There are wonderful views across the surrounding trees and the open-plan design makes it easy to switch off and unwind. It’s also well equipped, family friendly and ideal for remote workers with plenty of desk space. Outside, it's just a short stroll over to Jardin du Ranelagh, while the Seine and the Eiffel Tower are also within easy reach. Plus, it's extremely well connected with great public transport links.

Verdant Visions

With views stretching across the River Seine to the Eiffel Tower, it’s no surprise that this apartment caught our eye. Stylish and well-equipped for six people, it’s an ideal base for those wishing to explore Paris with ease. And for movie fans, the home cinema offers the perfect place to unwind with your favourite flick after a day of sightseeing. Keen to explore? You’ll find public transport links nearby that will take you to the heart of the city in no time. 

Riverside Serenity

An excellent base amid Passy's shops and eateries, this seventh-floor apartment is perched near the Trocadéro Gardens and not far from the Eiffel Tower. Taller guests might have to mind the sloped ceilings, but the light living space promises a lovely spot for itinerary planning. While the second bedroom has internal windows, the curtains offer nighttime privacy. Best suited to those with busy schedules, this home lacks air conditioning and a television. That said, the small desk is a bonus for business travellers. 

The Paris Mover

Enjoy vistas of the historic 16th Arrondissement from the Juliet balconies. The decor here is quite traditional, so it won't suit modernists, and at full capacity, two people will be sleeping in the second bedroom on a sofa bed. But we can forgive that as the location is brilliant. Once the home to the revered writer Marcel Proust, the 16th Arrondissement is jam-packed with fine restaurants, Art Deco buildings, boutiques and world-class museums, such as the Marmottan Monet and the Paris Modern Art Museum.

The Proust Effect

With a sprawling, plant-filled terrace and Jacuzzi bathtub looking out over the rooftops of Paris, this duplex apartment really feels like a secret hideaway in the city. At the top of a modern building in the 16th Arrondissement, you’ve got a view of the Eiffel Tower which is just across the Seine. The streets around you are filled with bijou bistros and sultry bars. There’s no doubt the highlight is the rooftop terrace, which is furnished with lounge seating and a dining area. The kitchen opens up to create an outdoor bar on sunny days, and there’s a second fully-stocked bar in the grand living room. Book-lined and beautiful, the interiors are decadent, and just wait until you see the view from the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.  

Citrus & Spice

Give loft-style living a try at this artist's apartment located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. Full of soft furnishings, art books and an impressive gallery wall – the charm of this creative pad is not lost on us. Packed with personality, there is a beautiful collection of artwork to behold in each and every room. Close enough to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero (a seventeen-minute walk) but located a little further out, this is ideal for those who seek calm and tranquillity over a buzzing neighbourhood to stay in. The decoration is cool, personal and inviting, while the thoughtfully curated living area has a vibe of a New York loft about it. Perfectly suited for families, the second bedroom is specific to a younger child, while those keeping one eye on work during their stay will find a charming office space upstairs. If you like authenticity, locality and have an interest in art then this really is the crème de la crème. 

Artist In Residence

This split-level three-bedroom home is built around a centrepiece terrace complete with Jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. 

On rainy days, take your pick from the extensive family library in the open-plan living space and catch up on your reading, perched on one of the stylish statement pieces of furniture. Gather around the expandable dining table beside the balcony for a meal time chat, while taking in the city from your sky high sanctuary. If you must catch up on work, there's a dedicated desk space in the living room placed nicely by the balcony, so you're never without a view.

As one kitchen is never enough, a summer kitchen is also available on the first floor – ideal for preparing alfresco evening meals. On warm summer nights, cook up a feast and take it out to enjoy on the private terrace, which boasts views of the Eiffel Tower. If you're feeling particularly lavish, why not take in the views from the comfort of the Jacuzzi?

The Sky High

If you want to stay a short walk from Paris’s most iconic landmark, the Eiffel Tower, then this apartment on Boulevard de Grenelle is perfect. The River Seine is on your doorstep, too, as are plenty of cafes and restaurants. Another highlight here is this home’s balcony with its fantastic views over the city and the river.  You can enjoy the vistas from the open-plan living space and bedrooms as well and there’s a desk if you need to check in with work. This place has everything you need for your time in the City of Light.

Artful Elegance

If Paris is known as the City of Light, this apartment should be its official partner – high ceilings and plentiful windows make this home glow. It’s a duplex in a great location, just a short walk from Place du Trocadéro, with great transport links right on the doorstep. There’s a balcony that boasts views over the rooftops of Paris from the top-floor vantage point. We love how much space there is here, and how convenient a base it is – there are desks for those working during their stay, among other amenities to ensure your stay is a comfortable one. Some of the decor is a touch dated, but we think the layout and location of this home make it an excellent choice. 

Sleek & Chic

Cosy and comfortable for a couple’s retreat in Paris, this home may be simple in style, but its enviable location places you in the heart of the action. As you’d expect from a studio, space is limited, and the lack of air conditioning could make it a little hot during the summer. Still, we think you’ll be too busy sightseeing to notice. With restaurants and shops on your doorstep, and the iconic Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe within walking distance, exploring the city’s a breeze.

The Paris Dream

With green parks on one side and the city's most buzzing sights on the other, this apartment strikes the perfect balance for living like a local. Located in the 16th arrondissement, the metro will take you to hotspots like the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower in twenty minutes, while gardens, cafés and bars are all within walking distance. It's not the largest space, but it's cosy, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Whether you're here for work or study, this is the ideal home-from-home for a long stay. 


Les Roses de Ranelagh

An elegant apartment with a front-row seat to the Eiffel Tower? Yes, please. Sitting along the Quai Jacques Chirac, you can enjoy views of the Iron Lady from the small balcony, between sipping Champagne in the art-decorated living area and feasting on French treats in the swish dining nook. Desk spaces on hand offer the option to work remotely too, while those in town for sightseeing will find plenty to do nearby. From the Trocadéro Gardens to strolls along the Seine, this home gives you a true taste of Parisian pleasure.
