Parking is available and it’s just a short walk to the nearest public transport links – making it easy to explore further afield. It’s worth noting the apartment is on the first floor with no lift access, but once inside you’ll find everything you could need to switch off and relax. There’s a snug living room and two cosy bedrooms making this a great option for couples and families. Your host can also help organise sweet extras like breakfast deliveries and city tours for an additional fee.

Housed in a beautiful 19th-century stone building in Paris’ vibrant Marais district, this wonderfully bright apartment is brimming with style thanks to its charming retro look. Kitted out in vintage decor mainly from the 40s and 50s, there’s a cool sophisticated vibe here that feels perfectly Parisian. Kick back on the mid-century-modern armchair with one of the architectural books from the shelves or enjoy an espresso – made with the kitchen’s machine – and locally bought croissants at the chic dining table. We recommend enjoying a glass of French wine by the Juliet balcony, however, and basking in the glorious sixth-floor views over the city’s rooftops at sunset. The bedroom, meanwhile, is elegantly pared back with a comfortable bed (as well as a choice between two types of pillows) as well as stunning views over Saint-Paul Saint-Louis Church in the distance. Factor in the deliciously pink tiled bathroom with its sunken tub – ideal for finishing the night off with a glass of bubbly after an afternoon of walking – and you’re all set for a relaxing stay. Outside of your home, the Marais’ colourful streets beckon with their trendy shops and cosy cafés, elegant ​​Place des Vosges is a three-minute walk and Notre Dame is twenty minutes away on foot.

Located within a historic building in a prime Marais spot close to the exclusive Place des Vosges, this home's traditional spaces have been refreshed with a stroke of eclectic minimalism. An airy living space with ample seating and surrounded by artistic pieces offers the opportunity for a large group to relax and socialise. The sleek kitchen-diner captured our attention the most thanks to its incredible design. With three air-conditioned bedrooms plus a nursery, a family with a taste in contemporary interiors will have plenty of room to comfortably spread out.

In Bas Marais, just a two-minute walk from the Saint-Paul metro station, welcome to the neighbourhood of Notre Dame and Le Village Saint-Paul. From baroque churches and antique stores, to boutique shopping and hip restaurants, this is a delightfully diverse area of the 3rd arrondissement. Through a grand, art deco-style doorway on a quiet street, this flat has every typical Parisian element you might come to expect. The wrought-iron balcony of the French windows, the elegance of the original fireplace, and the writer’s desk in the bedroom. The huge open-plan living area is bright and breezy, with understated decor which has a certain old-world charm. But you can stroll nine minutes to the Centre Pompidou if you’re looking for a contrast to your historic surroundings. This inside-out design building is certainly different from the grandeur of Notre Dame, just twelve minutes away. Continue on with some non-traditional art at the Musée Picasso, only eight minutes from your front door. Take the long way home, through the winding streets of creative Le Marais, to stop in at a few cocktail bars en route. With its rich, cultural history, we reckon it's the best area for inspiration to get started on that novel at the writer’s desk when you get back.

Make yourself at home in this typically stylish Parisian apartment. Located in the heart of the fashionable Marais district, staying here provides you with an opportunity to experience the French capital the way the locals do. Inside, the large exterior windows provide it with a loft-like atmosphere despite the fact it's not an open-plan space. Usually an apartment like this might be a little dark, but the designers of this particular unit have overcome that issue by adding plenty of interior windows that allows natural light into the farthest reaches of the apartment. The spacious living room has plenty of comfy seating, with lovely black and white photos mounted on the walls, while the bedrooms continue the theme to create a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for unwinding at the end of a day exploring the streets of Paris. Though there are a massive number of enticing restaurants on your doorstep, the compact kitchen is more than capable of rustling up delicious homemade dinners. Step out onto the winding cobblestone streets and familiarise yourself with some of the best dining and shopping in the city, as you meander through Le Marais. Elsewhere, you're a thirty-minute walk from the world-famous Louvre Museum, or twenty minutes on the metro. Alternatively, Saint-Sébastien – Froissart metro is right outside and you can be gazing up at the Eiffel Tower in around half an hour.

Take in the views over Paris’s Archives Museum from this apartment’s large windows. We love that a lot of thought has gone into the decor here, too. Just a couple of things to note – at full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room. Also, both bedrooms are street-facing, so you may hear a bit of noise here. Otherwise, this is a great choice for friends or a family looking to take advantage of this home’s great location. It’s in Le Marais, so you’ll have access to stylish shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Stepping inside to look around the decor, you'll notice colourful velvet furnishings, original lighting and impressive art objects. Bright and roomy, the sociable open-plan living space is bathed in natural light. Sink into the plush sofa while flicking through an art book from the marble-topped coffee table. Rustle up a croque madame in the brass-fitted kitchen to enjoy around the industrial-chic dining table. And with so much to see and do around here, ensure you save time for a little afternoon nap – the moody master bedroom makes for an ideal spot to get some rest. With ethnic ornaments and dramatic lighting, we really loved both rooms. Plus, there's the glamorous black-tiled bathroom that's perfect for getting all dressed up before heading out. You'll find the surrounding area full of life with playful Parisians frequenting an array of hip cocktail bars and luxury boutiques. Plunge into the spirit of Marais by looking around the local art galleries or even walking to Notre Dame Cathedral – it's under twenty minutes away.

