A home for those who prioritise decluttered spaces and a great postcode, Redberry is located in the historic Latin Quarter, just a 5-minute walk from Île de la Cité and Notre-Dame. While its minimal look will probably not feature on interior design magazine covers, we valued its bright spaces and coherent aesthetic. A couple will find it's a home that's perfectly equipped as a comfortable base in the city.

Redberry

Exploring Paris will be easy from this contemporary home, located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. You’ll have many of the capital’s must-sees within strolling distance – including Notre Dame and the Panthéon – and to discover the rest of the city, just hop on the nearby Metro. The kitchenette is ideal for preparing light bites, and for larger meals, you’ll find plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. This place is well-suited to a couple or solo traveller, and a sofa bed is available to sleep two more guests at a squeeze. It’s also worth noting that there isn’t a lift, so you’ll need to be happy climbing the stairs to the third floor.

Parisian Legacy

This charming apartment can be found in the Latin Quarter. It’s typically Rive Gauche in style, with rustic exposed beams and a lovely high ceiling – it feels at once spacious and warm and cosy. 

The apartment can be found just a three-minute walk from the Panthéon, in a wonderfully central spot. Overlooking the Notre Dame, you’ll have some of the best views of Paris – take a seat by the window and gaze out at the city while sipping a glass of red wine. It feels wonderfully bohemian. 

Stroll ten minutes to Notre Dame to admire the architecture up close, then meander along the river. Call into cafes, visit galleries and museums, and soak up the atmosphere. The Sorbonne is a nine-minute walk from the apartment. 

There’s a petite kitchen in the apartment if you fancy cooking for yourself, but there are so many restaurants and bistros nearby that you’re never far from your next great meal. This is a beautiful home from home in one of the most romantic cities in the world. 


Map Maker

Small but stylish, this apartment is a great option for short stays. You'll be based in the vibrant Latin Quarter, where bookshops, cafes, and bistros are all within easy reach. For sightseeing, Notre Dame is a short walk away, though there's a metro nearby to explore further afield. The apartment is compact yet comfortable. Guests three and four will sleep on a sofa bed, but as the only bathroom is en-suite and the whole place is pretty pocket-sized, we think it's best for two.

Sommerard Style

You don’t even need to get dressed to begin your tourist activities of the day - you can sip your coffee on the balcony with views over the River Seine and Notre Dame. This two bedroom apartment has luxurious contemporary decor throughout, all finished to impeccable standards. The marble coffee table unfolds like your favourite book, you can sit back in the sand leather armchair and enjoy the view again, and the muted earth tones of the bedroom will provide welcome relaxation from the bustle outside. A truly luxurious apartment in a truly brilliant location. 

Notre Dame's Balcony

Located in the heart of Paris’ Latin Quarter – right by the Finnish Institute in France and a two-minute walk from the Sorbonne – this home is quintessentially Parisian. From its tall, corniced ceilings to its parquet flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows offering incredible views of Notre Dame and the old Gallo-Roman baths, there’s a feeling of bohemian elegance here that captures the soul of the city. Art and books abound here – particularly in the dining room and study – offering plenty of opportunities for you to peruse the shelves while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. With multiple desks at hand, you’re never far from a workspace when artistic inspiration strikes, nor from a Juliet balcony when quiet contemplation is called for. Whether you’re sitting down to a meal prepared by a private chef (organised by your host) or whipping up a delicious dinner in the modern kitchen courtesy of the thrice-weekly Maubert food market (a five-minute walk away), you’re sure to be pleasantly satiated by the neighbourhood’s bakeries, cheese shops and bistros. Outside of your home, Notre Dame is a ten-minute walk away, the Luxembourg Gardens are reachable in five minutes on foot, while the Louvre is just a fifteen-minute stroll from your front door.

L'Art Du Plaisir

Impeccably placed in the heart of the Latin Quarter, this elegant apartment is in the thick of things. It’s just a three-minute walk to the Panthéon and Luxembourg Garden, yet is tucked away on a quiet residential street. Staying here, you get a taste of the Paris of old, with its 4-metre-high ceilings, marble fireplace, and carved wooden doors. Ornate features include magnificent artwork and a quartz stone kitchen. This home offers the charm of the past combined with modern comfort – what more could you wish for? 

Antique & Ornate

Situated a short walk from Notre-Dame, the Panthéon, and the Jardin du Luxembourg, this apartment is in a prime position for seeing Paris. There’s a Metro station nearby too, so you can explore the city with ease. But it’s not just the location we love here. The apartment itself is bright and inviting, and offers all the comforts you need to feel right at home, including a small yet smartly-appointed kitchen. It could be a tad cosy if the sofa bed is in use, and there’s no lift. However, these are minor compromises to stay so centrally, where the sights, shops, and spots to eat are just moments away.

Elegant Dreams

Whether you’re visiting Paris for business or leisure, this charming apartment on the Left Bank promises a serene stay. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveller, those who love to relax by getting lost in a story will adore the book-lined shelves at this home. But if you’re here for some sightseeing in the City of Light, you’ll find both Paris’ oldest cafe, Le Procope, and Luxembourg Gardens within walking distance. Keen to head further afield? Hop on the metro at Mabillon or Saint-Germain-des-Prés for more effortless exploration.

Sweet Enough

A small home that's packed full of charm and character and full to the brim with trinkets from our host's travels around the world. Incredibly furnished with antiques, treasures, art and sculptures and perfectly located to boot, this home is hard to complain about. Based in the heart of the Latin Quarter, you get a great view of the Place de la Contrescarpe from the bright living room. It should be warned, Trinkets & Travels is only available for a long stay booking rather than a tourist trip to Paris. 




Trinkets & Travels

With the Jardin du Luxembourg just a short stroll away, this apartment’s location is perfect for those who want to stop and smell the roses. The Panthéon, Notre Dame, and the Louvre are also within walking distance – now that's convenient for sightseeing. We love the leafy views from the living space, which accommodates guests five and six on a sofa bed here. Each bedroom has its own marble en-suite and a desk as well – ideal if you’re here on business or leisure. 

Le Soleil D'Or

Charming and attractive, this apartment perfectly blends old-world charm with contemporary comfort. Located in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, it’s surrounded by cafes, art galleries, and popular attractions including the Panthéon and the Luxembourg Gardens. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living and dining space with a sofa bed, and a cosy bedroom with a desk. There’s a petite kitchen to cook in, though there are plenty of tempting eateries nearby too. This apartment is perfect for a family trip to Paris.
