Experience island life in Paris – this studio apartment is located on the Île de la Cité. You can go for walks along the River Seine or visit the Sainte-Chapelle or Notre Dame – both are within walking distance. Alternatively, cross the Pont Neuf and browse the art at the Louvre Museum. Housed in a beautiful building, this air-conditioned studio offers views over the Parisian skyline. We also love the character features such as the stone walls and beams. All in all, this place has everything you need for a comfy stay in the City of Light. 

Parisian Skyline

This contemporary apartment brings you to the magical heart of Paris. Nestled between Opera and Madeleine, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to iconic sights, restaurants and cafes. It’s also extremely well connected with public transport links making it easy to explore further afield. Back at home, you’ll find plenty of space to stretch out and relax with two living rooms, two kitchens and a balcony. There’s a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, a desk for your after-hours studies, even a shared gym for morning workouts and all the essentials you could need to settle in and make it your own. 


The French Heart

This striking apartment makes for an excellent base in central Paris. It’s in the 7th arrondissement, on the stylish Left Bank. Musée d’Orsay is a short walk away, as is the Louvre – you need only stroll across Pont du Carousel. You won’t have to look hard for a great meal here, with so many restaurants and bars nearby, but if you’d like to cook, there’s a handy kitchen. You’ll also have a dining table and a stylish living space with a desk for remote work, as well as a sofa bed for guests three and four. 

Gauche Glamour

Right in the heart of the beautiful Marais, this family home is both cosy and spacious. Set in a typical period building, it has a classic look with tall ceilings, big windows that open up completely to reveal wrought-iron rails and chic furniture with a rustic – almost farmhouse – twist. We love the natural light that floods the rooms. There's a modern kitchen and a pretty dining table if you're cooking at home but we think you'll be exploring the array of great eateries nearby most evenings. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom so there won't be any queueing for the shower in the mornings, and it's easy to get around the city with two metro stations around the corner. Or else head out on foot and walk to the Louvre in less than half an hour.

The Cottage

Located in a courtyard, this apartment is close to all the boutiques and restaurants Le Marais has to offer. The decor of this home wouldn’t look out of place in a British country residence – we love the main bedroom’s en-suite, too. This place is ideal for a family or a group of friends, though bear in mind that at full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living space. That said, the open-plan living area is a spacious room.

Heart of Marais

Set in the heart of the vibrant Faubourg Saint-Martin neighbourhood, this apartment is within walking distance of the Musée des Arts et Métiers and the Canal St Martin. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the locale. Back at this architect-designed apartment, there’s an open-plan living space, which also sleeps guests five and six on a sofa bed. Both bedrooms also have desks for when you need to work while away in Paris – this home is ideal for business and leisure travellers.

Architect Design

This 18th-century apartment set in the 2nd arrondissement is ticking all our boxes with its Juliet balcony windows and Rocaille-style antiques. Each of the three bedrooms is as expertly styled as the next, although if we were being picky, they feel a little short on floor space. But for such an unbeatable central location, we can forgive that. Call in on Mona Lisa at the Louvre Museum. Take a turn around the gardens of the Palais Royal. Or soak up the splendour of Notre Dame. It’s all within easy walking distance in the Montorgueil district.

Rocaille Retreat

It can be tricky for larger groups to find a fabulous place to stay in the French capital, but this apartment will answer all your prayers. Whether you're visiting the city for a family reunion, to catch up with friends or to tick off your sightseeing list, you'll settle into your new home in no time at all. Step inside, and you'll find beautiful parquet flooring, wood-panelled walls and charming photographic black and white prints which create a quintessentially Parisian ambiance - the charming courtyard also adds to the ambience. The kitchen is ready with all the tools you need to create some delicious dishes, and you can gather your guests at the long dining table to share your culinary creations – don't forget to pick up a bottle of wine too. There are also a diverse range of eateries in the surrounding area, from traditional brasseries to Colombian and Japanese joints, so you're guaranteed to find somewhere to tickle your tastebuds. Square Montholon, a terraced square with marble statues, is just two minutes away from your front door, while the waterside cafés and bars beside Canal Saint-Martin are fifteen minutes away. And, if you want to head into the centre of Paris, to see the Louvre and the Palais Royal, you can walk there in around twenty minutes – and for journeys further afield, simply hop on the métro at Poissonnière.

This Parisian pad is an ideal base for a family or group of friends on a stay in the French capital. We love the open plan living, kitchen and dining area – filled with contemporary comforts, you’ll find everything needed for a relaxing stay in the city. Location-wise, this home hits the perfect spot. Mere minutes away from the iconic Louvre Museum, you’re in the right place if you love a bit of culture – just try not to get too distracted by the French eateries lining the streets en route. 

Elegant Soul

Look no further for a perfect location in Paris. We love that this second-floor home puts world-famous museums and fine dining on your doorstep. After shopping in Les Halles, you'll return to this historic Haussmann building, where a modern base awaits with a keyless entry code. Because guests five and six will sleep in the living area, expect a knock on the bedroom door when it's time for a shower. Both en-suites lack some privacy, which may have the others discussing plans on the Juliet balconies.

French Flair

This apartment works nicely for those seeking a base in central Paris. Though two guests will sleep on a sofa bed, there's just enough room to unwind in the lounge. Both bedrooms feature serpentine wallpaper inspired by Tibetan murals – it adds a whimsical touch to your nightly routine. The kitchen has all you need to rustle up a bite to eat, though we suggest dining out at the restaurants on your doorstep. Speaking of location, you're well-connected by metro or on foot to all the must-sees – be it the Louvre, Le Marais, Opera Garnier, or Notre Dame.

Serpentine Reverie

Interiors are as stylish as they come at this light-filled apartment – but we’d expect nothing less for a home perched in the chic Bonne-Nouvelle district. An excellent option for those looking to work in Paris, both bedrooms have a dedicated desk space to keep on top of emails and the Metro is just a three-minute walk away should you need to blaze a trail to another corner of the city for a meeting. Here for the sightseeing? Head for the thriving pedestrian cobbled street of Rue Montorgueil – a food lover’s delight. Or wander over to Le Marais or Le Louvre – both within easy walking distance.
