Enter to be welcomed by a light-filled living room, with a comfy sofa and plenty of room for enjoying snuggly evenings of movies and wine. You can also rustle up a quick and delicious supper and share it at the dining table – why not turn it into a candlelit soirée? 

We love the minimalist elegance of this place – the wooden floors and unique art prints on the walls create a lovely ambience which also continues into the plush bedroom, which carries the promise of a restful night’s rest, courtesy of the soft and comfy bed. 

Wake up refreshed and ready for another day of Parisian adventures. Why not start with a cup of freshly-brewed coffee and a delicious pastry you can pick up at one of the many excellent boulangeries in the neighbourhood. 

The Bells of Notre Dame 

Arriving at this 3rd arrondissement building, you’ll pass by the many bars, restaurants, and cafes of Le Marais, an excellent base for exploring Paris. It’s just a five-minute walk from the Picasso Museum, and is close to the Centre Pompidou. You can also walk easily to the likes of the Louvre, the Notre-Dame, and the shopping centre at Châtelet les Halles. The apartment is contemporary and comfortable, once you’ve tackled the stairs to the fourth floor – there’s no lift here. If the cardio workout doesn’t put you off, you’ll benefit from a convenient kitchen and enough space to relax in between sightseeing. 

Le Marais Élégant

Situated on Île Saint-Louis, this apartment is a striking distance from Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, and the Seine. We love how much sunlight there is here, and the contemporary decor meshes perfectly with the original character features. The kitchen is well-appointed if you fancy rustling up meals at home, both bedrooms are roomy and bright, and two bathrooms mean that nobody will have to share. Factor in the proximity to cafes, restaurants, and the neighbourhood's famous ice cream shop, and it more than ticks our boxes.

Isle of Hope

Just a short walk from Place de la Bastille, and hidden in a quiet, green courtyard, this bright apartment is perfect for exploring hidden gems off the typical tourist trail. From the Canal Saint Martin to Place des Vosges, you're within walking distance of historic sights, and the open-plan living space is a welcome place to put your feet up at the end of the day. Trendy lighting and sliding glass doors lend the interiors a contemporary feel, while natural art ensures it still feels homely. Grab local produce from the Bastille Market on Thursdays and Sundays and cook dinner in the sleek kitchen, or head out to explore the (many) restaurants of the 11th arrondissement.

Eleventh Haven

What a treat this home is. Set in one of our favourite parts of the city, just on the banks of the river, it's tucked away in such a peaceful little courtyard you may find it hard to comprehend you're in the centre of Paris. This ground-floor apartment has been refurbished recently and mixes period features like high ceilings with modern minimalism, a sleek white kitchen and a touch of industrial styling. Comfortable, bright and surprisingly private, it's a real retreat away from the bustling city streets.

Step outside each morning and grab a coffee and croissant as you stroll along the Seine – it's just a six-minute walk to take in the impressive view of Notre Dame, currently being restored. Close to the buzzing Latin Quarter, there's no shortage of great places to eat, drink and shop, and most of the city's big attractions are within walking distance.

Stroll the Seine

Take in the views over Paris’s Archives Museum from this apartment’s large windows. We love that a lot of thought has gone into the decor here, too. Just a couple of things to note – at full capacity, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room. Also, both bedrooms are street-facing, so you may hear a bit of noise here. Otherwise, this is a great choice for friends or a family looking to take advantage of this home’s great location. It’s in Le Marais, so you’ll have access to stylish shops, restaurants, and art galleries. 

Memories of Paris

Hidden in a Marais hôtel particulier lies this one-bedroom apartment. Decorated with 18th-century furnishings, this regal space is the ideal home for a couple who appreciate the finer things in life. The en-suite bathroom is a cut above the rest with its freestanding bathtub and walking shower - perfect for relaxing in after a day of perusing the Marais' art galleries and concept stores.

Marais Royalty

Located across an entire floor of a historic building, this apartment was the Parisian residence of a French aristocratic family until the early 20th century. Despite the home's noble history, the interiors present contemporary living with both style and comfort. Chic interiors inject tasteful pops of colour on a backdrop of neutral hues. Original features of the home take the foreground as the luxurious high ceilings, beautiful parquet wooden flooring and an antique marble fireplace are finished off with golden accents that bring opulence to each room. With the many boutiques and cute cafes of Sentier within five-minute proximity, live the Parisian dream by tasting local patisseries with a cup of coffee "en terrasse" in no time. Being based in such a central location means there'll be little need to even hop on the metro, although you can do so with ease, when your legs can't carry you anymore. Stroll over to the Palais Royal gardens and the iconic Louvre museum in just under twenty minutes. 

Napoleon's Neighbour

This apartment is perfectly placed in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with cafes, bars and restaurants just steps away. Notre-Dame and Sainte-Chapelle are only a six-minute walk, or you can stroll a little further to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon. Inside, the space feels stylish and modern, but keeps some of its traditional character thanks to the incredible wooden beams. There's a sofa bed if you're a group of six, which will make the living area a bit snug. It’s also on the fourth floor without a lift, so there’ll be some climbing. But what better excuse to stop by the nearby boulangeries for fresh pastries along the way?

Saint-Germain Nest

This apartment combines Parisian-chic with a trendy New York loft vibe (despite being on the ground floor). It fits right in with the neighbourhood, a short walk from Le Marais where indie galleries and niche museums sit alongside romantic bistros in the narrow streets. Wandering the typically Parisian streets around you is a delight, but you can also reach the major sights of the city centre by hopping on the metro at Oberkampf, just down the street.

Inside, exposed stone walls are warming honey-brown and the low wooden sofa has that eclectic artist-in-the-city vibe. Wood panel sliding barn doors and distressed dressed make everything feel upcycled. There are two seating areas in the huge, open living and dining room, separated by the big group dining table. Then the kitchen is tucked away at the back. Both bedrooms are spacious, with exposed brick walls carry on the New York loft theme.

Just steps away from the iconic Rue de Rivoli and mere minutes away from the Louvre, this chic studio apartment puts you right in the cultural heart of Paris. Bright and stylishly appointed, there’s no shortage of home comforts, soft light, and timeless touches throughout. Set on the fifth floor with no lift, you’ll be climbing a few stairs to get here – but once you do, the king-sized bed, marble-accented bathroom and integrated kitchen make it worth the effort. And with daily housekeeping and its superb location in the first arrondissement, you’ll be experiencing Paris at its most classic at this home.

Paris Muse

Quite literally dripping in gold, spectacular hand-painted original features, including mouldings gilded with gold leaf, retain hundreds of years of history encapsulated in this home. Listed as a heritage monument, the building dates back to the reign of King Louis XIV and has since been redesigned by a Parisian architect, allowing guests and residents to immerse themselves in French history, alongside all the contemporary comforts of modern-day luxury living. When we say "luxury", that's exactly what we mean, as the apartment is decked out in plush beds and sofas, antique furniture and one-of-a-kind artwork throughout. With copious restaurants, bars and cafes – all within walking distance, you'll have plenty of options when it comes to sampling the local cuisine. That being said, you'll certainly want to make the most of the opulent dining area in your Parisian home too, so sit down to a French banquet of dreams one evening for an unforgettable experience of pure indulgence.
