Situated in Mallorca's beautiful Alcúdia – known for it's fine-sand beaches, old town, and picturesque golf courses – this sparkling, sea-facing villa invites you to unwind and explore the resort town in style. Days begin by waking up to glorious sea views from the wonderfully bright and open bedrooms, before cradling your morning coffee on one of your balconies or terraces – you'll find ample outside space at this villa. 

Downstairs, the living space is modern and stylish, with a sleek chef's kitchen and vibrant dining area creating a social sanctuary for your group breakfasts – that's if you're not already out basking in the sunshine, enjoying your fruit and pastries on the poolside deck. 

Of course, summer in Mallorca is best lived outdoors, and this home is made for seamless indoor-outdoor relaxing, with the vast sliding glass doors inviting an abundance of natural light into the lounge and bedrooms, as well as its well-furnished rooftop terrace that simply beckons early-evening sundowners. And if dinner at home is on the cards, fire up the barbecue for a delicious feast at sunset. 

While you could easily spend the entire afternoon soaking up the plush atmosphere of your pad and swimming in the pool, get out and explore Alcúdia from your desirable location. You're a short walk from Alcanada's beach, tavernas and bars, with the award-winning Alcanada Golf Course easily reachable on foot. 

Rays of the Sun

This traditional villa sits on the edge of sleepy S’Horta where it provides a great location for a family getaway. From here, you can walk to the nearby supermarket and restaurants, plus it’s just a five-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Cala D’Or. Your host can organise a range of extras for little ones and while the rooms are basic, we think you’ll be spending most of your time in the swimming pool or lounging on the terrace. 


Simple Peace

Sitting up in an elevated spot and providing direct access to the breathtaking beach of Cala Mondragó, this home makes a happy little haven for holidays spent soaking up the Spanish sunshine. You can gaze out at the vibrant turquoise ocean from many spots on the sun terrace, with loungers and deck chairs for you to relax in, all surrounded by leafy trees and swaying palms that make it feel secluded. Inside, the home is modern and trendy, with Scandi-style furniture that gives it a calming feel. The home has some great spaces for socialising, with lots of room for each guest to stretch out and enjoy.


Carisa

Outdoor living is easy at this family villa, set in quiet countryside on the outskirts of the popular Cala d’Or resort. With a private pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, dining table and plenty of seating options, most alfresco options are covered. The four ensuite bedroom all have countryside views and the master suite boasts panoramic sea views from its private terrace. The villa is set back from the road so while you’ll have easy access for exploring the island by car, you’ll still enjoy a feeling of seclusion in the lawned garden. 

Villa S'Horta

With a plethora of beaches, hiking trails, watersports and golf on offer nearby, you’ll never be short of things to do here – that’s if you can tear yourself away from the villa, which to be honest, we think could be tricky. With sparkling sea views, sun-drenched terraces and not one, but two pools (indoors and outdoors), this beautiful villa is more than enough to keep you entertained. For those fitness enthusiasts, there’s even an on-site gym – and for those who prefer a slower pace of life, the hot tub, gazing out at the vistas, will be right up your street. 

The Crystal View

This exquisite 17th-century castle has been restored to its former glory. It’s a stunning holiday home with every amenity you could wish for – including space to land a helicopter. There’s a small chapel and a large function room where you can host private parties, and a swimming pool in the 150-acre manicured grounds. Cook in the outdoor kitchen after strolling through the orchards and olive groves, or soak up the sun on one of the terraces. The villa is beautifully put together, with elegant en-suite bedrooms and two kitchens. 

Antique Glory

Surrounded by Spanish countryside just outside the quaint village of Cas Concos, this charming villa offers the best of both worlds – a slower pace of life and the tranquillity of its rural location, yet within easy reach of nearby towns and some of the most beautiful beaches in the south of Mallorca. 

High-beamed ceilings, warm wood and antiques bring a touch of class to the interiors. Waking in the four-poster bed in the mornings, throw open the French doors to enjoy the countryside views and fresh air from your own private sanctuary. Without a care in the world, stroll out to the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee as the breeze rustles through the palm trees around you – it’ll be the most perfect start to your day.

