With an address in the 15th arrondissement, this apartment is within walking distance of a variety of green spaces, including the Parc Georges-Brassens. Floor to ceiling windows in the apartment’s living room flood the place with natural light and the decor is a delightful medley of brilliant white and pops of cerulean and brass. If you’re not popping to the bakery for a pain au chocolat, the compact kitchen has everything you need to start the day and you can breakfast in the sunny window spot before hitting the city.

Tucked down a quiet cul-de-sac in the 14th arrondissement, this home will make you feel like a real Parisian. It’s spread over four levels so there are lots of stairs to climb here, but we love the abundance of space, particularly in the loft bedroom which has access to its own private balcony. The home also has a lovely, lived-in feel, decked out in original paintings by your host and boasting plenty of reading material for cosy evenings in. And to top it all off, it’s well served by public transport, so sightseeing is as easy as un, deux, trois.

Designed like an exotic summer house in the countryside, this Parisian apartment is a breath of fresh air amidst the city's hustle. We particularly love the glass conservatory-style roof that invites natural daylight floods through the space. However, the biggest highlight has to be the huge outdoor garden space (on Paris standards) surrounded by greenary. 

Bamboo shoots, recliner sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a colourful alfresco dining table and chairs create an outdoor living set up perfect for spending lazy afternoons claiming respite from the fast-paced city lifestyle that Paris knows so well. 

Waking up here each day will feel like you're miles away from the city as guests are treated to the sound of birds in the morning and the scent of flowers from a nearby garden. Reconnect with nature in between excursions out in the city of lights. It's hard to impress us but this modern home, with its designer feel, smashes all our expectations. A beautiful family home in the historic 14th arrondissement, it's a truly unique find that will make you feel right at home  without compromising on Parisian style. We love the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area – a dream room to entertain in that is also ideal for curling up with a novel and glass of red wine. Slide the glass door open and you'll also find a small but perfectly formed outside space perfect for a sundowner after a busy day exploring the city. The surrounding neighbourhood is full of bohemian spirit, with traditional bistros and bustling cafés, with the main sights of Paris just a short Métro ride away.

Nestled away in the 14th arrondissement away from the throngs of tourists in the centre of Paris, this apartment is an excellent option for those travelling to the French capital as part of a larger group.

There's nothing cramped about the space, with plenty of areas in which guests can kick back and relax. On warmer days, the outdoor terrace and patio complete with seating and an alfresco table is sure to see plenty of use, but the beanbags in the lounge and the separate TV area are equally cosy. One thing that we're quite impressed by is the huge kitchen, which has enough room for two, or even three, to cook together at the same time — many hands making light work and all that.

Sticking on this side of the Seine, the Catacombs are just under twenty minutes away on foot if you fancy a subterranean tour of the city, while the leafy pathways of Jardin du Luxembourg take a similar amount of time on the metro if you prefer to stay above-ground.

Located in a quiet and residential area of the city, this funky pad is a functional family home full of warmth and character. Stepping in to look around at the chic decor, you'll find an abundance of vibrant colours, abstract artwork, comfy seating and green houseplants that make for a modern and breathable interior. Natural light pours in through the sliding glass doors, creating a bright and airy kitchen area to knock up a lazy brunch or sip your morning java from the sleek breakfast bar. Better still, enjoy a glass of bubbly from your private balcony, with lovely views of the Eiffel Tower – it's the perfect spot to pause and take it all in, before a day of exploration. Outside of the building, the Parc Georges Brassens is a peaceful green expanse for afternoon strolls, while enjoying the authentic Parisian atmosphere, away from the usual tourists and intense crowds. You'll discover a wide range of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, although if you do wish to venture into central Paris, the Montparnasse metro station is a short fifteen-minute walk from home. Cosy, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, this apartment will put a big grin on your face.

It’s slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of central Paris, but the nearest Metro station is only eight minutes away, so you can easily see the sights. There are shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and you’ll have a well-equipped kitchen to cook in. The apartment is simple in style, a calm space to call home. Two living spaces mean there’s plenty of room for relaxing during the day, though both are equipped with sofa beds and serve as sleeping spaces at night.

This cosy pied-a-terre caught our eye for its best-of-both-worlds location. Situated in a quiet street in the 14th district, there’s a Metro station within easy walking distance, so you can enjoy the buzz of central Paris with a peaceful base to retreat to. While the small space won’t suit everyone, we think it’s a great option for anyone wanting to drop their bags and explore. And when you’re not in the city centre, there’s lots to discover in the local area, with an array of shops, restaurants and parks nearby.

Enjoy the best of both worlds at this family-friendly pad, offering a shaded garden for relaxing yet located just a stone's throw from the bustle of Vaugirard. While the home sleeps four, two guests will sleep in a bunkbed, which we think is better suited to children. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, but if you’d prefer to put your feet up, your host can arrange for a personal chef to sort dinner for you.

Sitting in a central spot to the south of the Seine, we're sure that you'll be just as smitten with this bright apartment as we are. There's a simply huge amount of natural light from the windows and doors that line the living space and this shines rather nicely off the stark white walls, wooden floor and sleek kitchen surfaces.

While it may not have the Haussmanian period charm of other homes in the French capital, the furnishings and finishes are all contemporary – even a little minimalist so in places – and there are no parts that we can identify as needing some urgent love and attention. There's plenty of room to kick back and relax after some serious sightseeing, while the smartly designed kitchen is plenty big enough should you decide you need a night off the city's famous restaurants.

