This apartment makes a great option for a well-connected city stay. From here, it’s just a short stroll over to Rue de Rivoli where you’ll find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. It’s also possible to reach the Marais in just five-minutes, while the Seine is also within easy walking distance. Wherever the day takes you, this home welcomes you to switch off and unwind. It’s worth noting there is no living room here, but you will have a kitchen – perfect for preparing drinks and light bites. 

The Sweetness of Living

This cute and cosy home is a perfect Parisian bolthole for a solo traveller or couple. It is located overlooking a quiet inner courtyard and a hundred metres from the foodie haven of Rue Montorgueil. This vibrant pedestrianised street in the heart of Paris is one of the city's permanent markets and means the studio's kitchen is likely to go unused. It boasts some of the best meat and fish in the capital, alongside celebrated pastry shops like La Maison Stohrer, cosy bistros, quirky boutiques, and a diverse range of bars that's likely to please hipsters and traditionalists alike. This home is lived in, with personal items peppered around the apartment that only add to the warmth of the place. We love the high ceilings that make the flat feel much more spacious than its footprint would suggest and the contemporary decor and furnishings – a favourite is the bright Mexican Day of the Dead cushions.

Tulum

Surrounded by boutiques, trendy restaurants, and sidewalk cafes, you couldn't ask for a better Parisian base than this central apartment. The famous Galeries Lafayette is a short walk away – ideal for fashionistas – while culture vultures can get their fix at the Louvre or Palais Garnier. Easy access to the metro means you can explore at your own pace, though in between adventures, you'll love coming home to this charming pad. Though it's on the third floor, it's full of characterful touches – Juliet balconies, parquet floor, and ornate crown moulding. It has everything you need for a relaxed stay, including a pull-out bed for two.

Parisian Haze

Designed by a renowned Parisian architect studio, this apartment is a serene haven in the heart of the 9th Arrondissement. Thoughtfully curated for families and small groups, this is the perfect setting to slow down and relax during your city break. There is a cinema projector for movie nights and all of the bedrooms come with an ensuite bathroom. Remote workers will also appreciate the dedicated desk space, while everyone can enjoy access to a range of extra services – including fridge fills and wellness treatments. Outside, it’s a short stroll to bakeries, cafes, theatres and museums. It’s also a quick walk to the nearest metro station – ensuring easy access to iconic sights like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. 

Rue d'Aumale

Located in the less touristy 10th district of Paris and a short walk to the bars and concept stores of the artsy Canal Saint-Martin, this charming Parisian apartment provides the perfect couple's cocoon or solo travellers sanctuary. The apartment's interiors have been carefully curated to deliver an elegant mid-century look, with some Victorian twists and turns dotted around the space to spice up it's aesthetic even further. You'll find quaint treasures and accessories throughout and even an upright piano for any aspiring Debussy. Pick up your favourite pastries from the local bakery to tuck into over a coffee at the breakfast bar, while you plan the day's adventures ahead. With Gare de l'Est (one of Paris' major train stations) only a five-minute stroll away, you'll be well-connected to just about anywhere in Paris, meanwhile, other destinations in France will also be at your fingertips if you're looking to take day trips to other nearby destinations too.

The Treasure Trove

Enjoy staying in the heart of Paris's Le Louvre area with this characterful 2-bedroom, 80 square meters apartment located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building with an elevator.  Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Super-fast Wi-Fi (1/Gbps) for working from home or streaming your favorite shows.

Louvre & Gardens

Set in a charming courtyard, this ground-floor apartment is about as central as it gets. So-Pi's lively nightlife, Montmartre's charming passages, and Grands Boulevards' fashionable shops are all within easy reach. Two metro lines are also nearby, perfect if you want to venture further afield. When you're not exploring, come home to this bright and contemporary apartment. The open-plan living space is ideal for unwinding, with a sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The kitchen does lack an oven, but it has enough to rustle up light meals – though with restaurants on your doorstep, we reckon you'll prefer to dine out.

La Bonne Vie

We think this second-floor studio is perfect for two. The location couldn't be better – you're just a short stroll from the Louvre, Palais-Royal, and all the best Paris has to offer. It's not the biggest apartment, but for its size, it sure packs a punch. We like the stylish details, especially the ornate panelling. Just keep in mind that there isn't a full kitchen here – no bother, though, as there are plenty of delicious eateries within walking distance.

Royal Reflection

This lovely 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Paris's Madeleine area, just a short walk from the Champs-Elysees and the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is fully equipped and includes a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee machine. There is also a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a sound system. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residential building with an elevator. Self check-in is available starting from 3:00PM.

Madeleine Magic

Situated just a short walk from the Louvre, this apartment is conveniently located for an inspiring Parisian stay. You’ll also find the Jardin du Palais Royal is just five-minutes away, while restaurants, cafes and shops are all within easy reach. It’s worth noting the apartment is on the third floor with no lift access, but once inside you’ll find a cosy space. There is only one room here, but it’s thoughtfully designed and well suited to couples and solo travellers. At full occupancy one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed, but this is a great option for kids. 

Lights & Louvre

You’ll find a handful of must-sees within walking of this Parisian apartment, including Opera Comique, Palais Garnier, and the Royal Palace. And just a two-minute stroll away, Richelieu – Drouot Metro station is waiting to whisk you away to the rest of the capital. While it may not be the most characterful home in our collection, we love the arched windows here and there’s plenty of living space for everyone to enjoy. You’ve even got a narrow balcony, accessed via the lounge area and bedrooms, for people-watching on the street below while you enjoy a morning coffee. At full occupancy, four guests will be sharing the main bedroom, sleeping in two double beds – we think this room is best suited to a family.

The Paris Opera

This is a great place to stay in Paris. The apartment is in a quiet area, but it's close to everything you need. The metro station is right next door, and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host is very friendly and helpful, and he makes sure you have a great time.