As your family wakes and the villa bursts into life around you, pad down to the private pool to enjoy a morning swim. The cool waters will be a welcome relief as the heat begins to build for the day. If you’re not planning a lazy day at home, pack your bag and jump into the car – it’s only a twenty-minute drive to the beach, where you can feel the golden sand cushioned beneath your feet. From country to coast, this home sows all the right seeds for a memorable stay with loved ones. 

The Pace of Nature

With some homes it's hard to know where to start, but with this place in Cala d'Or there's a very obvious beginning point. The beach. Set so close to the gorgeous Cala Petita that all you have to do is stroll down the garden path and step out of the gate to feel the warm sand between toes, it overlooks this pretty little inlet – the crystal-clear water constantly tempting you from below. With one of the best beach views we've seen, this beautiful spot is one of our favourites. 

Screened from its neighbours by lush hedges and fragrant pine trees, you'll feel tucked away here, with a fabulous view from the private terrace. The home itself is as pretty as a picture, with green shutters and a traditional covered porch. Inside, high ceilings, all-white walls and plenty of curves and arches provide the backdrop, while comfy, stylish furnishings and nautical artwork make for a homey feel. The living room is dominated by a gorgeous fireplace and there's a covered dining space with huge doors opening to the sunny terrace. Cooking at home will be a pleasure in the well kitted-out kitchen, but it's just a few minutes' walk to the nearby shops and restaurants.

Perfect for a family or a great choice for a multigenerational stay, two rooms are well suited to children, with enough bathrooms to prevent any queues for the shower. And if you're the kind of person who likes to begin the day with a swim, nothing could be more invigorating than a sea dip before breakfast.


Touch the Sand

With an astonishing view over the Serra de Tramuntana, this charming finca sits midway between Pollença town and the Port de Pollença – only a five-minute drive from the sandy shoreline. Blessed with beautiful surroundings, avid golfers will be glad to discover that the Pollença Golf Club sits nearby, ideal for sunny mornings spent strolling along the greens. Alternatively, you'll have easy access to scenic hiking routes in every direction of your doorstep.

More than three hundred years old, this historic home comes complete with characterful original features, including stone walls and original wood beams. Simply light the log burner to create a cosy atmosphere in your bright living room, and whip up a Balearic breakfast in this elegant kitchen. Set against the dramatic hillside, you'll want to dip your toes in this infinity pool before enjoying casual picnics on the lawn. Out by the old olive tree, perhaps you'll find that your patio is the perfect place for making plans with your family over a cocktail or two. 

 Three Hundred Years Hence

Nestled on the outskirts of Portocolom, this apartment is 500 metres from Arenal dets Ases beach. Restaurants, shops, and bars are a bit further – you'll need to hop in the car, but they're just a short drive away. Alongside the communal pool, the private garden and balcony are ideal for chilling out, Spanish style. It's on the first floor, so prepare to climb some stairs, and since it's part of an apartment complex, you're likely to hear and see your neighbours. For a family getaway in Mallorca, it's a good choice.

Mosaic & Moss

The seaside town of Sa Ràpita is one of Mallorca’s gems. The pace is slightly slower than in nearby Palma – only forty minutes down the road – but there’s still plenty to keep you entertained. 

This charming holiday home has everything you need to make the most of your holiday. The interiors are stylish and spacious, with two double bedrooms and a sweet third room ideal for little ones – they’ll love the bunk bed. The master suite has its own private lounge and balcony, making it a bit of a haven for those travelling with children. After the kids have gone to bed, relax with a beer on the balcony and count the stars – it’s your holiday too, after all. 

Stone accent walls tie the interior decor to the outside space, which boasts an inviting swimming pool, lush lawn and a shaded terrace perfect for a sunset cocktail hour. 

You might take a day trip to explore Palma. A visit to the magnificent cathedral is well worth the journey alone, and it’s a gorgeous city to stroll around with an ice cream. Closer to home, Sa Ràpita’s beach is right on your doorstep, so you can build sandcastles and bob around in the sea. The beautiful marina is less than a ten-minute walk from the villa, and the sailing club has a bar with stunning views – it’s a lovely way to round off a day in the sun.
