This pocket-sized flat may be snug, but trust us, the scenery more than makes up for it. From the window, you'll have a birds-eye view of Notre Dame in the distance, standing tall over Paris' rooftops. It's a striking peek across the city, and combined with the generous amount of natural light and simple aesthetic, it makes a stay here feel unique. Following a long day exploring, come home and unwind with a glass of wine on the sofa or a quick nibble around the dining table. There's not heaps of space – in fact, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed – but the location is excellent. Situated on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter, you're just a short walk from the Seine, Luxembourg Gardens and, of course, Notre Dame. We love this culturally-rich area – it's ripe with eateries, cafes and charming shops frequented by Sorbonne students – and all the major sights are either a quick metro ride or stroll away.

Seven O'Clock

Exploring Paris will be easy from this contemporary home, located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. You’ll have many of the capital’s must-sees within strolling distance – including Notre Dame and the Panthéon – and to discover the rest of the city, just hop on the nearby Metro. The kitchenette is ideal for preparing light bites, and for larger meals, you’ll find plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. This place is well-suited to a couple or solo traveller, and a sofa bed is available to sleep two more guests at a squeeze. It’s also worth noting that there isn’t a lift, so you’ll need to be happy climbing the stairs to the third floor.

Parisian Legacy

This charming apartment can be found in the Latin Quarter. It’s typically Rive Gauche in style, with rustic exposed beams and a lovely high ceiling – it feels at once spacious and warm and cosy. 

The apartment can be found just a three-minute walk from the Panthéon, in a wonderfully central spot. Overlooking the Notre Dame, you’ll have some of the best views of Paris – take a seat by the window and gaze out at the city while sipping a glass of red wine. It feels wonderfully bohemian. 

Stroll ten minutes to Notre Dame to admire the architecture up close, then meander along the river. Call into cafes, visit galleries and museums, and soak up the atmosphere. The Sorbonne is a nine-minute walk from the apartment. 

There’s a petite kitchen in the apartment if you fancy cooking for yourself, but there are so many restaurants and bistros nearby that you’re never far from your next great meal. This is a beautiful home from home in one of the most romantic cities in the world. 


Map Maker

Small but stylish, this apartment is a great option for short stays. You'll be based in the vibrant Latin Quarter, where bookshops, cafes, and bistros are all within easy reach. For sightseeing, Notre Dame is a short walk away, though there's a metro nearby to explore further afield. The apartment is compact yet comfortable. Guests three and four will sleep on a sofa bed, but as the only bathroom is en-suite and the whole place is pretty pocket-sized, we think it's best for two.

Sommerard Style

This apartment is perfectly placed in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with cafes, bars and restaurants just steps away. Notre-Dame and Sainte-Chapelle are only a six-minute walk, or you can stroll a little further to the Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon. Inside, the space feels stylish and modern, but keeps some of its traditional character thanks to the incredible wooden beams. There's a sofa bed if you're a group of six, which will make the living area a bit snug. It’s also on the fourth floor without a lift, so there’ll be some climbing. But what better excuse to stop by the nearby boulangeries for fresh pastries along the way?

Saint-Germain Nest

With an address in the Latin Quarter, this home has a great location. You’ll be a very short stroll from the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Panthéon. There’s also the Notre-Dame and the Louvre Museum, to mention just a few of the attractions within walking distance. Another highlight is the apartment itself, housed in a classically Parisian building. Filled with character features, the living space is an elegant place to relax. The large kitchen is a dream to cook in, too, or let your host arrange a private chef. 

Left Bank Elegance

The location of this apartment is hard to beat. Notre-Dame cathedral is just a four-minute walk across the river and the pretty Jardin du Luxembourg is nearby too. Plus, with a Metro stop two minutes away, it’s easy to tick off the rest of your Parisian bucket list. The living room feels bright and open thanks to high ceilings and big windows, with a petite yet practical kitchen area, dining space, and a sofa bed. There’s also a compact and cosy bedroom. With so much on your doorstep, you probably won’t spend much time here, but when you do come back to recharge your batteries, it’s a comfortable place to unwind.

Notre-Dame Dreaming

Charming and attractive, this apartment perfectly blends old-world charm with contemporary comfort. Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, it’s surrounded by cafes, art galleries, and popular attractions including the Panthéon and the Luxembourg Gardens. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining space with a sofa bed, and a cosy bedroom with a desk. There’s a petite kitchen to cook in, though there are plenty of tempting eateries nearby too. This apartment is perfect for a family trip to Paris.

Rive Gauche

Located on the iconic Boulevard de Saint-Germain, this home is a seven-minute walk from the Panthéon, and the same distance north to the Île de la Cité. While this area is bursting at the seams with some of Paris’ most famous sights, you can also take a quick stroll around the area to discover local boutiques, cafés, and wine bars. With such vibrant surroundings, the relaxed vibe of this apartment is the remedy to a busy day out. With high ceilings in the living space, plush furniture, and rich wooden flooring, a certain opulence is noticeable as soon as you arrive. With original features like a decorative fireplace and wrought-ironwork framing French windows, you still get that old-world Paris vibe (which suits this arrondissement perfectly). That said, the decor has been brought up to date with modern lighting fixtures and other stylish furnishings. The bedrooms are equally tasteful, each with its own balconette – a perfect perch for your morning espresso as you gaze out to the city streets. And with the Maubert - Mutualité metro stop only a minute from home, you can explore Paris with ease from this iconic area of town.

The Remedy

In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this apartment makes a beautiful base for exploring Paris. Compact in size, it’s best suited for a couple, though the sofa bed means it can sleep up to four – just note it will take up most of the living space when in use. The kitchen is small but well-equipped, perfect for preparing breakfasts or light meals before heading out. From here, most of the city’s iconic sights are within walking distance, with cafes, restaurants and the Seine just moments away, an ideal spot for those who want Paris on their doorstep.

Quaint Palace

This charming Parisian apartment is perfect for couples, professionals, or small families visiting the French capital. It's compact, with a sofa bed and a bit of a climb to get there (it's on the third floor without a lift), but full of cosy furnishings. There's a kitchenette with an oven for preparing home-cooked meals, and a dining table that doubles up as a handy desk for catching up on work. The location's hard to beat, too – right in the centre of Paris, surrounded by an array of authentic bistros and patisseries, and a ten-minute walk from cultural highlights like the Notre Dame, the Panthéon, and the Musée des Arts et Métiers.

In an art nouveau building located in the latin quarter, you can find this light and bright home that ticks every box. The large windows are luminous, drenching each room in light, as well as offering stunning views of the Eiffel tower. Decorated in a Scandi-style, the rooms are minimal and pared-back, yet cosy and warm – a delight after a day's exploration. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal to cook up a storm, but there's only a small counter to enjoy dinner at, so a better choice for those who want to eat out.
