple spots for sunset drinks or jump in the car and head to San Antonio. You’ll find it’s less than a ten-minute drive to the islands vibrant nightlife.

The flower-filled gardens of this villa are dotted with Mediterranean plants and provide the perfect place to relax. A huge, reclaimed-wood dining table, set among olive trees, is a magical place to dine as the lights overhead sparkle when the sun sets. Or chill out beside the pool with its poolside cabana. Another highlight is the roof terrace with views through the treetops of the Mediterranean Sea. With its whitewashed walls and wooden ceilings, this home has a blend of traditional Ibizan charm and modern luxury. We love that each of the bedrooms has an en-suite too. The location is great as well. You’ll be close to Cala Bassa, and it's just a five-minute drive from the village of San Agustín.

Mediterranean Sea & Palms

Set in palm-filled gardens, the whitewashed buildings of this luxurious villa are grouped around the pool deck. A courtyard shaded by a pine tree creates a perfect oasis and there are two alfresco dining areas – one under a bougainvillaea draped pergola and another under traditional wood rafters. There’s also a lawn and fishpond to entertain the kids, as well as a pétanque court and there’s a gym with yoga mats, weights and a cross trainer. Inside, there’s a living area with a grand piano and we love the main suite with its fireplace and access to a terrace. There’s also an independent guest suite ideal for those wanting privacy. Location-wise, the family favourite, Port d’es Torrent, is within walking distance.

Ibiza Sea Breeze

A ten-minute drive from Sant Antoni de Portmany, this villa offers the best of both worlds. You'll find restaurants, bars, and nightlife aplenty in Sant Antoni, while the rugged coastline of west Ibiza is ideal for beach days. Prefer to take it slow? The garden was built with long, lazy afternoons in mind. A private pool is flanked by sunloungers, and a covered terrace is ideal for alfresco dining. The interiors aren't the most striking, but as Ibiza is known for its all-year sunshine, we bet most of your relaxing will happen outdoors.

A short drive takes you to the vibrant port of Sant Antoni de Portmany, bustling with restaurants and bars. And for beach days, Cala Saladeta and Platja de Sa Galera are just a stone's throw away.

Sunset Wave

Nestled in the hills next to the pretty village of Sant Agustí, this impressive home rises from the hillside to reveal secluded terraces, glamorous balconies and a chic, sun-dappled swimming pool that beckons on summer days. Immaculate both inside and out, you'll be treated to the most amazing views across the olive groves towards the Mediterranean Sea when you stay here. The best spot to take it all in is the alfresco dining area on the upper terrace, the perfect place to nibble on fresh-picked oranges, almonds, citrus fruit and apricots found in the garden's grove. As the sun sets, the pool lights cast a pink glow across the terrace – sundowners are essential as you sit back and watch the sky turn pink, too. 

Modern, sleek interiors have all the contemporary comforts you'll need – there are two main suites with luxe en-suite bathrooms, a high-spec kitchen that's sure to impress any keen chef and a sumptuous sectional sofa that faces the harbour. Blessed in its quiet, hillside location, you'll love the uninterrupted privacy here – but down in Sant Antoni de Portmany, just an eleven-minute drive away, nightlife calls and beachside adventures await. For even more buzz, head to lively Ibiza Town – twenty minutes by car.

Pink and White Skies

Perched on the hills near Sant Josep, this traditional finca is a real head-turner. It holds true to its roots, with rustic stone walls, terracotta roof tiles and exposed beams, but the owners have brought it bang up to date with a sleek kitchen and polished concrete floors. There’s a touch of artistic inspiration here too, with flashes of ikat print, blue-painted wood and quirky sculptures (the centrepiece of the living room is a larger-than-life alabaster face). Lovely as the inside is, you’ll undoubtedly spend most of your time in the garden. With clouds of pink blossom scenting the air, and an impossibly blue sky overhead, it’s easy to feel like you’ve found actual heaven on Earth. There are so many outdoor chill-out areas it’s hard to know where to begin. Start with a sun lounger by the beautifully decked pool, or one of the covered daybeds if you prefer a little shade. Eat lunch at the palm-covered, pool-side dining table, and sundowners surely have to be taken on the superb roof terrace, where the views are to-die-for. The set up couldn’t be more perfect for groups holidaying together. Every room has its own en-suite and there are two separate apartments with their own entrances. When you’re ready to get out and explore (we won’t judge if you don’t), you’re 7km from the nearest beach and just 1km from the traditional Ibizan village of San Augustin.
