This home strikes a unique balance of history and modernity – there's a light-filled contemporary living space and bedroom on the first floor, while the basement offers a stone-arched master suite, illuminated with skylights. Wake up in the vaulted space refreshed, then spend some time me time reading in the hide loungers with your holiday read before taking an invigorating soak in the bathtub. The dining area is perfect for sharing croissants from your local boulangerie, while the plump leather sofa is a delight to sink into after a day strolling around Jardin du Luxembourg.

Nearby, the Paris Catacombs are fifteen minutes away on foot if you fancy a subterranean tour of the city, whilst the Tour Montparnasse takes a similar amount of time if you prefer to explore the city from greater heights. You’re positioned within a short distance of the left bank’s vibrant and traditional restaurants where you can enjoy steaming garlicky moules and a glass of Chenin Blanc along the River Seine.

It lies in the 14th arrondissement, just a short walk from the Catacombs, several museums, and the Tour Montparnasse offering skyline views over Paris. For ventures into the city, you'll be pleased to know the Losserand - Maine Metro Station is just footsteps away. Inside, there's a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area for when you're not out sampling the local eateries. Those travelling on business will also find a handy desk for remote working. 

French Dior

Located in the heart of Saint Germain-des-Prés, this home is perfectly placed for a large group on a Parisian adventure. Granted, as a group of ten, two people will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but it’s a small price to pay for this home’s location. With each bedroom boasting an en-suite, there will be no queue to get ready in the mornings, either. Locally, enjoy a morning jog or fresh-air-filled stroll through Luxembourg Gardens, mere steps away from the front door

Paris at Play

A quintessential Parisian stay awaits in this light-filled apartment. For starters, the location is exceptional. Notre Dame is just a five-minute walk away, while the cultural delights of the Latin Quarter – from museums to cafes – are practically on your doorstep. Back home, the design is modern and oh-so-chic. Kick back in the living area and admire the view of Saint Michel. A compact kitchen is ideal for quick bites, but you'll find plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. Just note that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed – all worth it to be so central.

Known for its vital role in the French Revolution, Bastille and the surrounding neighbourhood has plenty to offer, even if you're not keen on history. From lively jazz bars and the Opéra Bastille to bohemian boutiques and Marché d'Aligre, this pocket of Paris has something for everyone. And it's where you'll find this stylish apartment, just a five-minute walk from the July Column, twenty from Notre Dame and surrounded by a slew of chic cafes, trendy wine bars and delicious eateries.

Come home after a long day and sprawl out on the sofa, nibbling on French cheese, fresh-baked bread and sharing a bottle of wine picked up from the market. We love the exposed brick in the kitchen, the skylights in the bathroom and the soft, modern furnishings. The style is minimal, the living space bright, and the bedroom super comfortable. This flat may be on the smaller side, but we think it'll do nicely for solo travellers and couples wanting to stay in the centre of the action.

Those seeking grandeur and luxury from their Parisian homestay should look no further. Comfortable, well-equipped and lavishly decorated, you'll find priceless antiques dotted throughout the entire home. The living room is a real showstopper. With windows opening onto Rue De Rennes, a large marble fireplace, and a vast leather sofa – it's a wonderful room to relax in with a glass of red at the end of a long day. Privacy is preserved with the master bedroom occupying its own wing, with the other two rooms located in another section. Close to Saint-Germain-des-Près, this is home to some of the most exclusive shops in Paris. A fittingly sophisticated neighbourhood to match this apartment. Step out into the chic streets, and you're a fifteen-minute walk from the jaw-dropping collections in the Louvre and twenty minutes to the Pantheon. Meanwhile, the Paris Metro can have you strolling past the luxury boutiques of the Champs-Elysees or marvelling at the majesty of the Eiffel Tower in twenty and thirty minutes, respectively.

It was the latter that once enticed mid-20th-century creatives and intellectuals, including Simone de Beauvoir and Jean-Paul Sartre, to this quintessential neck of the woods.

Inside, it's an elegant canvas of high ceilings, herringbone parquet floors, elaborately moulded white walls and tall windows ushering in floods of sunlight. Enjoy views of the peaceful shared courtyard from the beautifully-equipped kitchen while preparing delicious meals. We especially love the open-plan living area, adorned with plush upholstery, a stylish dining set-up, ample bookshelves and a majestic marble fireplace. After a restful slumber, open the timber-framed glass doors and step outside onto the balcony to admire pretty street views with your morning coffee. Situated in Paris’s Latin Quarter, near the Saint-Germain district and a short stroll from the iconic Notre Dame de Paris, the location of this apartment is excellent. Also within walking distance, you’ll find the Jardin des Plantes, the Panthéon and Arènes de Lutèce. This home, set on the fourth floor (with no lift) and split over two levels, has an impressive and bright open-plan living space. We should also mention that two guests are accommodated in this room on a sofa bed at full capacity. We love the small terrace with its glimpse over the rooftops to the Notre Dame in the distance, and there's a view over to the River Seine from the front of the home, too.