Staying here, you’ll look out onto a pedestrian street just moments from iconic sights like Place des Vosges and Musée des Archives Nationales. With so many restaurants and bakeries on your doorstep, you won’t need to cook during your stay, but you’ll have a petite kitchen if you do fancy whipping up a crêpe or a croque monsieur. This is a cosy apartment perfect for two, with everything you should need for a short break close to hand.

The culture and creativity of the area are imbued in this artistic home in a converted warehouse. We love the contemporary artwork displayed throughout this apartment. If you're here for work, there's an office space and a desk in the bedroom. One thing to note is if you’re a group of four, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed, but as this is in the snug, it shouldn’t compromise your socialising space.

Designed by an architect, it's no surprise that this apartment caught our eye. It has everything you need for a relaxed stay – a laptop-friendly workspace ideal for business travellers, a sleek kitchen with all the essentials, and a cosy lounge perfect for unwinding. A curtain separates the living room and bedroom, but there's ample space for a couple to get comfortable – and since the windows overlook the building's courtyard, it's relatively quiet, too. Location-wise, you can't beat Le Marais. Restaurants and designer boutiques are just a few steps away, while the must-see Parisian landmarks are within easy reach via the metro.

Marais Minimalism

This beautiful apartment is located in Le Marais, the oldest district of Paris. It’s just down the road from the elegant Place des Vosges and a short walk from the Seine, the Notre Dame, and the Louvre. In terms of location, you couldn’t ask for more. The apartment itself is stylish and decorated with high-end furniture and chandeliers. At full occupancy, three guests will be sleeping on sofa beds in the living room, which may feel like a bit of a squeeze. Though this pad is on the smaller side, we reckon you won’t be spending much time at home with so much to see and do on your doorstep.

This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Paris in the lively, cool Marais district. You’ll have plenty to see and do nearby, with the Picasso Museum, Centre Pompidou, and Place de la République a short walk away. The apartment can accommodate up to three guests with one sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room, though if you’re hoping for more privacy we’d stick to a maximum guest count of two – it’s a studio apartment so the bedroom isn’t entirely separate from the living and dining space. We love the modern style and the large windows, which make it a bright, warm, and welcoming home-from-home.

Once the residence of King Charles VI’s mistress Marie Touchet, this is a truly spectacular home from our Paris collection. Wake from your glamorous master bedroom and peer out over the Place des Vosges from your Juliet balcony. To stay in a historic Renaissance building in an elegant square in the heart of the Marais is a rare gift. Just under a twenty-minute walk from the Notre Dame and only fourteen minutes (on foot) from the Bastille, this location is not only affluent, but it's also right in the middle of the city. Back to the home, the hosts entrusted the refurbishment to the famous interior designer Jacques Grange, who has made the place into a real monument. Between the chandeliers, the antique furniture, and the beautifully preserved original structures, you’re unlikely to find a more luxurious apartment. Choose between a rustic and warming living room with 200-year-old ceiling beams, vintage rugs and quirky wallpaper prints or an opulent, pearly-white living room with grand wall mouldings and a glass-topped coffee table. Elsewhere, the bedrooms are a continuation of the sophistication and refinement found in the communal areas – all three bedrooms are accompanied by stunning en-suite bathrooms, two of which offer swanky bathtubs while the other is a marble-clad masterpiece. Indeed, this entire apartment is nothing short of a Monet masterpiece itself.

Located in a courtyard, this apartment is close to all the boutiques and restaurants Le Marais has to offer. The decor of this home wouldn’t look out of place in a British country residence – we love the main bedroom’s en-suite, too. This place is ideal for a family or a group of friends, though bear in mind that at full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space. That said, the open-plan living area is a spacious room.

Heart of Marais

Huge French windows with Juliet balconies, bold art prints of Paris and plenty of contemporary touches are just a few of the features in this quirky apartment. It radiates a warm and cosy vibe that's easy to fall in love with. We didn't even mind that the kitchen lacks an oven – it just gave us an excuse to try the excellent restaurants nearby. After a busy day roaming the city, your weary legs will love nothing more than kicking back on the sofa. Rehash the day's adventures over a bottle of wine around the dining table, then, when you're ready to drift off, climb into the comfortable bed and wake up the next day feeling fresh and excited. The apartment's excellent Le Marais location is ideal for exploring this iconic neighbourhood on foot, and it's just by one of our favourite squares in Paris – Place des Vosges – and right around the corner from the Picasso Museum. Given its buzzing locale and fresh looks, this pad would suit a couple with a youthful soul, looking to explore the thriving food scene and nightlife of this very happening quarter of central Paris.

