The apartment is chic and attractive, with two en-suite bedrooms to ensure you have all the space and privacy you might need. The open-plan living and dining space is elegant and serene, the perfect place to unwind in between busy sightseeing sessions.

Paris has no shortage of iconic locations but perhaps none can compare with the glamour of the Champs Elysées. You’ll be able to experience the magic for yourself with a stay at this chic and modern apartment, situated right on the corner of the fabled street – to imagine just how exclusive the neighbourhood is, consider that screen legend Marlene Dietrich lived around the corner for many years. 

This place emanates Parisian elegance – the living room is tastefully decorated and features a comfy sofa, sleek wooden floors and stylish light fixtures. Lounge about and enjoy family times and movie evenings here – you can also share delicious meals at the dining table, a perfect spot to start a new day with some mouth-watering pastries and freshly-brewed coffee.

Stylish and comfortable, this barge provides an unusual solution to finding a charming base in Paris. It’s located right on the Seine, close to Place de la Concorde and Assemblée Nationale. From its position on the water, you’ll be able to admire views of the Eiffel Tower, which can be enjoyed inside as well as out on the two terraces. We love how much glass there is – this is a bright, welcoming home. It’s also equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay – we’re ready to pack our bags. 

The French Twist

Just a short stroll from the Champs-Élysées, this home’s location is fantastic. Other attractions within walking distance include the Grand Palais and the Place de la Concorde. This stunning apartment is perfect for families or friends. Take in the views over this typically Parisian street from the small balcony or relax in the elegant living space. The living room also sleeps two guests on a comfy sofa bed at full occupancy. Or you can request two extra single beds, so the accommodation is really flexible here. And if you want to keep up your fitness regime while away, there’s a communal gym. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in the City of Light, we'd recommend considering this luxury apartment.

Champs-Élysées Luxury

This Parisian home caught our eye for its sought-after location in the heart of the Golden Triangle. Located on the seventh floor (don’t worry, there’s a lift), you’ll be able to watch the world go by on the streets below. The home centres around the living area, which is nice and bright thanks to its large windows. Here you can enjoy a sociable meal around the dining table or relax on the sofas while you plan your sightseeing itinerary. When it’s time to explore, you’ll find shops and restaurants on the doorstep, and the famous Champs-Élysées is just a nine-minute stroll away.

Fine Avenue

Set within a grand building just a five-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, this chic apartment feels wonderfully Parisian. With its beamed vaulted ceiling, stylish furnishings and sleek appliances, it's the epitome of old-world meets new. Take in views of your elegant neighbourhood from the living room’s large windows and relax on the pair of armchairs while listening to some chansons on the sound system. We love the pared-back elegance of the bedroom with its satin sheets and sweet corner chair, while the bathroom’s green and gold-flecked marble shower looks like it belongs in the pages of a design magazine. When you’re not relaxing in your sophisticated apartment, head downstairs to the shared lounge where a pool table provides competitive fun and the indoor fire-pit invites cosy sociable evenings over drinks. 


L'Envie

This studio apartment is an ideal base for two in Paris. It’s in a boutique hotel in the 8th arrondissement, a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. You’ll have luxury boutiques and chic restaurants practically on your doorstep, as well as Metro stations for travelling around the rest of Paris. The studio is rather snug but peaceful, with a serene, neutral colour scheme and an integrated kitchenette. Sink into the king-size bed after busy days of sightseeing. 

Fleur de Paris

Between the 8th and 15th arrondissements, the Arc de Triomphe acts as a gateway to some of Paris’ most exclusive, luxury areas. Just a six-minute walk from this ornate arch, this apartment is every bit as elegant as you'd expect. Step into a bright living space lit by a delicate Tiffany lampshade, and French windows framed by classic wrought ironwork. Then, for a bit of escapism from these quintessentially Parisian features, slide into the satin bed linen of your tropical bedroom. And on the rare occasion that you'd need to leave this opulent area, George V, your nearest metro station, is a four-minute walk.

La Jungle Parisienne

If it's location you're looking for, this apartment is set right on Faubourg Saint-Honoré – one of Paris’s most famous streets for fashion, art, and luxury hotels. It’s available on a mobility lease only, so it's ideal if you’re studying or travelling for work. The home is on the fourth floor with a lift, with an open-plan living and dining area that looks directly onto Le Bristol Paris. It's well worth visiting this icon of French elegance for its Michelin-starred dining. Plus, the Champs-Élysées is just a short walk away, putting even more of the city’s landmarks within easy reach.

As minimal as it gets, this four bedroom home in Paris' exclusive 8th arrondissement is a peaceful and calm family haven. It's hard to believe but you're also only a short walk away from the Champs Elysées and its glamorous attractions. The perfect compromise between a functional space and a desirable location.

Each of the two bedrooms has its own sleek marble en-suite, while at full capacity two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space. This home is the perfect place to stay for an unforgettable Parisian experience.

With the Champs-Élysées under a five-minute stroll away, this apartment is perfect for guests who love to shop. If you prefer to do some sightseeing, the Arc de Triomphe is also a short walk away, and attractions such as the Grand Palais and the Parc Monceau are within walking distance. You’ll be surrounded by some renowned restaurants too. Situated on the fifth floor (there’s a lift to the fourth), the apartment has a large open-plan and characterful living room. We also love the mezzanine reading area in the main bedroom. This home has everything you need for a comfy stay in the City of Light.
