The whole place has been renovated recently making it feel fresh and new. We love the parquet flooring throughout and the floor to ceiling windows in the living room that keep the space light. The kitchen is very well-equipped too with everything you'd need to cook up a feast. This is a spacious and comfortable home for a couple. 


The Picadilly

This ground floor apartment with a real groovy aesthetic – particularly in the bedroom – won us over with its unique style and characterful finishes. Exposed brick walls and stone structures provide contrast against the palette of funky tones. Located in quieter Batignolles, it benefits from being within walking distance from the restaurants and cafes around Place de Clichy, and it's also well-connected to the centre, with a few nearby metro stations. It would suit a couple with a taste for colour and retro design.

A charming space away from the hustle and bustle of central parts, this home would suit a couple or solo traveller looking for a characterful and stylish stay with plenty of entertainment options. Although small, the well-equipped kitchen is ideal for an aspiring chef, while the projector is perfect for an evening of films and popcorn curled up on the comfy sofa. While the neighbourhood of Batignolles may not suit those after a centre-of-the-action location, it boasts a few lovely green spaces that reflect the romantic nature of Paris.

There are plenty of books in this two-storey apartment’s library area to keep you entertained, too. The kitchen, we’d say, is quite compact, but it has everything you need and there’s a variety of eateries in the vicinity. If you’re looking for some green space, then you’re in luck – there are several parks nearby, including Parc Monceau and Square des Batignolles. One of the city’s most iconic landmarks, the Arc de Triomphe, is also within walking distance or a short ride away.

Brimming with bistros, bars and breath-taking architecture, there’s a certain off-beat, eclectic vibe to the area, which is perfectly captured in this bohemian, yet elegant apartment. With parquet flooring, kilim rugs, original artworks and a delightful mix of antique and contemporary furniture, it’s Parisian style at its best. We love the French windows that open onto wrought-iron Juliet balconies in the lounge, and the stylish ochre dining room. Spend your days wandering the leafy streets of the 17ème, browsing artisanal cheese shops, sipping café-au-lait while people-watching, and strolling through romantic gardens that look like a real-life impressionist painting. If you’re in the mood for Paris’s more iconic monuments, Brochant metro is a mere 2-minute walk away for access to the centre.

The living area is warm and inviting, with several traditional features. Two bedrooms are perfect for little ones, making this a great fit for families. Location-wise, the 17th arrondissement is ideal for those wanting the perks of a central stay in a slightly quieter area. Montmartre, the Arc de Triomphe, and Parc Monceau are all within easy reach.

Back at this apartment, we love the stained glass bay window, flooding the space with natural light. The kitchen is quite compact, but it has most things you need if you prefer to cook at home. This place will appeal to those seeking a unique and artistic home.

This luxurious home puts you in the heart of Paris. It’s on a tree-lined street just a short stroll from the Moulin Rouge and within easy reach of the Champs-Élysées and Sacre Coeur. When you want to explore further afield, just hop on the metro at Rome. The apartment is elegant, with huge windows, a chandelier, and a formal desk for those working during their stay.