Whenever you choose to leave the home, you'll be immediately greeted by the building's plant-filled courtyard, which is a pleasing pocket of green in the heart of the metropolis. Beyond that, it's easy to stroll over to some well-known attractions, including the Luxembourg Gardens and Les Invalides.

We love the refined style of this chic apartment, with its beamed ceilings, spa-like en-suites, and hotel-quality bedding. Staying in Paris should always be this appealing.

What a treat this home is. Set in one of our favourite parts of the city, just on the banks of the river, it's tucked away in such a peaceful little courtyard you may find it hard to comprehend you're in the centre of Paris. This ground-floor apartment has been refurbished recently and mixes period features like high ceilings with modern minimalism, a sleek white kitchen and a touch of industrial styling. Comfortable, bright and surprisingly private, it's a real retreat away from the bustling city streets.

Step outside each morning and grab a coffee and croissant as you stroll along the Seine – it's just a six-minute walk to take in the impressive view of Notre Dame, currently being restored. Close to the buzzing Latin Quarter, there's no shortage of great places to eat, drink and shop, and most of the city's big attractions are within walking distance.

One of Paris' most famous landmarks is your neighbour at this central apartment. Notre Dame is only a short walk away, but next door is the Church of Saint-Séverin. It may not be as iconic as its neighbour but it’s just as beautiful – and you'll be treated to panoramas of the gothic architecture from the living room windows. View aside, we love the space on offer here, even if the second bedroom is a tad snug and two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. The contemporary finishes are a nice touch, too. There's a soaker bath, a sleek kitchen, and even air conditioning – no wonder it caught our eye.

Start mornings here over fresh coffee and croissants while taking in the wide-sweeping skyline views, or gather here at night for a celebratory glass of French wine – you may even spot Disneyland’s fireworks in the distance. 
 
With a pair of comfortable bedrooms and a sleek bathroom boasting a rainfall shower, you’ve got everything you need for a carefree stay. 
 
Outside of your home, both Parc Kellermann and Fort d'Ivry are a twenty-five-minute walk away, while Chinatown is twenty minutes away on foot. You’re also a thirty-minute Metro ride from the Panthéon, and just under forty-five minutes from the Eiffel Tower by Metro too.

Talking of dining – this home’s kitchen is on the compact side, but it has everything you need for cooking some French cuisine and there’s a dining table in the living room. This space also accommodates two more guests on a sofa bed. We think this place is an ideal pied-à-terre for exploring this slice of Paris and beyond.

It's easy to see why we love this apartment. First, the location is incredible. You're smack-dab in artsy Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of Paris' most emblematic neighbourhoods. Although we could spend all day discovering the boutiques and eateries here, it's extremely well-connected to the rest of the city if you'd like to venture further afield. Secondly, the apartment itself is a real gem. The design combines traditional features with all the modern conveniences you'll need. Space can be a little tight with the sofa bed in use, but there's plenty of room in the main suite and the second bathroom is a nice bonus. If you're after a quintessentially Parisian experience, this is it.

Bright and colourful, this apartment is a charming choice of base in the centre of Paris. Staying here puts you in the heart of the city, a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, and with excellent transport links to the rest of Paris. The apartment has been beautifully decorated in an array of dynamic colours, blending with the designer furniture to create a unique home-from-home. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space.

On the outskirts of Paris' tourist centre, you'll be removed from the crowds and yet the Eiffel Tower is half an hour away on the Metro. As it's set on the first floor, stairs are required, but the interiors are modern, and there's plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. The sleek kitchen is a nice touch, with everything needed for preparing homemade dinners – when you're not out sampling the excellent local eateries and bistros, of course.

While the bedroom could feel a little bijou for some, we can forgive that in a city where space is at a premium. And you’ll love the fresh, uplifting feel of the boho interiors after days soaking up the grandeur of the streets below. Location-wise, you’re just a short hop from Mabillon Metro. But we think the best way to see Paris is on foot. Lose yourself to the treasure trove of swish restaurants, bars, and expensive designer shops of this stylish quarter – it’s all on your doorstep.

They say it's possible to live in Paris' 6th arrondissement without ever needing to take the metro elsewhere - this quarter includes some of the most famous areas in the city and heaps of attractions. This certainly applies to this charming two-bedroom apartment niched in the chic but bohemian Saint Germain-des-Prés. You'll find yourself surrounded by bakeries, bistros and boulevards and only a stone's throw away from the Luxembourg Gardens.

When you stay at this apartment in the 5th arrondissement, you'll be only a few metres away from the Jardin du Luxembourg, Panthéon and Sorbonne University. Also nearby is the Rue Mouffetard, with various restaurants, shops, cafés, and a permanent open market. This spacious home, situated on the ground floor, and accessed directly from the street, is ideal for a family, friends or business travellers. Bear in mind, though, that there's only one bathroom for six guests at full capacity.

Although the location is great, we’ll start with the apartment itself – you can see why with views like this. The vistas from the balcony over the Eiffel Tower, River Seine and the Quai des Orfèvres are fantastic. The open-plan living room and main bedroom have a wonderful outlook too. Now about the location – the home is situated on the exclusive Île de la Cité, so there are plenty of riverside strolls to be had. The nearby iconic Notre-Dame de Paris is also a short walk away, while across the Pont Neuf, you’ll find the Louvre Museum.

Eiffel View

In an art nouveau building located in the latin quarter, you can find this light and bright home that ticks every box. The large windows are luminous, drenching each room in light, as well as offering stunning views of the Eiffel tower. Decorated in a Scandi-style, the rooms are minimal and pared-back, yet cosy and warm – a delight after a day's exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal to cook up a storm, but there's only a small counter to enjoy dinner at, so a better choice for those who want to eat out.
