Nestled in the 6th arrondissement, this studio provides a calm sanctuary in the heart of the city. Outside, it’s less than a ten-minute stroll to Notre Dame, and you’ll find cafes, restaurants and shops all within easy reach. There is no private parking available here, but you’ll find great public transport links and your host can arrange a private chauffeur service. Inside, the bedroom and living room are separated by a glass wall – a clever design feature that ensures you have plenty of space to switch off and unwind. At full occupancy one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed, but this is a handy option for families travelling with children. 

Art of Joy 

Nestled in the historic Latin Quarter, this home is excellently located for exploring. Walk five minutes in one direction and you'll reach the spires of Notre Dame, while nine minutes the opposite way lies the leafy Luxembourg Gardens. Charming bookstores, local eateries and cosy cafes abound in this neighbourhood, so if living like a true Parisian is what you're after, you can't go wrong with this postcode. Inside, it's minimally decorated with Scandinavian-inspired pieces – think clean, uncluttered living spaces and classic, contemporary design. We adored the large windows and their quintessential Juliet balconies – although there's nowhere to sit on them, you can still throw open the French doors and watch the city pass by on the streets below. The kitchen is a little tiny – we think it's better suited towards light meals and smaller bites – and there's only one bathroom, but otherwise, this fantastically-placed pad is a great option for small groups or families wanting a typical Paris getaway.

The Two Stars

This charming apartment can be found in the Latin Quarter. It’s typically Rive Gauche in style, with rustic exposed beams and a lovely high ceiling – it feels at once spacious and warm and cosy. 

The apartment can be found just a three-minute walk from the Panthéon, in a wonderfully central spot. Overlooking the Notre Dame, you’ll have some of the best views of Paris – take a seat by the window and gaze out at the city while sipping a glass of red wine. It feels wonderfully bohemian. 

Stroll ten minutes to Notre Dame to admire the architecture up close, then meander along the river. Call into cafes, visit galleries and museums, and soak up the atmosphere. The Sorbonne is a nine-minute walk from the apartment. 

There’s a petite kitchen in the apartment if you fancy cooking for yourself, but there are so many restaurants and bistros nearby that you’re never far from your next great meal. This is a beautiful home from home in one of the most romantic cities in the world. 


Map Maker

We love this home for its location within an authentic enclave that's a stone's throw from Luxembourg Gardens and the Latin Quarter. The home itself is more functional than sumptuous, although it does shine for its great cleanliness standards. A well presented terrace offers the option of enjoying a drink or meal al fresco, while there's also a cocktail bar just downstairs, and although it's more of a boozer, it's still a great spot for a classic cocktail. A couple looking for a base from which to explore the nightlife of the Latin Quarter need look no further.

Terrasse du Luxembourg

In an art nouveau building located in the latin quarter, you can find this light and bright home that ticks every box. The large windows are luminous, drenching each room in light, as well as offering stunning views of the Eiffel tower. Decorated in a Scandi-style, the rooms are minimal and pared-back, yet cosy and warm – a delight after a day's exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal to cook up a storm, but there's only a small counter to enjoy dinner at, so a better choice for those who want to eat out. 

The Gilt Petal

Conveniently located in Paris’s vibrant Latin Quarter, this apartment is just a short stroll from the banks of the River Seine. With a vibrant cafe culture, and the Panthéon and Rue Mouffetard open-air market nearby, there’s plenty to keep you occupied in the area. You’ll also have the city centre within easy reach. The apartment itself boasts period features alongside contemporary street art, and the plant-filled balcony is a great spot from which to watch the street life below. The bunk bed and lofted bed are best suited to children, so we think this home is a great find for a family.

Latin Fusion

Once home to an old hairdressing salon, this loft is jam-packed with history and quintessential Parisian charm. Located in the heart of the bustling Latin quarter, you'll be in the thick of it all here - and Notre Dame is just 250 metres away. Follow the banks of the beautiful River Seine and not only will you wind up at the Musée d'Orsay but you can't miss the iconic Musée du Louvre and its neighbouring Tuileries Gardens – all within fifteen minutes walking distance from your Latin Quarter abode. Back at the home itself prepare to feel energised by the fresh interiors featuring tasteful pops of colour seen in the orange sofa, and vibrant artwork dotted throughout. We particularly love the retro-modern and Scandinavian style furnishings here as the vibe is kept calm whilst remaining fun at the same time. Gather in the living room and turn on a French electro-pop playlist to liven up the mood – you're on holiday after all. With jazz clubs galore in this neighbourhood, put your dancing shoes on and head out for a night on the town. Even though la discoteque and an array of lively bars await just five minutes away, you surprisingly won't hear much noise back at home (with the windows closed), so you're bound to get that much needed good night's sleep after giving all your energy to the city of lights. 



Take Me To La Discoteque

This apartment is set on a bustling Paris street in the iconic Odéon district, just a short walk from Notre Dame. It’s on the first floor of a Haussmannian building with a lift – perfect for enjoying views of the street below, without having to traipse up and down stairs. Inside, it’s filled with classic Parisian touches, including panelled walls, ornate ceiling mouldings, and a marble fireplace. Two bedrooms have their own private ensuites, while the other two share a connecting bathroom, so it's ideal if you’re staying with family. With the Panthéon just minutes away, and plenty of restaurants and cafés on your doorstep, it's a great base for exploring the city.

Odéon Retreat

This three-bedroom family home is perched on the top floors of a building in the Rive Gauche, just opposite the Île de la Cité and, therefore, boasts stunning views of Notre-Dame from its privileged sunny terrace. A modern home with airy living spaces and thoughtful amenities, a well-equipped kitchen with high-end Gaggenau appliances will delight any aspiring home cook. With air conditioning throughout, Smiling Cherub is an ideal home for a group looking for a central spot without compromising on modern comforts.

Smiling Cherub

A room with a view, or multiple in this instance! This bright home boasts glorious views over the sea of rooftops of the Latin Quarter, with the unmissable Val-de-Grâce dome taking centre stage. Although the classic decor may not work for everyone, this home is as equipped as it gets, making the choice of whether to eat in or out a hard one to make. There's even a  hydro-massage bathtub for those looking to pamper themselves. With the Luxembourg Gardens on your doorstep, this home is also within easy reach of Saint Germain-des-Prés. 



Latin Views

You don’t even need to get dressed to begin your tourist activities of the day - you can sip your coffee on the balcony with views over the River Seine and Notre Dame. This two bedroom apartment has luxurious contemporary decor throughout, all finished to impeccable standards. The marble coffee table unfolds like your favourite book, you can sit back in the sand leather armchair and enjoy the view again, and the muted earth tones of the bedroom will provide welcome relaxation from the bustle outside. A truly luxurious apartment in a truly brilliant location. 

Notre Dame's Balcony

One of Paris' most famous landmarks is your neighbour at this central apartment. Notre Dame is only a short walk away, but next door is the Church of Saint-Séverin. It may not be as iconic as its neighbour but it’s just as beautiful – and you'll be treated to panoramas of the gothic architecture from the living room windows. View aside, we love the space on offer here, even if the second bedroom is a tad snug and two guests will sleep on a sofa bed. The contemporary finishes are a nice touch, too. There's a soaker bath, a sleek kitchen, and even air conditioning – no wonder it caught our eye.
