Set in the historic and sought-after Marais district, you’ll find an array of boutiques and restaurants on your doorstep. Place des Vosges and the Place de la Bastille are just a few of the attractions a short stroll away. Set up for guests studying or travelling for work, the apartment provides a cosy place to stay. The kitchen is quite compact, but it has most things you need if you prefer to cook at home. A highlight of this place, we think, is the small paved communal courtyard it overlooks.

Parisian Courtyard View

Set within a calm courtyard in the heart of Le Marais, this flat is an oasis of serenity within the buzz of central Paris. We love the exposed ceiling beams and the floating stairs that lead up to the mezzanine bedroom. Cocooned within a wrought-iron frame, this comfortable space feels rustic and warm in contrast to the contemporary decor of the ground level main room. The bold blue sofa beckons to be relaxed in, while the dining nook invites slow breakfasts over chats about the day ahead’s activities. Speaking of things to do, you couldn’t be better placed to see Paris’ main sights. You’re just a ten-minute walk from Notre-Dame and a fifteen-minute stroll from the Louvre and Place des Vosges. The Centre Pompidou is also just around the corner, three minutes away on foot. After a day of exploring, come back home for a glass of wine in the shared courtyard before dining out at one of the neighbourhood’s stellar restaurants. Alternatively, cosy up in your chic pad for an intimate meal at home, serenaded by Edith Piaf on the Bose sound system, of course. 


Glass & Forge

Located a short walk from the Place des Vosges, you’ll find plenty of things to see and do when you stay at this apartment. The National Archives Museum and the Pompidou Centre are within easy walking distance too. As you’d expect of such a great location, there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to explore. Having a number of eateries nearby is convenient, as this apartment’s kitchen doesn’t have an oven. We love the character features in the open-plan living space (this room also sleeps two guests on a sofa bed at full occupancy). This place is ideal for an unforgettable stay in the City of Light.

The Elegance of Paris

Le Marais is the place to be for a quintessentially Parisian experience. With local bakeries, artisan shops, and delicious restaurants nearby, you'll be feasting on French classics in no time – especially handy as this home's kitchen is compact. Even better, you'll have easy access to landmarks and museums, whether you plan to explore on foot or hop on the nearby metro. Located on the third floor, the apartment is only accessible by stairs. However, the split-level layout means you'll have plenty of space to spread out and the design is chic and simple. The bedroom upstairs is cosy and comfortable, while the living area has a sofa bed for guests three and four.

Paris Chic

Tucked away behind a quiet courtyard in the Marais, this home gives you a rare mix of seclusion and centrality. Step outside and you’re surrounded by galleries, boutiques, and historic streets, with the Seine and Île Saint-Louis just a short stroll away. Back home, you can’t fault the interiors, and the original beams are one of our favourite features. However, it’s worth noting that when at full capacity, the last guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge. But for a home including daily housekeeping and surrounded by culture, shopping, and restaurants, we think it's perfect.

Bakers' Corner

Huge French windows with Juliet balconies, bold art prints of Paris and plenty of contemporary touches are just a few of the features in this quirky apartment. It radiates a warm and cosy vibe that's easy to fall in love with. We didn't even mind that the kitchen lacks an oven – it just gave us an excuse to try the excellent restaurants nearby. After a busy day roaming the city, your weary legs will love nothing more than kicking back on the sofa. Rehash the day's adventures over a bottle of wine around the dining table, then, when you're ready to drift off, climb into the comfortable bed and wake up the next day feeling fresh and excited. The apartment's excellent Le Marais location is ideal for exploring this iconic neighbourhood on foot, and it's just by one of our favourite squares in Paris – Place des Vosges – and right around the corner from the Picasso Museum. Given its buzzing locale and fresh looks, this pad would suit a couple with a youthful soul, looking to explore the thriving food scene and nightlife of this very happening quarter of central Paris.

Mossant

Situated on Île Saint-Louis, this apartment is a striking distance from Notre Dame, the Latin Quarter, and the Seine. We love how much sunlight there is here, and the contemporary decor meshes perfectly with the original character features. The kitchen is well-appointed if you fancy rustling up meals at home, both bedrooms are roomy and bright, and two bathrooms mean that nobody will have to share. Factor in the proximity to cafes, restaurants, and the neighbourhood's famous ice cream shop, and it more than ticks our boxes.

Isle of Hope

This apartment, in the heart of the Marais, is bright, quiet and comfortable – it’s exactly what you need from a place that’s within easy reach of Paris’ central sights. You’ll notice a restrained approach to the interior design; a stylish Scandi dining set provides a modern contrast to the intricate moulding details, a hint of the home’s grand past. Make like a local and idly sip your morning espresso by the enormous windows or recline on the couch with a dog-eared paperback. Munch on croissants with fresh fig jam, put together in your tidy kitchen or seek out a local café for a traditional Parisian breakfast. Your neighbourhood is renowned for its romantic cobblestone streets bursting with boutiques and jewellers – weave through narrow thoroughfares to the Maison de Victor Hugo, a seven-minute walk away or people-watch in Place des Vosges, the city’s oldest square. Unmistakable sights are within easy reach, too. The Notre Dame will take you a leisurely twenty minutes by foot, while the dazzling Palais Garnier is a quick eight-minute trip on the metro – catch Line 7 from the Pont Marie (Cité des Arts) stop. 

Reflections in Blue

You’ll find this apartment in the heart of the Marais, one of Paris’ most charming districts. Meander along cobbled streets and past boutiques, cafes, and galleries on your way to this cosy ground-floor apartment. There are metro stations within easy reach, as well as delightful spots nearby including Place des Vosges. Ideal for romantic breaks, this home boasts exposed beams and stone – it’s an attractive and comfortable base for two. There’s even a desk for those working remotely during their stay in Paris. 


Moments in Marais

This apartment is a short walk from the heart of Le Marais, one of Paris's most sought-after neighbourhoods. You’ll be able to stroll over to the Musée National Picasso-Paris, the National Archives Museum and the Centre Pompidou. If you prefer to explore by bike, there’s a convenient bicycle hire service available nearby, too. The bright living room, back at this apartment, sleeps guests five and six on a sofa bed. Crittall-style doors lead from this room to one of the bedrooms (there’s no window here, so it borrows light from the living space). The other bedroom has French doors opening to a Juliet balcony, and both have en-suites. This is the perfect place to experience a stylish Parisian getaway. 

Marble & Beams

This luminous apartment in Le Marais is perfect for couples. Considered one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods, this area boasts trendy cafes, fashionable boutiques, and upscale restaurants – and they're all just a short stroll from your door. French windows flood the living space with light and offer views of the medieval church across the road. Your host has a selection of books to choose from, and the kitchen is well-suited to rustling up meals using produce from the local market. There may not be a lift to the fourth floor, but factor in the proximity to a metro station (a three-minute walk) and it's no surprise that this gem caught our eye.

Marais Lumière

Hidden in a Marais hôtel particulier lies this one-bedroom apartment. Decorated with 18th-century furnishings, this regal space is the ideal home for a couple who appreciate the finer things in life. The en-suite bathroom is a cut above the rest with its freestanding bathtub and walking shower - perfect for relaxing in after a day of perusing the Marais' art galleries and concept stores.
