Elegant Paris Home

South Pigalle is a lively and artsy enclave nestled between Opéra and Montmartre. With metro stations nearby and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance, it makes an excellent base for both seasoned visitors and first-time tourists. The apartment itself is also a chic place to call home. We love the amount of light in the living area, as well as the character features like arched windows and herringbone floors. Just keep in mind that two guests will sleep on a sofa bed – a worthwhile compromise, given the central location.

The Artful Aria

Between the Pigalle and Opéra neighbourhoods, this compact apartment places plenty of Paris' best entertainment on your doorstep. Enjoy nights out at the Palais Garnier, shop at Galeries Lafayette, and visit the iconic Moulin Rouge – all in the knowledge that it's just a short walk home each night. There's just enough room for small groups here, and though the kitchenette isn't massive (you won't find an oven here), that's all the more reason to explore Paris' culinary scene during your stay. Having a metro station just around the corner is handy, too – it'll whisk you to the Jardin du Luxembourg in just ten minutes.

It's perfect for those wanting a night on the town. South Pigalle is known for its vibrant nightlife, chic cocktail bars, and trendy eateries. With a nearby metro station and Montmartre within walking distance, you're also well-placed to explore further afield.

From the vintage street market on Rue des Martyrs to nights at the Moulin Rouge, there's so much to see – and you'll be glad of a cosy place to crash at the end of busy days. Not to mention, the courtyard is a great place to unwind before venturing out onto the busy streets.

With a full kitchen and dining table, you can prepare home-cooked meals or even ask your host to arrange a private chef to do it for you. There are desks in the bedrooms for catching up on work or planning your trip, and the master bedroom comes with a big jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a day of exploring Paris, most of which can be done on foot. In this prime location, you can walk to top attractions like Montmartre or the Louvre in thirty minutes, and there's a metro stop around the corner to whisk you across the rest of the city.

You can watch the world go by from this apartment’s balcony overlooking a typically Parisian street, lined with grand Haussmann-style buildings. The light-filled and elegant open-plan living area is a great place to relax or cook a meal. Just off this room, you’ll find the comfy bedroom, which borrows light from the bright living space. A desk also provides the opportunity to work from home if needed. Location-wise, well, it’s fantastic – just a short walk will take you to the Palais Garnier. The upmarket department store, Galeries Lafayette, is also just a five-minute stroll away. Other places of interest include the Palais-Royal and the Jardin des Tuileries, which are both within walking distance.

Ethereal Accents

This apartment is a convenient base for two in a lively part of Paris. It’s in Pigalle, a real hub for culture – the Théâtre de l’Opéra Garnier and Galeries Layfayette Haussmann are both nearby. You can also easily reach Montmartre and the iconic Sacré-Coeur, which is a thirteen-minute walk away. You’ll have plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants on your doorstep. The apartment is simple and fuss-free, somewhere you can rest your head during a busy city break. There’s no bedroom, just a living room with a sofa bed, but there is a petite kitchen if you fancy whipping up a light bite. 


Walking in Montmartre

This deluxe apartment on the edge of New Athens marries beautiful furnishings with a coveted Paris location. The home was decorated by a professional in the traditional Haussmann style, creating a comfortable and sophisticated option for friend groups and families. The open plan living area flows into the kitchen and dining area, which are effectively one and the same – the dining table stands between the worktop and the oven, meaning chefs will need to be cautious ferrying hot dishes. The three bedrooms are distinct and characterful, though only one has an en-suite bathroom. Beyond the building, you'll be a twenty minute walk from both Montmartre and the Opera, and one minute from Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and the north-south 12 metro line.

Elegant Quarters

Just take a look at the sweeping views of Paris from this studio apartment's private balcony – spot the Sacré-Coeur in the distance. It's the perfect place for alfresco lunches and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Location-wise, you'll love exploring some of the city's most charming neighbourhoods nearby, including Montmartre and Pigalle – both are a short walk away. Inside, space is limited and you'll be sleeping on a double sofa bed. Also note that the kitchenette is very small so you'll need to head out for dinner or order in. That said, you'll find a great selection of restaurants on your doorstep. 

Parisienne Chic

Just minutes from the Galeries Lafayette department store and the Palais Garnier opera house, this fifth-floor apartment is perched above the 9th arrondissement of Paris. While the balcony boasts lovely street views of 19th-century architecture, we love this home's contemporary style – though there may only be air conditioning in the third bedroom. A floating staircase calls for eagle-eyed parenting in the living area, but the special services – such as grocery deliveries and spa treatments, give you great opportunities to relax.

Soulful Abode

If you’re in search of a central base from which to explore Paris, this apartment is a great option. You can stroll into the heart of Pigalle and you’ll find Galeries Lafayette and Palais Garnier Opera are within easy walking distance. Parking can be tricky here, but there are great public transport links and there is taxi stand nearby. It’s worth noting you will need to climb three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, but once inside there’s everything you could need to settle in and make it your own. The decor is simple, the rooms are family-friendly and it’s well-equipped for remote workers.
