Located a three-minute stroll from a secluded beach cove and surrounded by lush pine forests, this villa ticks all the boxes. There are two adjacent houses here, each featuring a living area, kitchen, and a trio of bedrooms. The smaller of the two dates back 800 years, so expect many original features – including a Sabina tree ceiling. But it's the outdoor spaces that really make this place shine. A private pool offers sea views, a panoramic terrace makes a perfect perch for sundowners, and the garden has pomegranate, fig and plum trees that you can pick when in season.

Pomegranates & Palms

Nestled in the wild, untouched beauty of northwest Ibiza, this home promises tranquillity with breathtaking scenery to boot. You'll find it tucked away in the quaint village of Santa Agnès, a fifteen-minute drive from the coast. This peaceful pocket of the island offers a laid-back vibe and authentic charm year-round. Though we recommend visiting in January and February to witness the valley during the almond blossom season.

Built using eco-friendly materials and powered by renewable energy, this home's strong green credentials make it the perfect base for those looking to tread lightly on their travels. It consists of two connected apartments, each with its own personality, so you'll have double the space. Inside, contemporary amenities and stylish decor promise a want-for-nothing stay. We love the open-plan living areas, sleek fully-equipped kitchens and cosy lounge in the second apartment with a wood-burning stove.

But the gorgeous outdoor space steals the show. Here, lush gardens frame the sun-drenched patios and private pool, providing the perfect space to unwind in the splendour of your surroundings. Spend your days relaxing poolside or sprawled in the shade on one of the comfy lounge chairs. On balmy evenings, gather beneath the shaded dining area for a cookout and cocktails at sunset.

Almond Flower

Gather up your crew and run for the hills to this Balearics Finca, tucked away in the hillsides of San Carlos on the eastern coastline and just a short walk from the village.

Meticulously renovated and oozing style, it’s no surprise an interior designer owns this intriguing home. Every nook and cranny is filled with old stone, heirloom-worthy antiques and artisanal art, while en-suite bathrooms and a newly fitted kitchen dial up the modern-day luxury. 

Sleeping twelve across the main house and three separate annexes (each boasting private en-suites and direct access to the gardens), this is the perfect haven for large groups of extended family and friends. And when it’s time to all get-together, spill out onto that oh-so-Ibicenco terrace that’s calling out for morning coffees, sundowners and everything else in between.

Bobbing about your private pool, drinking up the knockout vistas of the tropical gardens and tiered hillsides beyond, you could feel a million miles from anywhere here. But when it’s time to chase the Balearic scene, you’re just a short flip-flop from the characterful village of San Carlos – think pretty tree-lined streets, pavement cafes, tapas bars and boho vibes (this place was once the hippy heart of the island). And when the sea comes calling, the powdery sands of nearby Santa Eulalia are a fine place to start.

The Hippy Trail

This traditional Ibizan finca boasts beautiful gardens and boho-inspired interiors, spread across three separate buildings, including an independent guest house. Your days will probably be spent in the grounds, where children will enjoy playing in the treehouse while you unwind by the pool – or in the barrel sauna. There's a dedicated yoga space and outdoor gym for those who like to stay active on holiday, and groups can easily gather for meals at the large alfresco dining table. Draw straws for the master suite with its stunning private rooftop terrace – the views stretch all the way to the island of Formentera. For beach days, it's just a short drive to the beautiful bay of Cala de Sant Vicent.

Celestial Blue

If watching the sunset from your infinity pool sounds like your idea of heaven, then this may be the place for you. Surrounded by swaying palm trees and delicious fruit trees, the home sits in over nine acres of land, allowing you to relax in complete privacy. Outdoors is set up for every hour of the day, with a sunken stone jacuzzi, three covered terraces decked out with dining tables and huge sofas, and a wet bar with a built-in barbecue. With the option to upgrade to a private chef you don’t even have to lift a finger. Sink back into the plump outdoor sofas on the upper terrace and drink in the sublime views over Santa Eulalia past the billowing curtains. Step inside to find colloquial-style interiors of pretty wooden shutters, white-wash stone archways and statement beamed ceilings. The grand living room has a double-height ceiling with rows and rows of books on the mezzanine level above, as if you're unwinding in a private library. Each bedroom has its own en-suite, allowing guests the space and privacy to get ready before an evening in Ibiza Town, only 15 minutes away. Take the stress out of making plans, and opt for the concierge service to arrange bookings and a range of bespoke events around the island. The daily villa cleaning means you’ll always return home to a tidy space and freshly turned-down beds. Bliss!

