This three-bedroom apartment in Seville is flooded with light. Floor-to-ceiling windows give this beautifully decorated apartment an airy, open feel, while the stylish decor ensures it feels elegant and comfortable at once. 

The apartment has everything you need for your visit to Seville and is wonderfully situated in a central location. A metro station is nearby, but we found it easy enough to explore the city on foot – that way you don’t miss out on the architecture. 

We enjoyed starting our day on the balcony with a coffee, planning what we’d do with our time. The views from Setas de la Seville are a twenty-five-minute stroll from the apartment, while Torre del Oro is just seven minutes away. Both offer views and a taste of the fascinating history of the city. For shopping, head to Calle Sierpes. This chic street is twenty-one minutes away on foot. 

After freshening up back at the apartment, indulge in a cocktail on the balcony before heading out for the evening. Strolling along the pretty streets, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to wine bars and tempting tapas restaurants. 


Leather & Light

This modern apartment piqued our interest with its stylish interiors, ample-sized living spaces and excellent location. We think it's a fantastic place to come home to after an afternoon exploring Seville. Kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable on the cushy sofas (a glass of Cava, optional), then when you're feeling peckish, rustle up tapas and other delicious dishes in the jade green kitchen. All the creature comforts are accounted for – Nespresso machine, rainfall shower, smart TV – but our favourite part is the window overlooking La Giralda bell tower. With views like that, you can't help but love this cosy hideaway.

Best of all, you'll find this flat in the historic city centre, next to the Cathedral of Seville. From this spot, sightseeing is easy – the Royal Alcázar is right down the street, Maestranza bullring is walkable in five minutes and Plaza de España is just fifteen minutes on foot. A countless array of bars, independent shops and mouth-watering restaurants are all nearby – as far as locales go, you couldn't ask for better.

Gilded Jade

Seville's beautiful cathedral stands proud in the striking skyline, and you have the best view from the privacy of your own rooftop terrace. Whether you're lounging on the comfy cushions or sharing tapas on the dining table, the terrace is an idyllic spot throughout the day. 

We particularly loved spending sunset there, watching the dreamy tones turn the sky into a dusty red. If you wanted to invite guests over for drinks and dinner, it's the perfect space.

Inside from the terrace, you'll find an open-plan living space that's tailor-made for couples or small families. Two chairs are tucked under the tv and a deluxe sofa faces the floor-to-ceiling terrace doors. Cute and cosy, it's a snug spot to relax in the evenings with a book and a hot drink. 

As much as we think you'll love the intimate vibe of the apartment, you didn't come to Seville to stay inside. Luckily, you're expertly placed to explore the city. The cathedral and the Giralda are just a minute away by foot, giving you instant access to the jewels of the city. 

The Sky Jewels

Deep olive green accents and cosy Scandi-style designs create an aesthetically appealing space to hang out in between exploring the sights of Seville. 

With ample space for a small family or group of friends, the open-plan kitchen and living area present a social space to come together as a group in the mornings over a coffee or during the evening with a glass of sangria in hand. The little balcony area also allows you to start your days with breakfast in the sunshine, as there is space to sit and relax while looking down at the street below. 

Positioned just a few meters away from the City Hall of Seville and the emblematic Tetuan Street, you'll be within easy walking distance of all of the incredible sights that Seville has to offer. Not to mention the abundance of shops, restaurants and bars that await quite literally just a stone's throw away. 


Unchained Melody Moment

With its privileged position overlooking the majestic gardens of the Royal Alcázar, this home is steeped in the enchanting beauty of Seville. And with such a regal neighbour (one of the bedrooms even shares a wall with the UNESCO World Heritage site), you’ll find yourself transported to the beating heart of Andalucía.

Stepping inside, the ground-floor bedrooms are styled with crisp white linens and set the tone for a truly relaxing stay, while the first-floor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to settle in and feel at home. Follow the light upstairs and you’ll find the living room has been thoughtfully designed to fill your stay with luxurious comfort. From the cosy furnishings to the art and books, this is the perfect spot to relax and share quality time together. From here, the space opens up onto two terraces where you can enjoy gilded afternoons on a lounger and dusky-pink sunset drinks – all the while being serenaded by the abundant beauty of the Alcázar gardens. 

Outside, wander along the maze of narrow streets and alleys of Santa Cruz towards the city’s cultural highlights. Admire the spectacular Moorish architecture whilst pausing for traditional tapas in a tiny taberna or fancy cocktails in a cutting-edge bar. Wherever the day takes you, this home makes it easy to enjoy the artistic depth and splendour of Seville. 

The Walls of Alcázar

A penthouse apartment in the heart of Seville with a private sunny terrace to boot? Yes, please. Make yourself comfortable on the shaded outdoor sofas as the sun gleams off the cathedral’s dome or catch some rays from the loungers as you indulge in your holiday read. There’s even an outdoor shower to cool you down from all that relaxation. While the home’s interiors are more practical than stylish, it faces an inner courtyard giving you a bit more peace and quiet. And the additional covered balcony offers a nice alternative if the main terrace gets too hot. You’re also within easy walking distance of all the city’s main sights, making this central pad an ideal base for culture seekers and first-time visitors. 