The surrounding streets are packed with studios, galleries and shops selling curios and it’s also home to the Picasso Museum. For a spot this close to the city centre, there’s bags of space for the group to spread out. Perhaps you’ll ponder a creative moment in the library-esque office, strum the acoustic guitar in front of the wall of windows in the dining area, or sprawl out on the L-shaped sofa and admire the rooftop view of Paris. If you’re feeling playful, the TV room has a PS5 and there’s a Japanese bar tucked into a corner with a retro bartop arcade machine. The piece de resistance is the skinny balcony, furnished with deckchairs and offering a rooftop view over Marais, particularly beautiful at sunset with a drink in hand.

Le Marais is the place to be for a quintessentially Parisian experience. With local bakeries, artisan shops, and delicious restaurants nearby, you'll be feasting on French classics in no time – especially handy as this home's kitchen is compact. Even better, you'll have easy access to landmarks and museums, whether you plan to explore on foot or hop on the nearby metro. Located on the third floor, the apartment is only accessible by stairs. However, the split-level layout means you'll have plenty of space to spread out and the design is chic and simple. The bedroom upstairs is cosy and comfortable, while the living area has a sofa bed for guests three and four.

Overlooking a communal interior courtyard, this ground-floor apartment has a sunroom for dining, while the bright kitchen is well-equipped for when you want to do some home cooking. The separate living room accommodates guests five and six on a sofa bed and for the hot summer months, you’ll be glad to know there’s air conditioning here.

This rather magical home offers cosy spaces for a family or group looking to stay in in the heart of the Marais – a central and exclusive location. The streets surrounding you, known as Paris’ artsiest neighbourhood, are home to traditional bakeries serving freshly-baked pain au chocolat, bistros like scenes from a romance movie and chi chi little boutiques and shops. That’s not to mention the niche art galleries and the fact that Notre Dame is a fifteen-minute walk away.

Double height ceilings mean this place feels spacious inside, and the exposed masonry and rustic beams give an old-world, Provincial feel.  For those travelling with kids or teenagers, the basement playroom with table tennis, is sure to keep them entertained. A kitchen tucked beneath the mezzanine bedroom makes the most of the living space, and is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, that’s if you’re not too busy exploring every bijou bakery and bistro on your doorstep.

Check out the small, but significant, art galleries and museums in your neighbourhood. You’re a five-minute walk from the Maison de Victor Hugo and ten from the Museum of the Art and History of Judaism. Shop in flash boutiques along the Rue des Francs-Bourgeois and refuel at the farmer’s market on Boulevard Richard Lenoir, held every Thursday and Sunday. When dusk falls, make a beeline for the craft-cocktail bars to try a carefully concocted beverage in a stylish setting.

This apartment is a short walk from the heart of Le Marais, one of Paris's most sought-after neighbourhoods. You’ll be able to stroll over to the Musée National Picasso-Paris, the National Archives Museum and the Centre Pompidou. If you prefer to explore by bike, there’s a convenient bicycle hire service available nearby, too. The bright living room, back at this apartment, sleeps guests five and six on a sofa bed. Crittall-style doors lead from this room to one of the bedrooms (there’s no window here, so it borrows light from the living space). The other bedroom has French doors opening to a Juliet balcony, and both have en-suites. This is the perfect place to experience a stylish Parisian getaway.

Located in Le Marais, an area that pulses with life amongst cafes, museums and shops, sits this idyllic apartment. The home is nestled at the back of a majestic courtyard within a historical building designed in 1619 where time seems to have stopped.  The interiors are a mix of classic and country-house, with wooden exposed beams, rich textures, velvet finishes and terracotta floor tiles. Although the kitchen is on the small side, this cosy space is perfectly suited to a couple who seek to immerse themselves into the splendour of a former era.

This charming flat lies in the heart of Paris, on the fourth floor with lift access. While it's certainly one of the more simplistic homes in our collection, you'll find everything you need here for a comfortable stay, whether you're travelling for work or leisure. You won't find much parking here, but subways and public transport are close by, granting access to many of Paris's iconic attractions. You'll find an array of cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so while the kitchen here is on the smaller side, you'll have plenty of fantastic local cuisine within reach.

Cosy and curious, this petite apartment is housed in one of Paris’ oldest buildings. Exposed beams add to the historic charm – the style won’t be to everyone’s taste. This is a studio apartment, so you’ll be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living and dining space – we recommend packing light if you don’t want it to feel crowded. Happily, you’re in the heart of Le Marais, so you’ve every reason to spend your time out and about exploring. Musée Picasso is just a stone’s throw away, and you can reach pretty Île Saint Louis in no time. Saint Paul metro is close too, making seeing further-afield sights as easy as can be.

But what really caught our eye was this home's sought after location that boasts a central Marais postcode, just steps away from the Picasso Museum. A stroll around the immediate neighbourhood will have you passing indie bookshops, luxury boutiques and alfresco coffee houses that all share a close-knit, authentic feel.