Sway Away

This hillside retreat blends modern luxury with Balearic charm. The villa features a mini-spa with sauna and whirlpool Jacuzzi, a self-contained apartment, and plenty of room for families and friends to unwind comfortably. Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly, boasting panoramic views, a large pool, landscaped gardens, and multiple dining and chill-out areas. Equipped with air conditioning, heating, and high-speed WiFi, it’s got all the home comforts you could wish for, while being an idyllic island escape a stone’s throw from the peaceful village of San Carlos.

Hilltop Sanctuary

Surrounded by olive trees and citrus orchards, this villa is a great choice for guests looking for a little bit of everything during their stay. Ibiza Town and beaches, including Cala Xarraca, Cala de Sant Vicent, and Cala Portinatx, are just a short drive away, and nature trails are within walking distance of the home. And, with an outdoor home cinema, yoga hub, gym, pool, and Jacuzzi, your days out exploring are bound to be as varied as your days spent at this impressive property. Comprising a main villa and guest house, there's a good balance of communal living and privacy, too, making it a solid option for groups of friends and families alike.


Almond Orchard

Just 500 meters from the beach, this modern villa is the perfect base for exploring all that Ibiza has to offer. With a private pool and multiple chill-out zones, though, no one would blame you for staying put. Complete with an outdoor barbecue, it’s ideal for families or groups who love to cook and entertain. The lively center of Santa Eulalia del Río is also a ten-minute stroll away if you fancy sampling the local supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. Granted, the neighbouring villas are quite close by, so it’s not completely secluded. But when the setting is this effortlessly stunning, who needs isolation anyway?

Siesta Nights

A world away from the clubs and bars of the White Island, this charming villa is perfect for those looking for more than a little relaxation on their holiday. Hidden away in the rural interior, this 200-year-old finca boasts character and modernity in equal measure – and yes, those are the original juniper wood beams in the living space. There's a distinctly ethnic feel to the furnishings here, with carved elephants and wall hangings blending with high-tech, modern styling and the traditional stone floors and white walls. But we think the best part about this place is the idyllic garden. Take a dip in the pool, sunbathe on the vast lawns, or grab a book and get cosy in the shaded hammock, surrounded by mature palms and cheerful blooms. You could spend all day in this oasis, but for those looking for culture, drive to nearby Santa Gertrudis. This bohemian haven – dubbed 'the Notting Hill of Ibiza' – is full of galleries, restaurants and artisan shops. If the coast is more your thing, it's just a ten-minute drive to Santa Eulalia and the beaches of the south coast. As the sun goes down, gather for an alfresco meal on the terrace, choosing your favourite chill-out playlist on the sound system. 

Julia's Garden

Set in scenic grounds surrounded by lush greenery, this villa is the place to live your best Balearic life. The picturesque pool is the star attraction here – it’s a divine spot for a dip, with shaded sun loungers that are perfect for a post-swim snooze. Inside, there’s a comfortable living area, two well-equipped kitchens for fuss-free self-catering, and six double bedrooms. You probably won’t want to leave your serene surroundings, but when you do venture out, you’ll discover a string of beautiful beaches within a few minutes’ drive.

Ibiza Dreams

Parts of this historic property date back 600 years, making it a truly unique place to base yourself during your island holidays. Situated in the heart of Ibiza, you’ll need a car to reach the beaches, with the nearest one approximately fifteen minutes away. What you’ll get in exchange is peace and tranquillity, as well as proximity to the picturesque town of Santa Gertrudis. The home is set amidst a huge private garden, and you’ll also enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and plenty of spaces for sunbathing and alfresco dining. There are two kitchens here, including one situated semi-outdoors, perfect for family barbecues. We do love this villa’s rustic and vintage feel, but if you’re looking for a sleek, modern design, this may not be the right choice for you. 

The Palm Tree Breeze

Nestled in one of Ibiza's quieter pockets, this whitewashed villa is a masterclass in boho chic. The interiors are a blend of natural textures and muted tones, with raffia light shades, faux fur throws and butterfly stencils adorning the walls. We love that this home feels both stylish and fun – just like Ibiza itself. As the sun goes down, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the island of Formentera and the golf course from one of multiple terraces – or simply lounge by the pool and top up your tan. In the evening, pull up an Eames-style chair in the kitchen while the chef of the group prepares an Ibizan feast. Later, mix some cocktails at the outdoor bar and sit under the stars on the balcony, glass in hand. We really wouldn't blame you for not wanting to leave this slice of paradise. If you do fancy exploring, though, it’s only a quick drive down to the glorious beaches.
