Situated within easy walking distance of Notre-Dame, as well as the Rue de Rivoli and the Louvre, the location of this apartment is hard to beat for both sightseeing and shopping. It’s compact yet cleverly designed, with space to cook, eat, and recover from all those steps you’ll be doing during your stay. The decor may be a little bold for some, however we think it adds to the charm of this stylish studio. Use it as your base to get to know Paris better – whether it’s your first stay in one of the world’s best cities or you’re back for a return visit.

Cathedral Delight

A family on their first trip to Paris would suit this 3 bedroom home. Sat in what's considered the heart of Paris, you'll be well-placed for exploring Paris by foot. With cobbled streets and some of Paris's best museums you'll have an authentic Parisian experience. The building has an impressive old facade and situated in a peaceful area. If you're looking to be amidst the action this is the ideal spot.

Honey Glow

Showcasing the perfect blend of old and new, this elegant Parisian pad is just the ticket for a relaxing stay in the French capital. We love the exposed beams that blend seamlessly with the contemporary furnishings, and you can’t fail to relax in the main bedroom with its curved glass walls and opulent en-suite. Locally, you’re well-placed for sightseeing with the Louvre Museum and Palais Garnier both within walking distance, while the nearby metro can whisk you away for exploring further afield. 

The Passage of Time

Situated on the Île de la Cité, you’ll be surrounded by the River Seine – so this apartment is perfect for relaxing riverside strolls. Or visit the nearby iconic Notre-Dame de Paris, while across the Pont Neuf, the Louvre Museum waits to be explored. Afterwards, relax in this elegant apartment with its views over the Quai des Orfèvres – the large windows allow the light to flood in. This place has a bathtub, too – perfect for a soak after a busy day exploring the city.  

Paris, Mon Amour

This pretty-as-a-picture apartment will help you feel right at home in Paris. The building was completed in 1860 and there are plenty of reminders of its history, from the high ceilings and parquet floors to the ornately carved fireplace and tall windows. That's not to say it's without modern comforts though – you'll love the sleek kitchen, luxurious marble bathrooms and workspace where you can catch up on emails while working remotely. 

Our favourite spot is the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy croissants with coffee for breakfast while watching the city come to life below. Down on the street level, you'll find many of Paris' top attractions are right on your doorstep. The Louvre is just a five-minute stroll away, while a ten-minute walk will take you to the Notre Dame. There are plenty of brasseries and jazz bars to discover nearby and, thanks to the excellent public transport links, you can visit other parts of the city with ease. 

New Romantics

Although the location is great, we’ll start with the apartment itself – you can see why with views like this. The vistas from the balcony over the Eiffel Tower, River Seine and the Quai des Orfèvres are fantastic. The open-plan living room and main bedroom have a wonderful outlook too. Now about the location – the home is situated on the exclusive Île de la Cité, so there are plenty of riverside strolls to be had. The nearby iconic Notre-Dame de Paris is also a short walk away, while across the Pont Neuf, you’ll find the Louvre Museum.

Eiffel View

Centrally located in Paris’ Vivienne neighbourhood in the 2nd arrondissement, this home offers the best of the city’s sights on its doorstep, not to mention a comfortable, stylish base to call home. 

Filled with light thanks to the glass doors that open out onto a small balcony, the open-plan living area is a bright and welcoming space accented by gold and yellow details and modern decor. You’ll love enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh air and spending evenings gathered around the table over locally bought cheese and wine when you're not out sampling the local bistro scene. The three pared-back bedrooms, meanwhile, each have bespoke decorative touches that feel as chic as they do sophisticated, while the sleek marble bathrooms and their rainfall showers may very well tempt you to spend all your time in your city pad. 

When you do decide to venture out, however, you’ll find a wealth of cultural and historic hotspots nearby, including the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre and the Tuileries Garden. 


Soleil d’Or

It's easy to see why we love this apartment. First, the location is incredible. You're smack-dab in artsy Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of Paris' most emblematic neighbourhoods. Although we could spend all day discovering the boutiques and eateries here, it's extremely well-connected to the rest of the city if you'd like to venture further afield. Secondly, the apartment itself is a real gem. The design combines traditional features with all the modern conveniences you'll need. Space can be a little tight with the sofa bed in use, but there's plenty of room in the main suite and the second bathroom is a nice bonus. If you're after a quintessentially Parisian experience, this is it.

With You, In Paris

Known for its vital role in the French Revolution, Bastille and the surrounding neighbourhood has plenty to offer, even if you're not keen on history. From lively jazz bars and the Opéra Bastille to bohemian boutiques and Marché d'Aligre, this pocket of Paris has something for everyone. And it's where you'll find this stylish apartment, just a five-minute walk from the July Column, twenty from Notre Dame and surrounded by a slew of chic cafes, trendy wine bars and delicious eateries.

Come home after a long day and sprawl out on the sofa, nibbling on French cheese, fresh-baked bread and sharing a bottle of wine picked up from the market. We love the exposed brick in the kitchen, the skylights in the bathroom and the soft, modern furnishings. The style is minimal, the living space bright, and the bedroom super comfortable. This flat may be on the smaller side, but we think it'll do nicely for solo travellers and couples wanting to stay in the centre of the action.

Quatorze Juillet

It's not a secret that this apartment's location is what initially caught our eye. Located on the banks of the Seine, Notre Dame is so close you'll be able to glimpse the spires from the windows. Plus, the Latin Quarter's many eateries and shops are just a short stroll away. Our favourite feature here is the wooden details, especially the timber ceilings – they are so charming and characterful. It's also split across two levels, so you'll have plenty of space, though it's worth noting that the building may not have a lift. With an incredible setting and comfortable living area, it ticks all the boxes for us.

Sing the Bells

Music lovers will adore this home's location – it's just a three-minute walk to Opéra Bastille and a minute more to Place de la Bastille. Or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin to Port de l'Arsenal Garden (two minutes on foot). Alternatively, the beautiful Place des Vosges, the oldest planned square in Paris, is a ten-minute walk. Of course, there are plenty of stylish eateries on your doorstep to enjoy too.

Back at this apartment, if you don't fancy eating out, rustle up some salmon en papillote in the sleek kitchen. Then, take in the wonderful views over the Bastille and the Canal Saint-Martin from this home's large balcony – it's the perfect spot for a glass of Champagne. You can admire the vistas from the elegant living room too – we love this light and bright room with its French doors. This place really sings.
