This converted coach house still retains its original charm – the interior is rustic yet elegant. We love the exposed beams, stone floors and high ceilings. The southwest-facing walled garden with its pretty lawn is the perfect spot to unwind – fire up the barbecue for an alfresco lunch. On chillier evenings, cosy up in front of the wood-burning stove or have a luxurious soak in the roll-top bath. There is plenty of family fun to be had in this home – let siblings battle it out at the football table or bury themselves in a board game in the entertainment room. In the cloakroom, you'll find ample space for buckets and spades, and we recommend heading out to the nearby Cromer Beach for the day (a twenty-minute drive). If you want to explore the Norfolk Broads – it's just over thirty minutes in the car. Or it's a three-minute stroll to the local pub for a hearty meal and a pint to round off a perfect day in Norfolk.

The Old Coach House

A self-contained property, the Coach House has a well-equipped kitchen, open-plan lounge, and a spacious private garden and patio where you can unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet of this coastal paradise. Immerse yourself in the calming atmosphere as you take romantic strolls along the beach or explore the charming village with its quaint shops and tea rooms. Indulge your senses with breathtaking sunsets while sipping local Norfolk wine from your private patio. Leave all your worries behind as you immerse yourself in the serenity of our enchanting retreat!

Cley Serenity

With a beautiful walled garden and hot tub, this home is a great place to chill out. There’s plenty of room for lounging, barbecuing and dining here, or you could cook in the beautifully appointed kitchen with its Quooker tap among other kitchen amenities. The living room has that country essential, a log burner, too. We love the bedrooms here – one has French doors that open onto the courtyard front garden, while the other has a Juliet balcony. What about the address? Well, the location is great – this home is situated in Burnham Market, a picturesque, leafy village with plenty of boutiques, while about six miles away lies Wells-next-the-Sea. 

Market Delight

With plenty of 16th-century charm, modern verve, and beautiful views of the North Norfolk coastline, this manor home speaks to holiday-goers looking for much more than just a beach holiday. 

Brimming with character, this bright and bold home gives way to a third acre of garden, but it’s in the dappled shade of the trees that you’ll find a hot tub that offers attractive sea views. Let the last dregs of tension melt away as you enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or spend sunny afternoons lazily sipping wine as you nibble cheese and crackers at the outdoor dining table. 

Take the garden path through the woods and to the beach, where you can spend the day building sandcastles in the sand or strolling through the shallow surf. Sunbathe, picnic al fresco and find a comfortable reading position as you work through your holiday book list. 

Mundesley, a quaint Victorian market town, is great for dining and window shopping, but you can also drive to Cromer, Sheringham, Wells, and the rest of the coast.

If you fancy a change of scenery, you’re within easy reach of Cromer, one of Norfolk’s most famous seaside towns. Indulge in the stylish en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and contemplative Japanese bath. The heart of the coach house is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area thoughtfully furnished to cater to all your self-catering requirements. Step outside into nature's embrace as you wander through the Whispering Pines or find solace in the hidden corners of The Secret Garden. With its proximity to the stunning Norfolk coast, this charming coastal escape is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

Enchanted Coach House

While the tiny villages of Norfolk offer postcard-ready, rural scenes that you would expect, this home has quite the opposite of a rustic aesthetic. A two-minute stroll from the nearest pub in Banningham, or an eighteen-minute drive to coastal delights like the pier of Cromer, you can still enjoy traditional activities – but in a rather modern setting.

The exterior presents a cottage-like feel with red bricks and chunky timber supports propping up a slate roof. And that’s where the rustic feel ends. Step inside to beautifully 21st-century interiors, where the apex ceiling and bright white walls create an impressive sense of space and zen.

Kick off your walking boots and sink into the plush sofa while you look through the generous welcome hamper from your host. Whether you fancy a cup of tea, or wine is more your tipple, anything will go well with fresh bread and homemade cake. And you don’t need to prepare lunch either (although it’s a delight to cook in the sleek kitchen or on the barbecue), as your host can arrange for a private chef to make your meals in-house. We recommend dining alfresco in the lush, secluded garden – listen to birds sing while you savour every last bite on the sunny patio.

The Firecrest

Part of a striking period building close to the centre of this buzzing seaside town, the home is modern, spacious and effortlessly cool. Once a post office, this building still retains features like its impressive windows and partially tiled, loft-style walls. But the real showstopper is the incredible vaulted ceiling, with exposed metal struts and a clever mezzanine level above the open-plan living space. Here you and your group can spread out on the comfy sofa, cook meals while chatting over the unique breakfast bar and eat at the industrial dining table. And we absolutely love the vast master bedroom up in the eaves. Surrounded by steel girders and with its own lounge area and bathroom, it's a luxurious and quirky place to sleep. Here you'll be just a ten-minute walk from the seafront and beach, with all sorts of attractions, shops and restaurants right outside your door.

Heavy Metal

This cosy barn in Gimingham is a treat for the whole family – including your four-legged friends. Inside, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and countryside charm in spades. The living space is made for laid-back gatherings in front of the fire, while the garden and patio offer a sunny spot to enjoy the fresh air. When it comes to location, the Norfolk Coast is just a ten-minute drive away. Or, you can lace up your boots for a trek through the surrounding countryside – whatever tickles your fancy, this is the ideal base for exploring.

Gimingham Glow

If you're ready for a relaxing countryside retreat, this converted barn is the perfect base. This charming home is set within the grounds of a Grade II-listed 16th-century manor house in Bacton, Norfolk. Inside, the exposed beams and warm terracotta tones create a real cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Outside, enjoy the spacious patio and private garden, surrounded by traditional thatched cottages. When you're ready to explore the natural beauty of the Norfolk coast, you'll find walks, wildlife, sandy beaches, and the famous Norfolk Broads all nearby.

Ocean Place

Surrounded by over 500 acres of woodland, lakes and ponds, this Grade II-listed farmhouse makes a big impression. Rooms are spacious and comfortably modern, though taller guests might want to watch their heads on some of the sloping ceilings. The manicured garden stretches around the outdoor seating, making it easy for parents to supervise kids playing on the lawn whilst they enjoy a sunset drink. There's also a tennis court, gym, squash court, play set, and table tennis to keep everyone busy, but the lake is our favourite. With a jetty and small rowing boat, you can get out on the water whenever you need a peaceful moment.