Sol for the Soul

You'll love the jolly pops of colour in this fresh, uplifting apartment, but you'll rave about its location even more. Perched in Seville's historic centre along a charming cobbled street that's quietly removed from the bustle of downtown, you couldn't dream up a better setting if you tried.

Get off to a flying start at Alameda de Hercules square and then the mighty Basilica of Jesus del Gran Poder – both just a stroll away. Then follow the atmospheric alleyways down to the river – with obligatory pitstops for cold beer, churros, or tapas bites along the way.

Back at home, the historical apartment building's entrance first caught our eye – its grand stairway makes quite the first impression. Inside, the character keeps flowing with original lofty windows and high ceilings flooding the space with natural light. 

Set out over two floors, the open-plan, high-style living space is a joy to return to after hectic days in the city – as are those airy and surprisingly quiet bedrooms when it's time to bank some beauty sleep. Just don't sleep in too long – Seville is waiting.

Flamenco Jam

A dazzling one-bedroom apartment located on the edge of the historic old town, and just a couple of hundred metres from the imposing Las Setas de Sevilla, you'd struggle to find a better place to be based for your time in this stunning city.

Situated on the top floor of a beautiful building along a narrow cobblestone street, this home has bags of charm. Everything has been carefully considered, from its vaulted timber ceilings to its arched shuttered doors and stylish contemporary decor, to create a hidden gem in the 'Pearl of Andalucia'.

The shared pool is a must-have feature if you plan to visit from June-September when daytime temperatures regularly top 32°C. At cooler times of the year, outdoor seating makes the rooftop a spectacular spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

Stride out onto the pedestrianised street and explore the city on foot. Seville's magnificent gothic cathedral is ten minutes away, while the iconic fourteenth-century Moorish-Christian Alcazar Palace is just a little further. Once you've had your fill of culture for the day, the pedestrianised stretch of Calle Sierpes (500m away) has been the city's commercial heart since the fifteenth century.

From Here to Salvador

This grand and ornate apartment on Seville’s golden mile, Calle Sierpes, is a rare and hidden gem. Housed in a 19th-century building and with classic artworks, baroque antiques and renaissance paintings, this home feels elegantly historied, while its modern renovation brings the space right into the 21st-century.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted with glass walls, bold colours and dazzling chandeliers. There are two living spaces for you enjoy and choose from – spend quiet moments with your new book in front of the fire (though we expect the Andalusian sun will be here during your stay), and social moments on the blue velour sofas with a glass of sangria. While the reverence for the past is ambient here, you'll also enjoy the modern touches – we particularly love the sleek kitchen and glass-framed feature that opens out to a luscious terrace surrounded by greenery – where better to share some olives and tapas bites?

When you’re ready to explore, the city’s cultural and culinary highlights are all within walking distance. From strolling around Parque de María Luisa to admiring The Plaza de España, perusing the boutiques and sipping cocktails in Calle Sierpes – this is an unforgettable setting to experience Seville.

The Grand Seville

This is one of those homes that surprises you as you wander through each room. The walls are decorated in neutral tones, yet it's the subtle touches of character and colour that catch the eye. 

Find striking works of art hanging off the walls, vivid lampshades brightening the living room and unique ornaments scattered around. Adding to the bold originality, the blue tiles in the bathroom and the marble countertop showcase the distinctive style. 

You'll fall in love with every room and every detail, from the small cactuses to the exposed wooden beams. You'll probably spend most of your time in the living room – a radiant space flooded with natural light and plenty of space.

Rustle up some tapas to enjoy at the circular dining table, or snuggle up on the sofas with a glass of sangria. On the warm days – which is pretty much every day in Seville – open the balcony doors and feel the energy of the city.

Of course, that energy is better felt on the streets themselves. Wander out of the apartment and onto the assembly of cool bars, cute cafes and authentic restaurants – all intertwining with the beautiful architect synonymous with Seville.

Colour Surprise

Situated in a historic building with heaps of original charm, this central apartment is located on Calle Santa Patrona, just a few meters from Seville Cathedral, the Giralda and the Torre del Oro. With a prime location for exploring the city, it serves as a convenient base for a small family or group of friends. Although there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area, the home's open-plan kitchen and living area provides a sociable setting for hosting your own dinner soirées too. It's worth noting, however, that while the balcony opens the space out to ambient views of the city, there isn't enough space to sit outside. 
 


Latin Lullaby

Although this apartment sits in the middle of Seville, you can immediately dismiss any preconceptions of cramped accommodation that is all too often found in city centres – this home is generous with space, both inside and out.

There's an elegant feel to the open-concept living-dining area, with stark white walls adorned with large pieces of vibrant artwork and shiny tiling underfoot reflecting the natural light that streams in through the French doors. Throughout the rest of the home, there's a minimalist approach to decoration, especially in the smart kitchen and bright bedrooms.

One asset that's sure to win you over is the terrace complete with an alfresco dining table and a separate lounge area that sits underneath a thatched roof. It's a perfectly peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle of Seville's streets, which lie just outside the front door. The huge collection of artefacts in the Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Santa Isabel de Hungría gallery sits just across the street, while the gothic cathedral is only three minutes' walk away.
