On entering this accessible, ground-floor apartment, you'll be met by a calming palette of deep green, olive and coral in the open-plan kitchen diner. However, the traditional decor is interspersed with some unusual artwork. For example, there's a portrait of a rabbit dressed to the nines and a large-scale picture of a gentleman who looks ready to attend the court of King Louis XIV overlooking the bed. Elsewhere, the communal areas are to die for, with lavish leather seats, an elegant gas fire and a pocketless billiards table. Step out of the apartment, and you're minutes from some of Paris' most exclusive boutiques and finest haute cuisine. After indulging in some retail therapy, end your day at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Étoile, or Fouquet's, which cater to the city's most refined palates.

Three minutes around the corner from this designer shopping hub, this flat is as beautiful as its surrounding area. First off, the communal area of the building is the epitome of luxury and style. Enjoy the company of other residents alongside a full-size pool table, plush lounge, fire pit, and library, all lit by a huge skylight. And up in your own living space, there’s a modern Scandi vibe with a luxury edge. We love the subtle way that natural elements seep into the home too. Views from the wrought-iron balconies look down to a serene, green courtyard. Your bedroom is a fabulous homage to birds and ornithology – owls and pheasants watch over you from a colourful mural above the bed. With all of these features, it’s easy to forget that you’re right in the heart of a bustling metropolis. If you do need a reminder, stroll to the Arc de Triomphe with ease just six minutes away. And if you want to delve deeper into the city, Georges V metro station is only four minutes from home.

Just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, this apartment puts one of Paris' most famous landmarks at your fingertips. Shops, cafes, and chic eateries are also nearby, as is the metro for adventures further afield. Though this apartment is on the fourth floor and lacks a lift, we think you'll like the space on offer. The living area is filled with light, the sleek kitchen has everything you need to rustle up dinner, and the bedroom is a cosy retreat for two. Guests three and four will sleep on a sofa bed, but all in all, it's a fabulous base in the heart of the city.

The stunning views of the Eiffel Tower from this apartment’s terrace will make your stay unforgettable. There are more vistas to enjoy from the light-filled sunroom – the perfect spot for dining. There’s a spacious living room and kitchen for entertaining too. The location is excellent, as you’d expect. This home is surrounded by an array of museums including the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris, Guimet Museum and the Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine. If shopping is more your bag, the Champs-Elysées is also within walking distance. The only worry with booking this apartment is you may not want to leave.

When you’re ready to explore, the Arc de Triomphe is a five-minute walk away, while the Eiffel Tower is reachable in thirty minutes on foot. While the interiors are sleek refined, the place feels warm and inviting thanks to earthy tones and plush furniture. You have everything you need for a fleeting visit or longer stay – from superfast Wi-Fi for remote working to the two shower rooms, and comfy king size bed. 

Relax in the communal lounge with a game of pool and keep toasty by the trendy hanging fireplace on cooler evenings. Neighbouring Jardins du Trocadéro, this home is close to many of the main attractions – Eiffel Tower and Palais de Tokyo to point the most obvious – making it an ideal pied-à-terre for a couple looking to visit the sights. Its overall modernist looks translate to a sleek high-tech kitchen and comfy corner sofa of brutalist lines. Although the bedroom is probably the least impressive room due its compact size and lack of light, it provides a quiet and dark environment that promotes an energising sleep – well needed after a busy day exploring.

We love how this apartment seamlessly blends old-world charm with modern sophistication. Step inside and be captivated by the intricate cornices, vintage mirrors, and parquet flooring that exude elegance. And sure, as a party of five, one person will sleep on the sofa bed in the second living room, but it’s a small price to pay for the location. Outside, the city's best awaits, with the Seine and the Arc de Triomphe just a short stroll away.

This modern family home is located in one of the most sought after areas of Paris. It's a five-minute stroll to the Champs-Elysées with its luxury boutiques, while several Michelin-starred restaurants are within a ten-minute walk. If you want to take some shots of one of the city's most famous monuments, then the Arc de Triomphe is a four-minute saunter. Or if you're seeking some tranquillity, Bois de Boulogne is around a twenty-five minute wander. Back at this home – we were surprised how quiet it is, given its location. Its striking wall art, such as the dazzling blue feathers, add an exotic flavour to the living space. Shoot some pool here, relax with a glass of fizz, get some fresh air in the courtyard garden or gather in the smart dining space for a special meal. There's plenty of space for a larger group to stretch out and not feel cramped. This place is perfect for entertaining family and friends in style.

We adore this home's location – it's just a five-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the impressive Champs de Mars. Art lovers will enjoy it here too, as it's a ten-minute stroll across the River Seine to the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris. Notre-Dame Cathedral is twenty minutes on foot, or go for a romantic saunter along the river bank – it is the City of Love, after all. The apartment faces onto a beautiful green courtyard and is spacious and light, with high ceilings and contemporary decor. There's an industrial-chic kitchen, an ode to Eames at the dining table, bold modern artwork throughout and a great sound system, so you can sit back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Stroll five minutes to the Arc de Triomphe and climb to the top for some of the best views in Paris or get your culture game on with an exhibition at Palais de Tokyo, seventeen minutes away on foot (even less by metro). The home itself has more character than your average city pad and boasts period features, a comfortable living area, and a separate kitchen – ideal for rustling up a meal with ingredients bought from the gourmet food shops in nearby Gros Caillou.
