Its striking wall art, such as the dazzling blue feathers, add an exotic flavour to the living space. Shoot some pool here, relax with a glass of fizz, get some fresh air in the courtyard garden or gather in the smart dining space for a special meal. There's plenty of space for a larger group to stretch out and not feel cramped. This place is perfect for entertaining family and friends in style.

Shops, restaurants, and, of course, landmarks are all a stone's throw away – if that's not central, we don't know what is. Back home, you'll have a private terrace to enjoy, which is perfect for sundowners. The design inside is contemporary, practical, and comfortable. Two guests will sleep on a sofa bed – with it in use, space may be a little snug, but we'll forgive that for its excellent location.

Guests three and four will sleep on a sofa bed, but all in all, it's a fabulous base in the heart of the city.

What a great address this apartment has – it’s a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and all the boutiques and fine-dining restaurants of the Champs-Élysées. Housed in a classically Parisian building, this apartment has a wonderful living room – perfect for entertaining. The kitchen, in contrast, is a little more compact, but it has everything you need or bypass the cooking entirely and let your host arrange a private chef.

Only a ten-minute stroll from the Arc de Triomphe and boutique-flanked Champs-Elysées, this studio apartment is certainly central. From shops and eateries to bars and metro stations, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips here. For a studio, we think it's pretty roomy. The kitchen is compact but has all the essentials to whip up easy meals. There isn't a sofa, though you'll find a couple of armchairs and a sumptuous bed when you’re in the mood to relax. Just note that the lift only reaches the fifth floor – we don’t think it’s a deal-breaker in this chic and well-connected location.

Neighbouring Jardins du Trocadéro, this home is close to many of the main attractions – Eiffel Tower and Palais de Tokyo to point the most obvious – making it an ideal pied-à-terre for a couple looking to visit the sights. Its overall modernist looks translate to a sleek high-tech kitchen and comfy corner sofa of brutalist lines. Although the bedroom is probably the least impressive room due its compact size and lack of light, it provides a quiet and dark environment that promotes an energising sleep – well needed after a busy day exploring.

Il Gallo

Find comfort and serenity with a stay in this Trocadéro home. Outside, it’s a short stroll through the neighbourhood towards the Eiffel Tower, and you’ll find galleries, museums and restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s worth noting this apartment is located on the second floor with no lift access, but once inside you’ll find thoughtfully designed rooms and plenty of space to switch off. There is a sofa bed in the living room for two guests, and the third bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and a hammam – providing the perfect spot to end the day. 


A New Beginning

If you love to shop, then this apartment, just a short stroll from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, is ideal. Or, for some culture, there are a variety of museums within walking distance, including the Palais de Tokyo, Musée Yves Saint Laurent and La Galerie Dior. We adore this home's location – it's just a five-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the impressive Champs de Mars. Art lovers will enjoy it here too, as it's a ten-minute stroll across the River Seine to the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris. Notre-Dame Cathedral is twenty minutes on foot, or go for a romantic saunter along the river bank – it is the City of Love, after all. The apartment faces onto a beautiful green courtyard and is spacious and light, with high ceilings and contemporary decor. There's an industrial-chic kitchen, an ode to Eames at the dining table, bold modern artwork throughout and a great sound system, so you can sit back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
