This is a modern, cosy 4-room property located in the residential district of Bretteville sur Ay, just 150m away from the beach. The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and features modern furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and has direct access to the terrace. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with a small dining table that leads out to the garden. The upper floor has two bedrooms with sloping ceilings and rooflight, one with a French bed (160 cm) and another with two beds. There is also an open gallery on this floor. The house comes with a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair and baby cot. Guests can enjoy the outdoor space on the terrace which comes equipped with terrace furniture, portable barbecue and deck chairs. One pet/dog is allowed per stay.

As you travel, you might notice a rather large pool (all yours) where you can practise your backstroke, work on your tan, or walk right past it on your morning stroll across the estate. Depending on how you feel, you can take your meals in the regal dining room, which will involve dressing up appropriately, or you can go the informal route, dining alfresco in the gardens. There are simply so many things to do in this home, from admiring the antiques, playing tennis in the courts, watching period dramas in the appropriate setting, or even going down to the nearby sandy beach. For day trips, we recommend that you head off to see Mont St Michel, which is easily accessible via the motorway, as is the Bayeux Tapestry.

This coastal home is located in a rural spot, whilst also offering a ton of activities for the family. Whether you choose to gather for a meal at the sunlit dining table indoors or tuck into an alfresco dish on the patio, there's plenty of room to spend some quality time with your loved ones. The beach is only a short walk away from the property, as the coastline stretches far past home – the perfect backdrop for an energising run or power walk. Within fifteen–minutes you'll come across some delicious eateries, as well as a nearby bakery and even a cafe to sip on some freshly brewed coffee with a sweet slice of cake. This destination is a pleasant change from the usual hustle and bustle of Paris, giving you the chance to see the more rural side of France.

With the grassy beaches of the English Channel less than five minutes away, hold onto your hats when breathing in the fresh sea air.
